O café da manhã é incrível, a cama é muito confortável e tem uma vista incrível

Nos esperando muito para fazer o checkin (mais de 2 horas). O banheiro deu problema com o vaso sanitário, que foi resolvido de maneira muito prestativa pelo gerente. Outra coisas que incomodou bastante foi o fato de eles não terem robôs para entregar os pedidos que recebemos, o que nos fazia esperar em torno de uns 20 ou 30 minutos para cada pedido chegar até o quarto

The food at both the breakfast and evening buffet was excellent. There was a wide choice and it was being freshly made and cooked to order. The service was impeccable. In the evening, the maitre d (who spoke perfect English) made a real effort to make me feel welcome, bringing freshly baked breads for me to try (including their specialty Szechuan spicy rolls) and ordering me the grilled lobster and dressed artichoke to the table. The views from the bar are wonderful and the cocktails delicious. The bedroom was immaculate and in a very good condition - very little wear and tear. The bed was extremely comfortable and the black out blinds and quiet room meant I slept very well. Other staff were also great - they were even accessible over WeChat when I was out during the day and helped me book the spa etc.

Clean, organised and the people stay on average are well presented.

Do yourself a favour and get the room with the floating bathtub! The room was spacious and clean, featuring Byredo products. The breakfast had a wide variety of local, general Chinese as well as Western food. If, like me, you miss bread while traveling in China, you can have some here :)

Room, staff and location 10/10

The breakfast was ridiculously overpriced (£24pp) when there were better alternatives for less than £5 nearby. I understand it's a luxury hotel etc. but £24 is egregious

Room condition was pretty good and clean.

Just the food sélection for Room Service can be better. But the breakfast buffet is Amazing!!!

I am in love with what this hotel has to offer. Their service is 10+. From checking in to checking out, this hotel meets all expectations. I asked for a late check out and they have me a 3pm without extra charge. The view of the skyline is breath taking. They also have a pillow menu to ensure your stay is good. They offer refreshments daily and theyre all amazing. I would def come back and stay here again. They are also very walkable to the train station.

Breakfast was outstanding and the room was big, clean and very beauriful.

The location was a bit outside of the very center but with the subway we could be there within 20 minutes.

Room is great, view is great, breakfast is great, gym is good. Employees are awesome.

Internet wifi is bad even if you pay for premium wifi

We booked Conrad after a bad experience with another hotel the night before, so we expected this would be a great experience. The location, service, and breakfast were all top-notch. They prepared a welcome cocktail, but unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy it at the bar since we went out late after we checked in.

Booked 4 upgraded rooms with the family. Staff are under trained. Definitely catered to Chinese speaking guests only and not foreign friendly. Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals. Unbearable.
