Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit zwei Fernsehern und direktem Blick auf den Pool Schnelle Aufzüge und ein gut klimatisierter Fitnessraum Super Lage: Strand in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar Herausragender Service von Claudia, Manuel und dem gesamten Küchenteam Manuel hat sich als Schichtleiter extrem um uns bemüht und das frische Sushi am letzten Abend war absolut grandios

Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer fällt leider ziemlich klein aus Beim Halbpension Buffet fehlt es an Abwechslung: Es gab abends sehr oft Schweinefleisch wodurch die normale Auswahl etwas eintönig war

20 minute walk to the main centre of Cala D’Or, nice to be away from the hustle and bustle and go in as you please. Our package included half board, good options on both breakfast and dinner. Dinner was varied from Italian/sushi & goyzas/ curry to authentic Spanish food too. Great selection of sweet treats also. Pool and pool bar were really nice, pool doesn’t open until 10 and no beds can be reserved before this which is a good idea in my opinion. Towels are rented from reception @ 10 euro a towel and you receive it back when you return the towels. Two of the days there was activities at the pool, aqua aerobics and a pool party which was a nice touch. Staff here are so accommodating, our flight arriving was at night time meaning we missed dinner and they kept some cold meat and salads for us. Special shout out to Africa who brought us down to the hotel for dinner on arrival.

Very little we disliked about this hotel. The only minor thing would be an about the pillows they are quite long and narrow so may be sore on your shoulders.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est des salles de bain vétuste avec du carrelage cassé des pommeau de douche qui ne tiennent pas, le buffet, je ne vais pas en parler catastrophique des plats exclusivement orientés pour la clientèle anglaise qui nous, le rappelons n’a pas la meilleure Cuisine du monde😅 et je ne parle pas des desserts des gâteaux, bas de gamme

The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful it felt so welcoming. There were paddle boards to borrow from reception for free and it was a short walk downhill to the beach. The room was large and comfortable and the pool and pool bar were excellent. The highlight though is the restaurant- the choice and selection of food was incredible, as was the service, it is definitely worthwhile to stay half board and make the most of this!

I would be surprised if anyone could find a negative about this hotel, my only disappointment is that I wasn’t able to stay for longer!

Op booking stond dat we een kamer met een twee persoonsbed hadden en een kamer met twee een persoonsbedden en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Bij het verblijf was er echter maar 1 slaapkamer met twee persoonbed en een slaapbank als ik dit van te voren had geweten had ik wat anders geboekt voor de prijs.

Fue una estancia maravillosa. Las chicas de recepción son encantadoras. La comida del restaurante estaba muy rica y variada. Está todo tal cual en las fotos, si tengo la oportunidad volveré.

L'hotel è molto bello e pulito , posizione ottima, vicina a una bellissima caletta! Cibo e servizi veramente ottimi, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo!

El buffet es de buena calidad, la estetica del hotel ya que es pequeño pero bonito y acogedor. El personal muy agradable y cercano. Se aparca bien en la zona ya que no esta en pleno centro de cala de or.

Las camas algo incomodas ya que eran muy blanditas, los edredones tenía manchas (lamparones)

Besonders gefallen hat uns das moderne und ruhige Hotel mit seiner hervorragenden Lage – Strand und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Essen war sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat.

Keine eigenen Parkplätze, aber in der Nähe des Hotels immer fündig geworden

Sehr schöne Anlage in tollem Stil 🥰 Großartiges Buffet am Abend ist hervorzuheben. Selten so einen tollen Aufenthalt irgendwo gehabt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder ✨

Lovely location, walking distance to the beach and town. Pool and bar area really relaxing, perfect for a couples getaway. Would consider visiting again.

The only complaint would be there isn’t female toilet facilities near the pool. I was directed to the disabled toilet which is fine, but the toilet doors don’t lock at all so made me feel uncomfortable. I ended up walking to my room for the toilet which was on the top floor. Also people annoyingly saving sunbeds early in the morning which isn’t a hotel problem I realise, but could have been policed maybe?

Staff gentilissimo, amichevole e cordiale. Tutto perfetto. Location stupenda. Noleggio sup incluso. Cibo spettacolare.

Unica pecca cattivo odore dal bagno e pulizia ogni due giorni molto superficiale. Per un 4 stelle di questo livello potrebbe essere migliore. Acqua a pagamento a cena con la mezza pensione

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are modern, the swimming pool is nice, the quality of the food served at breakfast is good. Reception staff fantastic Sara really added a lot of value

Unfortunately there is a few things that really let this place down. The biggest issue is the staff, although all very friendly they are clearly inexperienced and have not had proper training. Cocktails never made correctly at the pool bar, service is very slow, bar not prepared and stocked. (Couple of occasions had to wait a while due to staff needing to go and get certain things from elsewhere) Breakfast was the worst, tables not reset after people leave, plates/bowls not restocked, ordering coffee took AGES to the point you’d finish your breakfast before coffee arrived, I did point this out after a few days and the staff did make an effort to do better however heard many complaints around the pool of the same things. With training I’m sure the staff would be great. The cleaning of the room was also quite basic and is only done every two days so sand, dust and general debris builds up quickly especially when it is then not cleaned well.

We had an amazing stay at MarSenses Natura Olea Hotel. A special thank you to Africa, who welcomed us at check-in, Marta from the night shift, who quickly arranged for our heating issue to be fixed, and especially Sara, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our entire stay, making sure everything was to our liking and recommending the best nearby spots to explore. The hotel is stunning, and the swim-up room was delightful. What really made the experience exceptional was the staff, who genuinely went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and ensure our stay was unforgettable ❤️ A fantastic place to stay with outstanding service. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it!!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The food was delicious, the pool was fantastic, but above all the service was top-notch. In particular, I’d like to mention Ahmed, who in my opinion truly deserves a bonus or a raise — outstanding work!

Breakfast and dinner were both amazing and of great quality, especially the dinner buffet. I highly recommend it - there was always plenty of fresh grilled food, meat, fish, and other options to choose from. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, close to all the beautiful beaches in Cala d'Or. Would definitely visit again!

The pool sunbeds were almost always occupied, but the hotel has a second pool on the lower level where there were usually available sunbeds. However, this wasn't a big issue for us, as we weren't the type of guests to spend the whole day by the pool anyway.

Leider komplett schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht!

Zimmer unsauber, Würmer an der Wand und Boden sowie überall Ameisen. Als wir Bescheid gegeben haben, kam jemand der „putzen“ sollte. Leider war er nicht einmal fähig das Bett neu aufzubetten! Er hat mit einem Besen das Zimmer gekehrt. Es war die größte Frechheit die ich jemals in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Von den mehrmaligen Versuchen das Zimmer zu reinigen wurden wir nur vertröstet auf den nächsten Tag. Ein anderes Zimmer konnte uns auch nicht angeboten werden, deshalb sind wir direkt am ersten Tag wieder abgereist. Als wir eine kostenlose Stornierung angefragt haben, wurde diese abgelehnt. Da es scheinbar die Standards von diesem Hotel sind. In Deutschland oder Österreich könnte man sich so etwas nicht erlauben! Komplette Frechheit.

Super Lage, super Essen

Das Hotel ist klein und so fein, dass ich nicht weiss , es objektiv kurz zu beschreiben. Für uns als Paar war alles perfekt. Die ruhige Lage, der schnuckelige sehr nah legende Strand/Cala Ferrara, die schöne Anlage, die top ausgestattete Apartments, die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen, das extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal und das hervorragende Frühstück/ und Abendessen Angebot. Die Gäste, die wir dort getroffen haben, kamen aus aller Welt, nicht nur aus UK, wie dies in dieser Gegend oft vorkommt :-)

Wenn man Lust auf Unternehmungen hat, muss man nach Cala D’Or gehen (ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar).

Es war alles sehr, sehr schön! Tolles Hotel, schöner Pool, toller Service! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant mit Frühstück und Abendessen. Alles, was das Herz begehrt... wir haben soooo gut gegessen!!! Auch die sehr schöne Atmosphäre hat uns begeistert.... halt ´Adults only´ :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Poolbar hätte länger geöffnet sein können, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau

Vicinanza al centro di Cala D’Or

2/3 stelle Italiano. Abbiamo avuto una perdita in camera causa rottura tubazione esterna e un tecnico senza preavviso è piombato dentro la nostra camera e abbiamo avuto un grande spavento, abbiamo dormito per una settimana con il muro completamente bagnato e non ci è stata proposta una camera sostitutiva. L’appartamento è situato in una zona molto umida (piano -4) la piscina privata a uso esclusivo degli appartamenti aveva un forte odore di fogna. Presenza di blatte. Bagno molto piccolo. Cibo passabile anche se alla prima sera c’erano alcune mosche sul pesce fresco pronto per essere cucinato, inoltre cena e colazione molto ripetitiva (più per turisti e stranieri). CAMERIERI IN SALA POCO PROFESSIONALI !! Abbiamo speso 1000 euro con mezza pensione per una settimana prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato per quello che viene offerto. L’hotel non prevede parcheggio. Guardate altro :)

Ich war überrascht über den Zimmerstil, ruhig, geschmackvoll, alles vorhanden, Pool direkt vor der Tür, gute Ausstattung, 2 Zimmer plus allerdings sehr kleines, " Bad". Personal ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.

Dusche mit kleinem Waschbecken sehr beengt, kaum Ablagefläche, für eine Einzelperson ok. Sonst war alles super. Ich empfehle allerdings für den Superiorpool ein Schild: Please do not reserve the loungers! Die Liegen wurden teils von 9 bis 15 Uhr mit Handtüchern belegt, ohne dass eine Person da war.

La struttura è posta nel verde, con stanze ampie e confortevoli e pulite. Arredi nuovi e con buona posizione. A pochi passi da una caletta tranquilla con acque cristalline(perfetta per chi non si vuole spostare)...e vicino a tutte le città principali per chi vuole girare. Formula colazione e cena abbondante e varia come scelta, personale disponibile e cordiale,Manuel e Rodrigo hanno sempre una parola buona e attenzione per i clienti! Reception infallibile e la cordialità qui è davvero di casa! Spero di venire a trovarvi presto!

Superbe établissement à taille humaine . Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse et sa compétence. Mention spéciale pour Anaëlle,Claudia . A l’accueil qui sont adorables et nous ont aidé à résoudre un problème avec la voiture de location. Encore merci…. Merci aussi à Youssef pour son sourire . La nourriture est aussi excellente . Je recommence à 100 pour cent !!!

Me gustó el trato que nos dieron, la habitación estaba muy bien y el buffet fantástico.

No me gustó el horario de la piscina, creo que no se adapta para como lo podríamos aprovechar, está muy adaptado al horario “guiri” y no al horario real.

Hotel is amazing, better than expected, but we really liked how good we felt there. From the first minute we arrived in the hotel until the last. Everyone was really kind, ready to fullfill all our wishes and make us feel special. We also liked the little things, like a little welcome suprise, having a musician playing a piano during breakfast, or small concerts in the evening.

L’amabilitat del personal de l’hotel i del restaurant. Van posar facilitats amb tot el que vam necessitar. Tenia problemes digestius i van esta molt atents amb tot. Molt agraïda a tot!

L’habitació és correcte. Però quan vam arribar estava ben freda i ens va costar una mica arribar a una temperatura òptima. Per altra banda, l’horari del sopar ens va condicionar perquè s’acabava molt aviat.

Tout était génial ! Le personnel très sympathique et parle plusieurs langues ce qui est toujours très pratique. Les piscines sont magnifiques, la nourriture très bonne et l’emplacement juste à côté de la plage et de nombreux points d’intérêts

Il faudrait mieux préciser pour la deuxième piscine qui est privé et pas accessible à tout le monde !

Obsługa bardzo pomocna, czysto, hotel dla dorosłych czyli cisza spokój, do plaży 5 min spacerem Cala d’Or posiada piękne plaże zw uroczych zatoczkach, w hotelu wszystko co potrzeba basen z wystarczającą ilością leżaków mała siłownia, bar przy basenie. Animacje w postaci koncertów na żywo raz w tygodniu śniadanie przy akompaniamencie pianisty 👌

Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war sehr schön und die Anlage hat einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders die Umgebung und das Gesamtambiente haben uns gut gefallen. Das Badezimmer war allerdings sehr klein und etwas unpraktisch gestaltet. Die Tür befindet sich direkt an der Toilette, es gibt kaum Ablageflächen und insgesamt wirkt der Raum wenig komfortabel. Zudem war es sehr hellhörig – sowohl im Badezimmer als auch im Schlafzimmer konnte man deutlich Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern hören, selbst Husten war wahrnehmbar. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Die Auswahl ist nicht besonders groß, aber man findet in der Regel etwas Passendes. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleineren Abstrichen, vor allem im Bereich Ausstattung und Geräuschisolierung.

Very comfortable suites in a beautiful environment.

Check in went smoothly and we were able to check in early as the room was ready. Staff were super friendly and gave us a good guide of the hotel, we were also given a bottle of champagne on arrival which was a lovely touch! Rooms are cleaned every other day and if you have any concerns or need anything extra, the reception staff are sure to get this sorted for you asap. All the staff at the hotel are absolutely brilliant, everyone was so kind and friendly and you can tell that everyone works so hard. The managers can be seen a lot and they take pride in the hotel, they also are very friendly and professional, I’ve never seen a hotel team work so hard to keep everything perfect. The hotel is so clean and feels very modern, it’s genuinely stunning. Breakfast and dinner were amazing, we felt like all the food and drink was great however at times, the food at the buffet was quite cold but none the less, still delicious. We found snacks and drinks to be a reasonable price, cocktails always made properly! The hotel is also about a 20 minute walk to Cala Dor town which we did everyday as there is lots to see on the way and it’s such a beautiful town, the hotel is in an amazing location and we absolutely loved how stunning the beach was, literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel! Entertainment was lovely in the evenings, in the day someone offered things like yoga and stretching! The pool was freezing but we went in it a few times and it warm up fast, we loved the pool. Once again it was very clean and very relaxed. We didn’t have a problem with sunbeds however I am sure as the season goes on, it probably gets quite busy. Our only slight problem was the fact that we had lots of ants in our room even though we kept it clean. It wasn’t a major problem however they obviously are not very nice but we expected this sort of thing as to where our room was located (c101) We would definitely return to the hotel and would recommend it to people who want a relaxing adult ex

The hotel.was very beautiful and clean room,staff were very friendly and helpful .the best I have ever met in my holidays 💕 The room were clean and fresh t.v had external channels .two. one in bedroom and one in living room Food was very nice fresh and clean well.presented 👌 Location was a bit isolated if you like these things .you will.need to walk to beach which is 5 min away steep hills Town Centre is 25 min walk .very quite area .pool.and bar was good 👍 overall very nice hotel but it was isolated

We stayed in a room that had direct pool access, this was a lovely room with pool towels provided, iron and ironing board too, Lighting wasn’t great as we was in the corner but plenty of light in bathroom to do hair and make up! Shower was lovely!! Comfy beds :) Plenty of sun loungers Area was very clean Will definitely return

The location was good, despite being in the middle of a hotel area the hotel didn’t feel cramped it felt spacious

With the temperatures low this time of year (April) it was pretty cold in the rooms at night , there was also a lack of blankets & pillows for the room

My friend and I stayed at the Marsenes Natura Olea hotel for 4 nights in April 2026. From check in to check out we had the most amazing relaxing holiday. We had Half board included in our stay which was well worth it! The breakfast and dinner buffet had many exciting options to choose from, everything was fresh and displayed beautifully. They paid a lot of attention to detail from how clean and professional the restaurant was. You can really tell the staff enjoy their jobs as it reflects in their care and attentive nature during our stay. We made the most of the pool area, which had some lovely comfy rocking chairs. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we didn't have any reason to leave! We spent almost all of our time at the hotel because of how comfortable we found ourselves. Poolside they had a very extensive menu of cocktails and snacks, the Pina colada was delicious. The room we booked had a pull out double sofa bed, which was very comfortable and gave the two of us the option to have a great night's sleep. The superior apartment was clean, bright and airy with the addition of a great balcony and view. Also the hanging swing chair on the balcony was such a fun touch! The most memorable aspect of our stay was by far the staff. From the housekeeping team to the lovely ladies at the reception desk, everyone we encountered was so upbeat and informative. Any questions we had were answered, which put ourselves at ease especially with our late arrival to Cala'dor. We were delighted to be able to use the hotel facilities even after check out! The staff were always smiling, saying hello in passing and really made us feel at home. It really made a huge difference. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and obviously well cared for. Staff were helpful, happy and efficient. The food was superb, the whole family enjoyed it. Entertainment was fun. Pool area was a joy to be in. I’d highly recommend and will definitely return!
