Прекрасное месторасположение, всё было прекрасно. Особенно рекомендую для семей с детьми. Очень отзывчивый персонал, красивая территория.

Один минус, что нет возможности обедать, ужинать на улице. К сожалению столовая не имеет выхода на терассу и приходится постоянно находиться под кондиционерами, что не всем нравится. Вернулись домой простуженными.

La ubicación

Problemas con el secador de pelo que no funcionaba, la ducha un día no nos salió agua caliente, la pieza tenía hormigas, cuando nos fueron hacer el aseo nos dejaron sin papel higiénico ni toallas. Además, el aire acondicionado no se podía regular, por lo que salía o frío o había que apagarlo. Las persianas no las podíamos mantener nunca abiertas, porque no se podían asegurar y con el viento se golpeaban contra la pared y la ventana. En las comidas un día no había Vinagre, se demoraban en retirar los platos de las mesas y las comidas las picaban super gruesas y las carnes el 80% estaba seca. Los estacionamientos del hotel los usaban las personas que trabajaban en el hotel, dificultando a los huéspedes para que encuentren estacionamiento.

Staff were superb, especially the care they showed when my wife took ill and was admitted to hospital. They couldn't do enough for us.

Unfortunately, the views are not like the brochure , but aren't they all like that?

Städningen var inte bra, fick vänta 3 dagar på nya handdukar även efter att vi kontaktat receptionen 0ch dom lovat komma med nya samma eftermiddag. Hör ljudnivå i matsalen. Akustiken kan bli bättre. Maten kunde har varit bättre, inte så mycket fritterat. Fanns några höjdpunkter.

Wspaniała obsługa, bardzo smaczne i różnorodne jedzenie. Kolacje były tematyczne, co dodatkowo urozmaicało posiłki, wszystko było smaczne i świeże i każdy zawsze mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Bardzo podobało mi się, że każdy apartament miał osobne wejście - to dawało na prawdę duży komfort. Hotel jest pięknie położony, trochę na obrzeżach, a jednak tuż przy bardzo malowniczej plaży. My mieliśmy szczęście, że byliśmy w budynku T, który jest trochę z dala od basenów i pozostałych budynków, ale jednak wziąż na tyle blisko, że dojście do nich nie było uciążliwe - dla nas zdecydowanie na plus, bo mieliśmy więcej ciszy (tak jak lubimy) i piękny widok na zieleń. Doceniamy bardzo, że otrzymaliśmy lepszy apartament niż zarezerowaliśmy bez żadnych dodatkowych dopłat :) W hotelu pralka (koszt jednego prania 4 euro) i suszarka (2 euro) - skorzystaliśmy i doceniamy tę możliwość. Dla nas również dużym atutem był ogólnodostępny stół do tenisa stołowego.

Jeśli miałabym się do czegoś przyczepić to w karcie drinków brakowało mi pozycji bezalkoholowych, było trochę za mało miejsc parkingowych przy hotelu, a rakietki do tenisa stołowego były już mocno zniszczone. I niestety mimo zakazów "zajmowania leżaków" moim zdaniem ten zakaz nie był zbyt dobrze respektowany, choć faktycznie raz byłam świadkiem jak obsługa zdjęła długo leżące ręczniki bez właściciela. W godzinach porannych trudno było znaleźć dla siebie leżak jeśli się go wcześniej nie zajęło. Poprawiłabym również czystość w okolicy Sensi Baru.

We had a really enjoyable stay and felt it was excellent value for money. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was good, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special thank you to Santiago at reception, who was covering the night shift. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and helped us immediately when we needed assistance. His kindness and efficiency really made a difference to our stay.

The only downside was that we were travelling with a baby and a buggy, and our apartment was on the first floor with no lift access, which made getting in and out a bit difficult. One small suggestion would be to start breakfast a little earlier. On our last day, breakfast only opened at 8:00 a.m., and as we had to leave shortly afterwards, we weren't able to have breakfast before our departure. An earlier opening time, such as 7:00 or 7:30 a.m., would be very helpful for guests with early flights or travel plans. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en el Marsenses Ferrera Blanca. Lo que más destacamos, sin duda, es la amabilidad y la gran predisposición de todo el personal. Además, el hotel tiene un acceso muy fácil a la playa, que está a unos 300-400 metros; es muy práctico porque allí mismo se pueden alquilar sombrillas y reposeras gestionadas por el ayuntamiento por unos 20 euros al día. En cuanto al servicio, en el restaurante, Inma, Maca, Arame e Isa nos trataron con una calidez y una atención excepcionales en cada comida. En el bar, Salma destacó por su simpatía y su excelente trato hacia nosotros. Para viajar con niños es ideal. Hay una enorme variedad de actividades para ellos, y las animadoras, Ali y Stefy, fueron simplemente encantadoras. Su entrega y dedicación marcaron la diferencia en nuestras vacaciones. ¡Un diez en servicio, hospitalidad y comodidad! Muy recomendado para familias.

Como único detalle natural a tener en cuenta, vimos algunas hormigas en la terraza y dentro del baño, aunque para nosotros no supuso molestia, no es el mejor detalle a tener en la habitación.

La posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia di cala ferrera e ad altre calette bellissime, i servizi sono ottimi dal bar alla reception al servizio ristorante del pranzo e della cena ma anche quello della piscina dei piccoli dove c e una fornitissima zona ristoro ...gli orari dei pasti sono pensati con criterio per la gente che va in spiaggia infatti fino alle 10.30 colazione fino alle 15 il pranzo e fino alle 21 la cena ..tutto il resto era perfetto

Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dagelijks werd gecheckt of alles naar wens was en ook toen mijn dochtertje ziek werd, stonden ze klaar om te helpen. Dankjewel voor alle goede zorgen! Daarnaast waren het zwembad, het eten en het entertainment voor de kindjes helemaal geweldig.

Hotel heeft een zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Daarmee trekt het ook een zeker publiek aan (lees: onbeschofte Britten) die afbreuk doen aan de ervaring en de charme van het hotel.

Everything was amazing.. big plus for the sensory room.. food all day available in the kids pool. We have a great time ..my kids love it.

The location was quiet and convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cost was fair for the food and the amenities. The kids loved the splash pad, pizza and fries.

The buffet was not the greatest for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was probably the best, but still lacking in quality and variety. Much of the food day to day was the same and did not seem fresh. The room was spacious but bare bones. I’d recommend going to the grocery store because nothing is provided except towels. The parking is also very difficult and limited. Additional parking nearby would be helpful.

De lokatie was super, het eten lekker en afwisselend. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede animatie. Top totaal concept.

Jammer dat er geen kamers bij elkaar in de buurt beschikbaar waren. We hadden langer terug gereserveerd, met 7 mensen, 3 kamers. En toch te horen dat het ver uit elkaar lag. Een upgrade kunnen doen, dus tegen betaling. Dit was iets centraler maar nog niet ideaal.

Food wasn’t great (we always go AI or half board in other hotels in Mallorca and this was the worst food we have had in a long time. Very poor quality meat for instance. Salads were nice tho. Pool was so busy and not relaxing at all. Too much going on. A main thoroughfare for all the outbuildings Everything in hotel was far apart and a lot of steps - so awkward when you have a baby in a pram. Beach access was not easy. 75ish steep steps. Again not easy when you’re carrying a baby. A lot of ants in our ground floor apartment even though we didn’t have food laying around and had it cleaned every day. Bed very noisy - not practical with a baby sleeping in the room. Travel cot was a bit grubby.

Puikiai praleidome savaitę Marsenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family viešbutyje ir likome labai patenkinti atostogomis! Maistas buvo pasakiškai skanus ir labai įvairus – kiekvieną dieną rasdavome ką nors naujo tiek suaugusiems, tiek vaikams. Baseinų zona puikiai pritaikyta šeimoms su mažais vaikais – mūsų 2 ir 5 metų vaikams labai patiko, jie baseinuose praleido didžiąją dalį dienos. Taip pat norime pagirti stiprią animatorių komandą – veiklų netrūko, vaikai buvo užimti ir laimingi. Kambariai tvarkingi, jaukūs, o labiausiai patiko tai, kad jie buvo maloniai vėsūs. Po karštos dienos buvo labai gera juose ilsėtis ir miegoti. Viešbutyje daugiausia poilsiavo airiai, anglai, vokiečiai ir prancūzai, todėl atmosfera buvo labai draugiška ir tarptautinė. Atostogos buvo puikios – tikrai rekomenduojame šį viešbutį šeimoms su vaikais!

Už 6 naktų viešnagę su šeima (2 suaugę ir 1,5 m. vaikas) sumokėjome 1127 €, tikėdamiesi 4 žvaigždučių kokybės, tačiau patirtis buvo labai prasta. Viešbutį pasirinkome dėl gero vardo, bet realybė mus nuvylė. Kambarių būklė: Pirmasis kambarys priminė ūkinį kiemą – po balkonu kopėčios, šiukšlių dėžė, o vos pravėrus duris pasitikdavo personalo vežimėliai. Pakeistame kambaryje situacija geresnė buvo tik tuo, kad gavom balkoną su stiklu ir šiek tiek malonesniu vaizdu, tačiau vonios plytelės atsiklijavusios, apdaila nekokybiška, o fenas nuolat perkaisdavo ir išsijungdavo po minutės. Į prašymą sutaisyti nebuvo atsižvelgta. Higiena ir tvarka: Gavome suplyšusius, skylėtus rankšluosčius. Kambariai tvarkomi tik kas antrą dieną. Nors prašėme bent išnešti šiukšles kasdien (keliaujant su kūdikiu tai būtina!), mūsų prašymas buvo ignoruojamas. Vadybos chaosas: Pakeitus kambarį, viešbučio sistema nebuvo atnaujinta. Sistemoje tapome svetimais žmonėmis, tad kaskart einant valgyti tekdavo aiškintis administracijai, kas mes tokie. Šis viešbutis neatitinka 4 žvaigždučių standarto nei pagal kambarių būklę, nei pagal aptarnavimo lygį. Jei ieškote ramių, kokybiškų atostogų su šeima – šią vietą rekomenduoju aplenkti. Mes čia nebesugrįšime.!

Location was fab! Stunning beach right opposite! The entertainment team, Sensi crew are amazing! Clean room and facilities, swimming pools lovely and clean. Really friendly helpful staff, special mention to Isa in the restaurant and Cory on reception ❤️ lovely all inclusive food. Gluten free options too.

On some occasions the food was poorly labelled which was hard for me being coeliac but most of the time the chefs would answer my questions.

À peine 30 min après nous être installés dans notre chambre, on est venu frapper à notre porte pour nous déplacer dans une chambre moins bien, moins éclairé, plus humide avec des soucis de chasse d'eau (fixé ensuite) et une bouilloire sale. Pas d'explications ni de compensations ce qui est regrettable. Autre point pas terrible : très peu de places de parkings et nous avons parfois du nous garer à 500m de la.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the food was good, although it was often quite similar from day to day. The hotel is very close to the beach, only 3 minutes away, and there are two other beaches about 15 minutes away. The activities were excellent, especially for young children. Overall, everything was just as described.

Access to the beach was not very easy with a baby stroller. If you are traveling with children, make sure to book a room on the ground floor because there is no elevator in the second building. The room did not include coffee facilities. The snack bar offered the same food every day and could have had more variety on some days.

We loved our stay here, everything was just perfect, the property, the staff, the location and the food were all just top notch, definitely be back

Il manque un espace sanitaire dans le restaurant pour se laver les mains

Mooie locatie, leuke zwembaden, kleinschalig, mooie kamers, heel schoon, aardig personeel, op loopafstand van het mooie strandje. De kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt met tafeltennis en volleybal.

Het eten in het restaurant viel in de avond op sommige avonden wat tegen. Het was niet slecht maar ook niet geweldig.

Limpeza, a comida e variedade de actividades para crianças.

Na parte da comida, ainda ha muito despercebido alimentar (tambem da parte dos hospedes, algo que o hotel nao pode controlar) sobremesas muito doces. Mas no geral a comida estava boa e havia variedade.

Heerlijk hotel met alle faciliteiten en op loopafstand van het mooie strand! De all inclusive is van heel goed niveau!

Het hotel is wel op kinderen gericht daardoor soms want geluidsoverlast van de kids. Maar dit wisten we ook wel beetje vooraf.

The staff was amazing, the facilities very clean, and my kids loved the mini disco at night. We had the all inclusive and there was always enough food and drinks.

It was early in the year and the temperature was around 20-25C so we cannot complain, but heated water would make this the perfect place.

Le bruit. Notre chambre était juste au dessus de la scène. Mon petit garçon était fatigué de nos journees excursions et il ne pouvait pas s'endormir avant 22h30 à cause des spectacles. De plus, on entend tout... La nourriture. Vraiment pas bonne. Niveau mauvaise cafétéria. Aussi bien pour le dîner que pour le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons presque rien mangé, heureusement il y avait de nombreux restaurants à côté. Heureusement également nous n'avons pas été beaucoup dans cet hôtel. Je ne comprends sincèrement pas sa bonne notation. Ce n'est pas du tout du niveau 4 étoiles et le buffet vraiment horrible... :( Nous avions trois nuits prévues et n'en avons fait que deux. Pour notre dernière nuit, nous avons rejoint un autre hôtel 4 étoiles, une pépite d'ailleurs... Ainsi nous sommes restés sur une note positive pour notre dernier jour.

Nous avons aimé : - les piscines, notamment celle pour les enfants +++ - la qualité des produits pour les repas du midi et du soir + - le personnel ++ - la cala très proche et magnifique ++ - le stand nourriture et boissons ouvert à côté de la piscine enfant + - le mini disco chaque soir +++ - les activités proposées tout au long de la journée

- le manque de choix et diversification pour le petit déjeuner ++, et la qualité de certains produits - l’horaire des spectacles du soir (trop tard pour les enfants en bas âge, 30´ de décalage serait parfait !)

Rooms were clean and an ok size.

Our room looked out over a road and shop. Very poor all inclusive provision compared to other hotels I have stayed at on the island. Wine only from taps and no bottled water. Nowhere to get coffee to have in the morning in your room.

Tolles Hotel mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is also perfect for families because the children will not be bored. Lots of activities everyday.

This is just a personal taste, but the room we’re in is not so good in terms of design. I dont like sleeping with bathroom as my view. They could have put a curtain just to feel it like more personal space. But nonetheless is very good.

NADA, ya que abandonamos el hotel al día siguiente después del desayuno y teníamos pagado 5 días y 4 noches en todo incluido y el día 04/04 mi marido fue a retirar las maletas y entregar las llaves, no se podía dormir del frio en la habitación, la primera noche dormimos con la ropa puesta y al día siguiente nos fuimos. No hemos utilizado ni la piscina y cenamos solo una noche, no tengo nota para nada de esto.

Para empezar hicimos el check-in a las 12 a medio día, nos comunican que la habitación nos la darán a las 15 h, a las 14:30 h fuimos a recepción había una cola de 50 personas como mínimo que estaban haciendo el check-in, preguntamos y nos comentan que a las 15h nos darán las llaves que las habitaciones no estaban limpias todavía. Finalmente a las 16:15h conseguimos que nos den las llaves después de de casi discutirnos con los de recepción, decían que estaban desbordados ya que es el primer día que abren, pues bien haber llamado el personal de limpieza unos días antes y no estarían montando este caos, la gente se quedo sin comer ya que algunos estuvieron hasta las 17:30h esperando habitación a la cola interminable. Bien entramos en la habitación que para empezar la entrada estaba sucia y la terraza toda llena de excrementos de los pájaros de todo el invierno, adjuntare las fotos. Al entrar en la habitación constatamos que la calefacción no funcionaba, hacia mucho frio dentro ya que en todo el invierno no se había calentado. llamamos a recepción a comunicar nos dan indicaciones de como poner la calefacción y no arranco, volvimos a llamar nos dicen que vendrá el técnico eso fue a las 17h , pues finalmente el técnico dicen de recepción que fue a las 21.30h y ha dejado el aparato funcionando. Sobre las 23:30h fuimos a dormir y la habitación estaba helada, se oía un ligero ruido del aparato de la calefacción puesto que estaba a 28C, pero no salía calor para nada, dormimos con la ropa puesta después de volver a comunicárselo a la recepción dijeron que ya mañana lo volverán a mirar. Preguntamos que nos cambien de habitación, pero no aceptaron hacerlo. A la mañana siguiente decidimos irnos, ya que para pasarlo mal estamos mejor en nuestra casa. Perdimos 650 €, pero hemos aprendido a donde no volver, ni recomendar este establecimiento. Hemos estado en otros hoteles de esta cadena y genial, pero la Gerencia de este hotel es de un 0 grande a la izquierda, muy, muy deficiente.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Hotels, das stets freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Sehr leckere und abwechslungsreiche Speisen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr nette Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr schöne Sandstrand nur 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Für Familien mit Kindern einfach Traumhaft .Jeden Abend ein Live Schow und Attraktionen für Kiddis.Viele Restaurants in Fuß Nähe.Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Het appartement was wat basic en het terras bij het appartement was fijn en groot, maar miste een parasol en fijne stoelen. Dat is fijn voor de momenten dat de baby slaapt.

Der Reinigungsservice während das Aufenthaltes war sehr minimal ( Boden nur 1 mal gereinigt, im Badezimmer nur sporadisch geputzt). Nur 2 Stühle auf der Terrasse für 3 Personen

Le restaurant est très bon. L'hôtel est beau. Les animateurs sont très sympas.

Le ménage est une catastrophe. A l'arrivée on nous a demandé si on voulait un passage par jour où un passage tous les deux jours. Étant avec un enfant en bas âge nous avons demandé tous les jours. Nous avons dû nous rendre trois fois à l'accueil pour demander pourquoi personne n'était passé, aucun ménage de fait, plus de papier toilette, serviettes sales. Les draps n'ont pas été changés une seule fois sur la semaine. Invasion de fourmis dans la chambre qui nous a obligé a déposer la poubelle devant la porte de la chambre, a notre plus grande surprise, la poubelle a été vide devant notre porte.... Serviette avec tache suspicieuse. Lors de mon troisième passage à la réception on m'a répondu : ok j'envoie quelqu'un pour les serviettes, seule chose qui a été faite sur une semaine.

Blízkost pláží, hlavně Esmeralda asi 700m od hotelu, areál hotelu krásný , prostorný a hlavně čistý, bazény čisté , jídlo normální

U jídla bychom ocenili více steaků kuřecího např, málo výběru masa, postel v ložnici ok o gauči na spaní uz se to říct nedalo, matrace velmi měkká a nepohodlná, hlavní dveře v pokoji netěsnily a bylo vše slyšet zvenku

The hotel itself was lovely with great pools, spacious rooms and it was really close to a beautiful beach. The variety of drinks and food was also good. The entertainment was of a really high standard.

We had a problem with ants in our room and sometimes the food was cold/the atmosphere in the dining room was quite clinical. The hotel is also an hour away from the airport which is something to consider. The staff are very professional but not overly friendly.

Super aardig en meedenkend personeel. Top faciliteiten, en drankjes. Locatie is perfect gelegen bij het strand op goede loopafstand van Cala d´or.

Het avondeten vonden we minder, eten was vaak koud wat warm moest zijn. Het is een gehorig restaurant waar de sfeer minder is.

El hotel lo recomendaría a todo el mundo la habitación muy amplia el baño impresionante, el comedor mucha variedad tanto en el desayuno, comida y cena , la animación muy buena sobre todo decir que Nacho en las actividades por el dia me traducía al Español porque eran todo gente estrangera y el bar de la piscina la atención muy bien sobre todo la atención de José y mariana . Solo echo en falta que a la noche en la animación y actuaciones hablen un poco mas español
