À proximité de Cala Ferrera L'hôtel nous a prêté un parasol ce qui a grandement été apprécié. Stationnement dans les rues qui n'étais pas trop compliqué à trouver.

Lo que más me gustó, sin duda, es el personal. Fueron todos muy amables y agradables. Nos ofrecieron préstamo de sombrillas y "pinchos" para la sombrilla, nos prestaron una cafetera de filtro que por defecto no había en el apartamento, y mi hija se fue encantada con Laura, porque también fue muy atenta con ella. La cala Ferrera fue una de las más agradables y limpias que visitamos, y la teníamos justo abajo. El desayuno, pese a que todos los días era igual, era suficiente y para todos los gustos. Hacen limpieza en el apartamento los lunes, miércoles y viernes. Cambian las toallas en la limpieza también. Y no quiero dejarme sin mencionar el principal salvador de cada día, EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO. Se agradecía muchísimo tener un buen AC en la habitación con los calores y sudores que se pasan.

Si pudiera ponerle algún "pero", sería que el apartamento no cuenta con lavadora. En el desayuno eché de menos algo más de fruta, solo habían naranjas y manzanas. Las sábanas y bajeras parecía que estuvieran cortadas a retales, quedaban bastante justas y se salían.

The location is the best. It’s close by the beach. The room is spacious and has a kitchen, fridge. There’s also quite a big balcony. The staff is amazing. They are super helpful and friendly. The strength point of that hotel are the people working there. The breakfast was okay, not too many options, but this depends if you are a morning person.

The rooms are old , they need urgent renovations. For the price paid , we definitely expected more. There were even ants in the room. If you turned off the AC, it started to smelling.

Great location close to the main bars and restaurants. Nice quiet relaxing pool area.

A few of the lights in the room did not work. Bathroom sliding door wouldn’t stay open.

Spa qui ne fonctionnait pas

Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane,in questo delizioso appartamento a due passi dalla spiaggia.L'accoglienza della Signora Laura è stata perfetta dal primo giorno e una cura della pulizia della Signora Estrella davvero unica.Ritorneremo assolutamente,e vi ringrazio per aver reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile.

Lovely apartments, lovely staff, we went bed and breakfast and the breakfast was great, only thing we would add is some different fruit, Greek yoghurt and some sauces (ketchup or brown sauce)!

We had a mouldy coconut left in the room resulting in a foul smell. Inconsistent hot water and water pressure. A little far out from town. Only 3 car park spots resulting is in needing to leave the hire car 400m away.

This is our second time visiting these apartments. I would come back again in a heart beat and will be booking for 2027 for sure! The staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are very well serviced and clean with regular changes of laundry. The pool area is fabulous, not over crowded and is also kept to a very high standard. The apartments themselves are in a lovely quiet area, very close to the beach but also only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Cala d'Or. I highly recommend these apartments for the perfect holiday!

Unser Zimmer war sehr feucht, es wurde nichts trocken, nichtmal der Boden. Beim Frühstück fehlte etwas an Gemüse, ansonsten war alles da. In der Dusche könnte man einen Haken machen, sodass der zweite Duschkopf nicht am Boden liegen muss.

Location is great, peaceful area but right next to the beach. It was great to have a nice balcony, and the room was very spacious and clean. Was great to have the kitchenette as well, so you can prepare your own food and it it on the terrace.

The shower pressure and temperature control were not good.

The apartment was nice and spacious but felt a little outdated, needs a bit of an update and maintenance- bathroom door didn’t shut, safe was broke, a bit of damp on the wall

Stayed at Azul Playa many times now, so much the staff recognise us. Staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is good, the rooms are great, pool is amazing. Lovely place to spend a few days relaxing. We love it here and will be back again.

If I’m being picky, there are numerous stairs, which will not work for all. Otherwise, nothing to criticise.

I like everything about the property. It’s near city center, the beaches. Everything is accessible. When you check out you can just leave your things in front desk but can still use all the facilities.

La cordialità del personale su tutto, davvero adorabili e disponibili. Posizione ottima sia per il mare che per la passeggiata notturna. Bella piscina anche con un’area bassa ottima per i bambini.

La mancanza di un ascensore (noi avevamo 7/8 rampe di scale da fare con bimbo e passeggino). La cucina dell’appartamento non troppo fornita.

Loved the location and the fact there was always sun loungers at the pool. No need to get up super early to get one.

I would have liked the room cleaned daily and fresh towels. Pool bar had a limited choice of drinks and no snacks such as crisps. The only ice lolly’s they had were a magnum equivalent.

The property was fantastic from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything we needed. What really made our stay special was the staff – everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home throughout our holiday.

Nothing worth mentioning. We had a wonderful stay and everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The air conditioning fan inside the wall was broken making a loud knocking sound, meaning it was not possible to keep on at night. We also had some issues with the toilet but it was mostly resolved by the staff once reported. Breakfast is limited but good.

We booked 2 premium studio apartments for 5 of us, and asked Azul Playa if we could have them next door if possible which they kindly arranged. We loved the apartment the view was great i could see the beach and the pool and some lovely palm trees, it was all fresh & clean, our balconies were big & the balinese beds were great. Also the location is perfect beach 1 min walk, Spar/pubs/lovely restaurants also few min walk. But yet i didnt hear any pub noise - it was a really peaceful apartment. The pool was lovely very relaxing, not too busy, plenty sunbeds, very clean & it was ideal that you can pay a deposit to get pool/beach towels save bringing them & you can replace with clean ones every day. Buffet breakfast was ideal plenty of food and really relaxed. Staff were always helpful and they arranged our transfers which was spot on, they printed bus timetables for us. I thought it was an excellent place and great value for the price, and i will definitely recommend it to friends. I went with a teenager & adults so we loved that it wasnt all kids slides & noise, we just wanted peace to read in the sun so its perfect for couples, older families, great for a teenager as he enjoyed that he could walk to the shops on his own, go back to the apartment on his own as the beach was so close. The beach is also perfect loads of umbrellas, beach bar, beach shop. The Starfish boat picks up from the hotel right next door too so that was a 3 minute walk to get on that all on your doorstep that was a fun trip. Happy hour at the pub right across the road was great! Oh we did also enjoy the indoor sauna on a cooler windy day but would have liked to try the hot tub but it wasnt working. But a brilliant place and ill be back!

El parking… sería lo único, el hotel solo tiene 4 espacios(tienes que pagar y siempre ocupados) de parking pero si tienes suerte en la calle puedes aparcar tu auto sin problema(que no sea en la línea amarilla)

Staff and location were excellent

We were down the bottom with a garden view, which was fine apart from the steps back up to the reception. As we were only in/out twice a day it didn't affect us, but might be an issue for young families with children or for those with mobility issues. Other than that it was great.

Breakfast was included, it was close to the beach, and conveniently near the bus stop (we traveled by bus, so this was very helpful for us). The staff was also nice.

The bathroom was not that nice, with a corroded shower corner and ceiling tiles. Additionally, you can hear every toilet flush from the other room, which is quite annoying at night. The refrigerator running in the room was also somewhat bothersome during the night. But the most annoying thing was the water in the shower—it either flowed very slowly, or even worse, the temperature was very unstable, oscillating between hot and cold. It made showering really uncomfortable.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, very professional and available!! The room was nice, the amenities were not bad.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was so and so - there was a lot of scale. Also the jacuzzi pool and another indoor pool of the spa were broken.

Die Toilette war defekt,die spülung lief die ganze Nacht intervallmäßig,alle 15 bis 20 minuten waren spülgeräusche zu hören die nicht gerade leise waren,wand bei der Toilette sah auch nicht lecker aus,die Betten waren sehr hart

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday in Azul Playa our apartment was clean fresh and very functional. The staff were most accommodating and very nice to deal with. The area is very nice with a good mix of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend a stay in Azul Playa Appartments.

Doskonała lokalizacja - tuż przy głównej ulicy, wypełnionej restauracjami i sklepami. Bezpośrednie zejście z hotelu na plażę - rewelacja. Spa - idealny relaks w deszczową pogodę. Aneks kuchenny zapewniał wszystko co niezbędne.

Podczas brania prysznica, woda wylewała się na posadzkę, brakowało odpływu lub listwy przy krawędzi kabiny prysznicowej. Monotonne śniadania. Brak warzyw i owoców!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité d'une jolie plage. La propreté est parfaite. Le sauna, le jacuzzi et la piscine chauffée sont un vrai plus pour le séjour.

Le jacuzzi et la piscine chauffée sont tombés en panne dès le début de notre séjour et nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Trouver une place de parking à proximité est assez compliqué. Le petit déjeuner pourrait proposer des jus de fruits frais au pays des oranges. La plage n'est pas nettoyée alors que située à proximité d'hôtels de luxe.

Le SPA était top avec un prêt de serviette de la part de l’établissement, le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich nach einer negativen Erfahrung überhaupt das Bedürfnis habe und mir die Zeit nehme eine entsprechende Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Diese Unterkunft ist in keiner Weise empfehlenswert. Zuerst erhielten wir ein Zimmer, in dem uns beim Betreten sofort ein intensiver Schimmelgeruch entgegenschlug. Aufgrund der gesundheitlichen Bedenken baten wir umgehend um ein anderes Zimmer. Uns wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass das erst am nächsten Tag nach Rücksprache mit dem Manager möglich sei, da aktuell keine Alternativen verfügbar wären. Für uns kam es jedoch nicht infrage, in diesem Raum zu übernachten. Schon nach wenigen Minuten traten leichte Kopfschmerzen und ein pelziges Gefühl auf der Zunge auf. Außerdem hatte das Sofa Urinflecken drauf. Erst nach Einschaltung von Booking und längerer Diskussion wurde schließlich doch ein anderes Zimmer bereitgestellt – interessanterweise ein „höherwertiges“. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass dieses Zimmer bewusst nicht von Anfang an als Alternative angeboten wurde, weil es ja quasi einem kostenlosen Upgrade entsprach. Kann ich irgendwo verstehen, aber wenn ein Zimmer nicht in Frage kommt, weil es eventuell einen Schimmelbefall aufweist, ist es das Mindeste was man als Hotel anbieten kann, damit der Gast sich nicht zwischen Gesundheit und einem kurzfristigen Hotelwechsel um 18:30 Uhr abends entscheiden muss. Das neue Zimmer war insgesamt akzeptabel, hatte jedoch ebenfalls deutliche Mängel. Die Dusche war kaum nutzbar, da das Wasser ständig zwischen kalt und extrem heiß wechselte und der Wasserdruck sehr schwach war. Zudem ließ sich die Badezimmertür (Glasschiebetür) nur mit viel Kraft bewegen, klemmte häufig und schloss nicht vollständig. Für ein 3-Sterne-Aparthotel waren die Erwartungen nicht übermäßig hoch, dennoch wurden selbst diese unterschritten. Der angekündigte Manager war während unseres Aufenthalts übrigens nie bei uns.. Einzig die Rezeptionistin war bemüht, wofür wir uns bedanken.

Facilities could do with an update. Sauna and steam room out of service. Showers were either boiling hot or freezing but maybe this is a general problem and not just this hotel!

The location was fabulous. Quiet but with everything on the doorstep, including 2 beautiful beaches only a 5-10 min stroll. And a short walk to central Cala D’or or €6 for a taxi to the marina. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The indoor pool and spa area were great because the outdoor pool was freezing! The breakfast was basic but had everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed, and for a 3 star hotel, I was very impressed. I’d also recommend a trip to Santanyi market by the 515 bus, it was gorgeous!

Nous nous sommes perdus et sommes arrivés après la fermeture de la réception mais en appelant le numéro d'urgence, un employé est venu nous ouvrir, trouver un emplacement gratuit pour la voiture et nous a redéposés a l'hôtel. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, tout se fait a pied, il est face a la crique : parfait

Cockroaches and spiders in the room. Room was not cleaned at all whatsoever before we came. Weird stain on the window. Wouldn't give us a refund after we said we aren't staying here because of the quality.
