чудесный мини отель! очень красивый номер! прекрасный персонал! на завтрак как и на всем острове - фо бо и другие супы голодным не останешься, но спустя пару дней уже надоедает) если запустят хотя бы небольшое шведский европейский стол на завтрак - это будет лучший отель! 🙏🏻

Отель расположен недалеко от пляжа, минут 10 пешком. Номер достаточно прострный. В номере телевизор, холодильник, чайник, чай/кофе/вода. У нас был номер твин, но мы сдвинули кровати. В целом, хорошо. Завтрак сытный (на фото). Кофе только растворимый, тосты, масло и джем, вареные яйца. Немного фруктов (арбуз или бананы). Хозяйка каждому приносит миску супа. Оплата при заселении наличными. Хозяин на гольфкаре отвозит к пляжу. Если захотите что-то купить в магазине (их два поблизости) не советую, дорого. Лучше пройтись около 1 километра в город (за большим перекрестком), там больше выбор (кофе/перец и т.п. на подарки и алкоголь) и значительно дешевле. Там же и рынок с фруктами. В целом район новый, построено много зданий, они стоят пока пустые. В некоторых уже делается ремонт под отели. От соседнего отеля в 100 метрах (New World Phu Quoc Resort) ходят бесплатные автобусы до Sun World (на канатную дорогу).

Мы останавливались на 4 ночи, каждый раз на завтрак суп надоедает. На первом этаже массажный салон, к лифту приходится проходить через салон.

10 min walk to the nicest island beach! But you have to take grab to the Sunset town (it’s around 1 hour away if you want to walk)

The staff provide you breakfast without asking what you want to eat. Most of the time it was pho for breakfast.

Отличный небольшой отельчик в 10 минутах хотьбы от пляжа Кхем. Когда бронировали, то думали, что будем ездить на гольф-каре на пляж, но на деле пляж прям рядом. Пока идешь, можно купить кофе, воды с собой на пляж. До Сансет Тауна тоже при желании можно дойти пешком. Туда ведет прекрасная тенистая мостовая с пальмами, но также ездит бесплатный двухэтажный автобус. Можно уезжать с остановки, а можно от большого отеля слева от нашего отельчика - там у автобуса есть остановка. Завтраки однообразные, но нормальные: яичница, фрукты, фо-бо (что для нас странно, но дочке, например, нравился суп по утрам), тосты, чай, сок. Голодными никогда не оставались :) У нас был семейный номер, это два номера с дверью в смежной стене - с детьми очень удобно! Немногие отели имеют такие номера. Вечером можно спуститься на первый этаж на массаж. Постояльцам отеля скидка 20%. Мы уехали с благодарностью к этому месту! Было комфортно.

Комфортные номера. Небольшие, но со всем необходимым. Удобное расположение апартаментов в 15 минутах от пляжа. На пляж могут довезти на транспорте, но приятно прогуляться. Внизу находится хороший массажный салон, принадлежащий объекту размещения, где всегда делали хорошую скидку остановившимся в апартаментах. Цена соответствует качеству.

Персонал вообще не говорит по-английски, но это почти норма тут, и всегда можно воспользоваться переводчиком. Однотипные и очень простые завтраки, которые не нравились детям

В первую очередь понравилось отношение персонала: менеджер отеля всегда был на связи по любым вопросам, помог с арендой байка, да и в целом чувствовалась искренняя заинтересованность в том, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Очень хорошее расположение: до моря пешком 10 минут неспешным шагом, либо сотрудник отеля довозит за 2 минуты. Рядом автобусная остановка до Sunset town на бесплатном автобусе. Завтраки хоть и однообразные, но сытные для тех, кто может есть с утра суп). Каждый день подают фо-бо и омлет. Если суп на утро не ваш вариант, то скорее всего останетесь голодными.

Не было хорошего кофе на завтрак, что меня очень расстраивало! Только 3 в 1. Было бы не плохо установить кофемашину.

Номера свежие, приятный, современный дизайн в номерах. Уютный, компактный отель. Уборка ежедневно, вода в номере пополнялась. До пляжа было недалеко. Несколько ресторанов и магазинов в непосредственной близости от отеля. На пляж персонал может подвезти/забрать с пляжа на багги. Также в округе есть массажные салоны.

Был очень скудный выбор завтраков. Т.к мы из Казахстана, хотелось бы в меню блюда стандарта Халал, без свинины. Думаю отелю стоит поработать именно над завтраками- внести разнообразие по типу маленького шведского стола либо меню, с наличием сыров, свежей выпечки, овощей, заправок к маслу, орехов, йогуртов, фрукты, варианты горячих к примеру (омлеты, скрэмбл, отварное яйцо, курица, говядина и тому подобное), самое важное менять блюда в меню ежедневно. А то пришлось 4 дня жареные яйца есть.

Room was spacious, staff was very friendly and helpful even though they only speak Vietnamese so we communicated using Google translate. Location is not so close to the beach but they offer to take you to the beach with an electric cart which is helpful. There are restaurants close to the hotel.

Room was a bit dusty and my wife didn't like the hotel smell. Also the only coffee was a soluble milk coffee powder which is a pity since Vietnam that has so much good coffee.

Amazing, friendly staff. Brand new hotel, very clean. Massage salon downstairs is one of the best in the area. The beach is much better and water is cleaner than Long Beach.

The spa is open in the lobby so sometimes there’s people talking in the background during massage. And the bathroom was a bit smelly. One time the lobby was locked at 11pm and we went in from a different door.

The place is new, clean (good room service every day), stuff is very friendly and ready to accommodate all your needs. They mostly don’t speak English, but with google translate it was fine. Place is located on a square with 4 different restaurants, but its not loud at night. Bed was very comfortable for us, they also brought mini fridge (very appreciated) and there was kettle in the room. There was always hot water in the shower, no mold or any bugs. Breakfast featured mainly local food, every day new kind of soup (with seafood, meat etc), fried rice, fried and boiled eggs, fresh salad and fruits, juice, tea, water etc. The lady who cooks breakfast makes really tasty broths, it’s worth trying if you never ate local breakfasts. The amount of food was abundant and everything was fresh. They also provide free shuttle to the beach and beach towels. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back.

We had a very comfortable staying at this hotel. The rooms are so nice and well furnished just like the pictures, and it very clean. No words will be enough to describe the staff, everyone was very sweet and welcoming they treated us with so much kindness and helped us a lot.  Although the breakfast wasn’t suitable for us they were so considerate and asked us what we would like to eat. I very much recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It’s new, very clean, and the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. They provide robes, bottled water every day, and the housekeeping is impeccable. The breakfasts were a highlight of our stay—very delicious, filling, and they served amazing fresh juices daily. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. They were consistently present at the hotel, making it easy to find help whenever needed. They even offered transportation to the nearby beach regularly, and once, they took us to the night market, which was a great experience. The beach is very close, so if you’re worried about distance, there’s no need. It’s just a short 10-minute walk. Along the way, there are plenty of charming stalls where you can grab fresh juices, coconuts, or smoothies. There are also several nearby stores with reasonable prices (perhaps slightly higher than Ho Chi Minh City but still affordable). The overall atmosphere at the hotel is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s not crowded with tourists, which makes it ideal for those seeking a tranquil vacation.

Honestly, there’s nothing I can criticize about this property or my stay. Everything was perfect.

The staff is excellent, very helpful and ready to assist you in any way - they will drive you to the beach, offer a taxi ride, give useful information about what to see, visit, where to eat, shop... The breakfast was excellent, vietnamese home cooked food. The beds are very comfortable 🙂

The room looks good, has everything you need for a short stay. what blew me away is the staff. I informed them I was vegan, and they prepared elaborate yet different breakfasts for me everyday. something I looked forward to. Minh also helped with other things during my stay such as giving me buggy rides to places nearby, arranging a rental car at the hotel and more. she’s so sweet!! Its also new so the rooms are brand new and very well maintained and cleaned almost everyday. absolutely book this place, worth the price point. great location too, few minutes from the Marriott which I also recommend doing a tour of.

The hotel is not at the location they set on booking. It's not a beachfront. It's over 1km from the beach. Other incompatibilities with the description provided by the hotel: - there is no swimming pool - no airport shuttle - no hair dryer
