This is a really nice place, located away from the busy town. It feels like a small world of its own, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Everything about the place was awesome.

The smoking inside the building and casino prevented us from enjoying that!!! Smoking should be outside - we don’t want to inhale other people’s smoke!!!!! The rest of the world are far ahead in that area.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with beautiful mountain views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. The host was friendly and communication was quick and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a wonderful hotel for large groups. We were 23 people in our group and it was perfect for that. Thi in the pool bar and Kate a reception were excellent an gave outstanding service every day.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Every staff member we met during our stay did their job perfectly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The service was truly 10/10 from everyone without exception. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The atmosphere, cleanliness, attention to detail, and level of hospitality were outstanding. This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We would gladly come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices and is delicious. 24 hour buggy is nice. Extra amenities, e.g. B5 lotion, are quickly delivered. Efficient service.

The swimming pools close too early at 7pm. We could hardly swim in daytime because of the scorching sun. Better to extend service hours in summer. Changing and shower rooms near the swimming pool had only shampoo, conditioner and body lotion., but no shower gel! Besides, when I was taking a shower, the light suddenly went out. I had no choice but to rinse myself in darkness!

Breakfast spread was amazing, and the property itself is very new and well renovated. Staff are helpful and nice.

Location is far from city as expected - this is part of its charm as well though. Takes ~15m to get to Hoi An city.

The waiters, spa staffs and floor staffs are all polite, except receptions. Food is good. Facility are new.

Please be cautious when booking the “Superior Ocean View King” room. The room we received was on a low floor without a proper ocean view (as pic), despite photos clearly showing a high-floor ocean-facing room. If a room does not offer a real ocean view, it should not be sold or priced as one. The description and marketing images are misleading. At check-in, the first receptionist informed us that this room type is only available on the 2nd and 3rd floors. This directly contradicts the photos shown on Booking.com and the resort’s official website. When we raised our concern, Management offered no real solution and tried to persuade us to accept the room. When we attempted to check out early (accepting the loss of one night), the hotel rejected the request, and we lost the full prepaid amount. We had also been charged a 20 million VND deposit before even seeing the room. After being ignored another manager stepped in and was the only person who appeared willing to help. However, his tone was strong, and at times he made me feel as though I was being unreasonable for requesting the room we had booked and paid for. While I admit I was frustrated (as this was a family trip with a toddler), guests should not have to argue to receive what was advertised. I apologized for losing my temper, but no apology was ever offered to us for the inconvenience. Eventually, they changed our room to a partial ocean-view room with a farmland view. The overall vacation mood was already ruined. On the second day, I approached a receptionist to confirm a Grab drop-off location for Hoi An Old Town. She did not greet me, avoided eye contact, gave very brief answers, frowned when I asked a follow-up question, and returned to her computer without closing the conversation. When I provided feedback via WhatsApp, management defended her behavior instead of addressing the concern. In addition, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and cigars throughout the building.

Had a great stay! Service was very good. Travelled with a 4 month old baby and was offered baby amenities such as pram, baby bath, baby bath soap and crib. It was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also amazing. Thank you!

Location is not the best. Food at the pool restaurant is not good. Other restaurants in the premises are also not so good, food is not as fresh as local restaurants and very expensive.

Loved everything at this resort the service, the beach, pools, restaurants and activities were all amazing. So much to do in one resort and free shuttle is a bonus would definitely recommend new world beach resort and would love to return.

This is such a great resort and has so much to offer, breakfast was incredible, so many food options at the resort for lunch and dinner, many restaurants to cater for all needs, a great recovery centre (gym, sauna, cold plunge etc). There is also a casino on site if that interests you. All the staff were great, nothing was too much trouble, will definitely return here in the future.

This is very minor but it's a bit of a drive into the city, which didn't bother but I could see how this might bother some.

Free shuttles to the city centre. The property is close to the golf course and it has a casino inside.

All the restaurants by the beach were full. They allow kids to play with gigantic floaties at the pool disrupting people who wants to swim normally. No service at all by the pool unless you go to the restaurant by the pool and ask them to take orders and bring them to your sunbeds. Shuttle buses to golf course can be more frequent. Restaurant for Breakfast doesn’t open until 6:30 while golfers may have started golfing. They will miss the breakfast. I suggest breakfast start at 6am and end at 10am instead. Also suggest to open the restaurant for dinner.

Fabulous stay at the New World Hoianna resort. Incredible breakfast, multiple pool areas and a great racquet court facility where we were able to try out Pickleball. The golf course is amazing and all the staff were incredibly helpful. Complimentary shuttle into Hot An

Idéal pour un séjour en famille, chacun peut trouver aisément son bonheur, kids club pour les enfants, très beau spa et superbe golf.

Nous avions réservé une suite avec une chambre indépendante et un canapé lit comme stipulé sur l’offre de Booking. Sauf qu’il s’agissait d’un simple canapé et non pas d’un canapé convertible. La réception n’a strictement rien voulu entendre et a tout simplement ajouté 2 lits simples pour nos 2 filles.

Beautiful resort.

The food could have been a bit better - especially considering the price.

This is a luxury, 5-star hotel and we never wanted to leave! By far our best accommodation of our trip. The facilities were impeccable. The room and bathroom were huge, and clean and modern. Staff were so lovely, and very helpful. We didn’t have one bad interaction with staff, they were great. The buffet breakfast was incredible. There were a lot of different pool side options and we never had any trouble finding a day bed. Pickle ball was also very fun!

The pool was a little bit warm, and we were seeking some relief from the hot weather. The hotel is about a 25 min drive from main town, which was fine but keep in mind. The poolside drinks were a little bit expensive.

Lots of activities for kids and adults, many pool options, which allowed us to have some quiet relaxing time, extraordinary breakfast with lots of options and great tasting food, room was very nice. The kids club was good, the kids loved it and it allowed us to have some quiet time as well. Good option if you want to spend your holidays at the hotel only. I would definitely go back again. Shuttle available to Hoi An and Da Nang.

Food and drinks at restaurants were a bit pricey.

We loved our stay here! We stayed for 4 nights with 3 kids. Staff was great. Breakfast was huge and varied. Had fun activities for the kids like foam party, water guns, and archery.

On site Restaurants were busy so make sure to reserve your spot for dinners.

the room is spacious, bed n pillows are comfortable, staffs are very helpful, very close to the golf course, just 2 mins by shuttle bus, breakfast is exceptional good, even made us eggs benedict on request. We enjoy our stay very much.

It could have been better if it's short walk to the Spa centre.

The staff and the beach

They could do more to clean the beaches outside the footprint of the resort and would benefit from a sustainability plan to support the local environment and people or it will end up being another Bali- a lost paradise. At the moment the ocean and the sand is free of micro-plastics but polystyrene and other large marine debris is littered along the edges of the high tide mark all along the extensive stretch of beach, this could be cleaned with minimal effort in two days. I fear if this is not done the spectacular kilometres of sandy beach will be impossible to clean in the future.

Wrt the beach resort section of the hotel I like that our room was facing the beach and pools and that it was in close proximity to the beach unlike other resorts where the hotel rooms are quite set back from the beach and you need to walk quite a distance. I like that the rooms are non-smoking. We rented a one bedroom, and I like that it was very well appointed. Spacious, had great vibes and very very comfortable. The furniture and fittings were all quality. The staff throughout were all very lovely, friendly, had pride in their work. The complimentary airport pick up/drop off service. Really nice welcome in-room drinks and fruit Kids club - sublime. Indoor and outdoor activities. Club lounge - memorable food. My toddler loves the upgraded ice cream and we loved the smoked, slow cook beef ribs. Cove (pool side) - husband and toddler loved the pasta and meatballs. The best they’ve both had. Buffet breakfast - We ate here for three days and haven’t discovered it all.

I didn’t like cigarette smells wafting through the lobby area and attach food court section. I don’t know where it was coming from but perhaps a designated smoking area or the casino attached to the hotel. Restaurants, lifts etc in the hotel building on the casino side had a very strong cigarette smells as well which made the experience unpleasant. Building and construction - Small things like laying laminate floor boards down on uneven floors = squeaky floors and you can feel uneven floor underfoot. Shower head - too heavy and can be a safety issue esp for young children taking a shower. Additionally, no further additional spray function. Of the above, the smoking smell as you approach the casino was the biggest detractor.

The property had an expansive selection of activities and dining for everyone. We really enjoyed the waterslides, the beach club, and the club lounge that we had access to. The breakfast was amazing, there were so many options for the whole family and many different cuisines. The beach club was nice and quiet as we came during the rainy season. We had a wonderful lunch on our last day at Osteria. The staff were very attentive. The bowling alley was still under construction, but the kids loved the arcade. Our boys loved the whole trip, especially the kids club, waterslide, arcade, and all the good food.

It was quite far from anything, including the old town and even further from the airport than most hotels. The beds were firm but the pillows were down so I woke up with a sore neck every morning. Perhaps should have asked for an alternative. We booked a big suite and our older son, even though he was 11, needed a pull out bed which they charged us extra for. In the gym, there is no staff there. The treadmills looked dirty and the equipment was old for a relatively new hotel. They could definitely invest money for new equipment and machines. Not great but not bad. There were spider webs next to my bedside air conditioning but the staff cleaned it once I informed them

Very clean and modern hotel, very close to the beach with beautiful walkways to the beach. A Casino and other restaurants around the hotel makes it very enjoyable as you can try other dishes.

I liked everything except the food was a little bit limiting with no much choices for other cuisine.

The pools, rooms and other facilities are modern, spacious and fancy! Lovely views of the beach. The breakfast was incredible. It's a fair distance away from Hoi An, about 20 minutes by car, but that was fine and means it's nice and quiet. The cleaners do an incredible job each day of keeping the rooms nice and clean. We had some issues with our bath tap breaking (twice) but the online support team sent someone straight away to fix it.

We really looked forward to this treat at the end of our holiday around Vietnam, but whilst the facilities are incredible, in our experience, the service was so appalling at times, that we cannot recommend this resort to others. Overall we were left feeling disappointed and actually quite unwelcome and keen to leave. Throughout the 4 nights we stayed there, multiple staff members we interacted with in some (not all) areas of the resort, were either disinterested, distracted on their phones or flat out rude.. the opposite to everyone else we've met in our travels throughout Vietnam. We stayed during the off peak season so there were barely any guests, and plenty of staff, however we received no proactive service, eg: no offers of a menu, some water, a towel, a smile, the basics really, let alone 5 star resort service. This was particularly apparent with the staff in the pool area, the Cove (next to the pool) and Play (a kids club, where I would not feel comfortable leaving my children, even if I could - not that they allow it!). Again, not all staff members were like this by any means. The room service attendants, the cleaners, were all so attentative and lovely. The people we engaged with online were also helpful. But the staff we interacted with the most, in the common areas, really put a dampener on our time there and we will not return or recommend it to our friends.

공항 셔틀을 이용해서 이동했고 호이안 올드 타운도 셔틀을 이용해서 나갔어요. 근데 생각보다 나갈일이 없어요. 안에 놀게 너무 많아요. 풀장 시설, 조식, 룸 컨디션, 직원들 서비스 말할것 없이 훌륭하고 벌레도 별루 없고요 추석연휴에 와서 한국사람 많을줄 알았는데 인구밀도 자체가 많지않아 너무 쾌적했어요. 카지노도 무섭지않고 깨끗해서 구경하기 재미있었구요.

Гостиница - тяжёлый люкс! Всё очень круто продумано, удобно, красиво, великолепный персонал! В номере всё удобно - отличная кровать, сантехника, балкон. Кондиционер работает хорошо, на кровать не дует. Завтрак как отдельное приключение! Фо Бо, Фо Га, суп с рыбными фрикадельками - супер! Сыры, нарезки, множество разных закусок, соков и очень много фруктов. Целая кофейная станция с супер концентрированным вьетнамским кофе (мы его называли «нефтью» за крепость). На территории 20+ ресторанов и баров, спа комплекс с баней, хаммам и джакузи (в женской половине сауны нет), одно из самых больших казино во Вьетнаме! Мы даже выиграли 82$! Пляж прекрасный, лежаков мало, но всегда были свободные, да и море было закрыто из-за волн 3 из 7 дней. Вкусная пицца в Остерии на территории. От гостиницы остались самые положительные впечатления!

Hotel avec des infrastructures luxueuses. calme et trés adapté pour famille ou couple. attention pour les adolescents qui cherchent animation. nous avons utilisé la navette de manière récurrente pour se rendre à Hoian. Repas et activité sportive sont un plus

le personnel aurait pu ajuster la navette à l'aéroport dans la mesure on avait demandé de prévoir un départ avancé de 30min et surtout nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes. position un peu excentré de l'animation pour ceux qui cherchent de l'ambiance qui est à Danang

The hotel had great facilities. We loved the pools and complimentary activities offered. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! There were so many different food stations which provided different options each morning.

Unfortunately we were unable to make use of the free shuttle bus as it was full on both occasions we attempted to use.

酒店網站上每間房都是可以有相連房的，但酒店職員說我選擇的房間是沒有相連房的，今次是一家人出遊，有小朋友，所以不方便照顧。我一入到房間已傳出一些霉味，很不舒服，我已經向酒店反映，並且冷氣不夠冷，當我調教温度到20度，一段時間後會自動升回到25度，洗手間很多污漬，霉菌，很不乾淨 。但游泳池是不錯，小孩玩得很開心 。
