Staff went over and beyond, special mention to Jessie, she was beautiful and so helpful! We got upgraded the room was perfection. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Wir sind während unserer Hochzeitsreise hier und genießen die Zeit im Hotel wirklich sehr. Unser Zimmer ist wunderschön, sauber und gemütlich und auch die verschiedenen Pools sind super – perfekt zum Entspannen. Ein großes Lob geht vor allem an das Personal. V, Gigi, Ame und wirklich alle, die wir bisher kennengelernt haben, sind total freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl und willkommen. Das Restaurant gefällt uns ebenfalls sehr gut und das Essen ist wirklich lecker. Besonders das Frühstück können wir empfehlen – viel Auswahl, alles frisch und definitiv eines unserer Highlights hier. Im Spa habe ich bisher nur den Nagelservice ausprobiert. Der war okay, bei Sauberkeit und Standards ist aus meiner Sicht noch etwas Luft nach oben. Das ist aber nur mein persönlicher Eindruck und für den gesamten Aufenthalt eher eine Kleinigkeit. Alles in allem haben wir hier eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Für unsere Hochzeitsreise ist es ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Gigi at reception, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to help. Her warm attitude and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Nos ha gustado todo. El camarero V super atento siempre y simpatico, Ame mas de lo mismo, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en cualquier cosa. Y la masajista Tina increible, estoy embarazada y me dio un masaje especial para embarazadas y fue de las mejores cosas del viaje, lo necesitaba mucho. El desayuno el mejor de todos los hoteles que hemos visitado en vietnam. Un hotel de 10. No tenemos bi guna queja, de hecho si volvemos queremos venir a hoi an y volver a este hotel

An Exceptional Stay – We Will Never Forget This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room was magnificent, the two pools were beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the entire property was clean and immaculate. But best of all were the staff – they truly made our stay exceptional. A special thank you to Kathy, Ame, Brian, V, and everyone else who looked after us so wonderfully. They understand hospitality in a way that simply cannot be taught. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. We will never forget our stay. Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven! Normaal gesproken houd ik van kleine groene homestays maar dit hotel heeft een plek in mijn hart gekregen. Alles klopt hier: de kamers, de verzorging, de spa met zijn mogelijkheden, de kwaliteitvan het eten. Uitstekend! Maar wat het bijzonder maakt is de warme belangstelling en zorg van het personeel! Zo lief! In het bijzonder dank aan Ella, en aan Mia van de spa, maar iedereen is hier buitengewoon aardig en attent. Complimenten!

Habitación, personal y desayuno espectacular.

Nous avons beaucoup appréciée notre séjour dans cet hôtel, la chambre était exceptionnelle ainsi que le personnel qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Merci à Ame notre best friend du séjour ainsi qu’aux masseuses Stella et Mia qui ont réalisé un massage inoubliable. La cuisine était également exceptionnelle nous y avons très très bien mangé !

入住時的接待人員Amber非常親切、貼心，讓人感到很溫暖，其他人員也都很友善。

浴室雖有獨立的淋浴間，但地板未做隔水，所以淋浴完廁間及洗臉台處的地板也會濕，稍嫌可惜，但整體而言還是很滿意。

Magnifique, tout était au top ! La qualité des prestations, la gentillesse et la sympathie du personnel, merci Ella et V pour votre accueil. Une chambre spacieuse et très propre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner très varié et très bon, le goûter…😋 Sans oublier les massages, on a beaucoup apprécié.

Todo me gusto desde la atención del personal de Amy y Tiffany , las instalaciones , el desayuno, la cena , me agrado que hubiera servicio gratuito para ir al centro o a la playa . Que nos ayudarn con la excursión. Es un hotel bonito y su personal te hace sentir que estás de vacaciones. Este fue mi segundo hotel en Vietnam y es al primero que hago la valoración por lo especial que me hicieron sentir.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices, and the swimming pool was lovely and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Ame, who was absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. We also had a massage at the hotel spa, and it was amazing! The therapists were very professional, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I definitely recommend trying the massage during your stay. The hotel also provides bicycles for guests. We took the bicycles and rode around the nearby rice fields, which was such a beautiful and memorable experience. 🌾🚲 The location is also very convenient — the Old Town is only around 10 minutes away by Grab.

We had a great stay here. Spacious and beautifully done rooms, an exceptional spread for breakfast and really friendly and helpful staff - especially Ami and Gigi.

Struttura stupenda, tutto perfetto.

I absolutely enjoyed everything about my stay here. It was 3 wonderful days. The stuff members were so kind and helpful. They made my stay very comfortable and provided help whenever I needed something. Breakfast was amazing , I got try out food that I had never tried before. They had a shuttle that would either bring you to the beach or to the old town. As a solo traveller I felt the safest. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay wonderful and I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely hotel very convenient for the beach and Ancient Town. Friendly staff, especially Koi who was our private driver for our day out. Good breakfast and really comfortable beds. Staff will go above and beyond to assist you and make your stay wonderful, especially Ame- Front office manager.

- Un peu excentré de la vieille ville, il faudra marcher sur des trottoirs encombrés de scooter (2 km environ) ou prendre un Grab. - nous avons eu une chambre avec un lit rond assez inconfortable - chambres mal insonorisées si vous avez des voisins bruyants L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant et n’ai plus vraiment un 5 étoiles mais plutôt un 4 étoiles. Le personnel est serviable mais contact qui manque de sincère et spontanéité.

The location is great. Just out of the main part of Hoi An. Facilities were clean and bedroom was very comfortable. Ella and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. It really made our stay a memorable one.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel in Hoi An! The location was great as it is close to the Old Town and the beach, and only about 45 minutes from Da Nang. There were also plenty of cafes and shops nearby, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Kathy and Tiffany, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, including decorating our room for my sister’s birthday and arranging our tickets for the Memories Show. They really made our stay extra special!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that, at one point, the hallway carpets had a noticeable smell, like old wet rags. Hopefully, this can be addressed as it was the only thing that took away slightly from an otherwise great experience.

Отель просто класс, правда чувствуется 5 звезд от номеров до персонала , классные разнообразные завтраки (очень большой выбор) , нам сделали апгрейд номера в честь нашей помолвки , в ванной были лепестки роз, сделали красивых лебедей. Большее спасибо отель за такое внимания, персонал всегда поможет , всегда улыбаются , классный спа , бассейны на первом и последнем этаже тоже . Всем советую , если будем ещё раз в хойане , только сюда

A brilliant hotel not far from Hoi An Old Town! The rooms are immaculate, service is excellent and it's quite affordable considering the level and quality of the hotel. Special thanks to Jessi at reception for providing great service throughout my stay - great check-in service as well as setting me up with the spa! Will definitely stay again.

Every detail was considered, I loved the styling throughout the hotel, very cohesive and enjoyable experience.

Our stay was perfect, and the staff were always very helpful for everything, especially Gigi. The breakfast was especially delicious and copious.

Our stay at Grand sunrise palace was excellent, rooms were spacious with a huge bed, facilities were good, pool a nice cool temperature. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard everyday. Staff were amazing from start to finish, Gigi especially made us feel very welcome, checking up on us everyday. Breakfast was good, mixture of Vietnamese and western food. Shuttle to the beach and old town is handy.

The gym could do with a few more options.

the staff where amazing from Gi Gi , Amy at the front desk, to the door men, restaurant staff VY. But frankly all staff where super and really made our stay outstanding. we love smaller hotels where we get to meet and feel like valued viisters not just a room number.

only that the pool closed too early. We love to swim later in the evening after a big day exploring .

We loved everything about this hotel. You’ll be hard pushed to find a better breakfast buffet in all over Vietnam. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Amie and Tiffany were great - always there to help with anything that came up and they go above and beyond it mark special occasions like birthdays. Cam and Tina in the spa provided a very special service and one that we won’t forget. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent hotel. So friendly, super service, so clean and we loved the spa facilities. The staff were superb - Ame and the team were brilliant at helping us with all of our needs. A huge shoutout to our fantastic driver Koi who took us to our next hotel. He spoke good English and couldn’t have been more kind, hospitable and a really conscientious driver. Thank you Koi.

The staff here is incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from offering a welcoming drink, small snacks, and cold towels upon arrival, rotating the morning shot for every breakfast, to capturing the taxi license plate on every drop-off to facilitate quick retrieval of the belongings in case the hotel guest forget them in the car.

Grand Sunrise Palace was the absolute perfect base for our Hoi An adventure! We loved every minute of our stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable. ​The breakfast buffet is incredible—huge, variety-packed, and everything tasted delicious. Beyond the great amenities and lovely pool, the staff truly made our stay special; everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Location was too far from all the exciting stuff in Hoi An, street and rooster noises at night/early morning, will not check you in until 3pm.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. A special mention and a huge thank you to Kathy for her exceptional hospitality. She was amazingly kind, always smiling, attentive, and gave us wonderful recommendations. People like her truly make a trip unforgettable. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room is beautiful and comfortable and the staff is amazing! Ella was so kind to greet me and help me throughout my stay but really all of the staff were really helpful. It’s also a close walk to some cute bakeries and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Excellent 5 star hotel from the first welcome by the security staff to just the general vibe of the staff here. They’re always smiling and happy to chat with you as you enter or leave and even make rounds at breakfast to check in to make sure all is ok, stupid but to see what your plans for the day are and offer suggestions. Especially Brian that checked us in and Kathy and Ame, they were always on hand to make sure we were happy. The room was just as in the pictures, spacious and comfortable. We used the bath tub more than expected too. We also loved the ability to rent bicycles, everywhere we wanted to go was in cycling distance. Just be careful of the bolts in the basket not to snag your bags on them.

Can’t really fault any part of our stay there

The staff are very attentive, with particular mention to Gigi who went out of her way to make our stay as easy as possible. The location is little outside the Old town however it’s easy to get there, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus at certain times in the day, you can also borrow bicycles from the hotel to get around the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, with plenty of light. Breakfast is good with plenty of options.

The gym is quite small with limited equipment, the rooftop pool closes at 6pm which I thought was early.

We have never stayed at a hotel with better service - it was exceptional. The staff were engaging, kind and helpful. Everything was beautifully presented and faultlessly clean; the rooms, the dining area, the pools. Even the food was great. At night the hotel would feature local talent using traditional musical instruments which was just fantastic. Loved our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay with the Grand Sunrise Palace. The staff were absolutely amazing- especially V and Ame! Can’t thank them enough for taking care of us and making our stay in Hoi An truly special. Great hotel - lovely food!

La estancia fue muy buena. La habitación es grande, la cama muy cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario. Gigi fue encantadora, ayudando en todo momento y muy pendiente. Las chicas de los masajes también son muy agradables.

El personal es maravilloso, el trato es excelente y nunca falta una sonrisa. Ami nos atendió excelente. Sin duda un hotel muy recomendable. El almuerzo muy variado y exquisito. La comida y la cena no te dejarán indiferente, hemos pedido diversos platos para probar y no puedo elegir el más exquisito. Tienen bicicletas para prestarte y lo hacen de manera proactiva y sin coste..

La verdad es que salí encantado y no puedo poner ninguna nota negativa
