Definitely value for money. Roof top pool is deep compared to those we have stayed in vietnam. Make sure you take advantage of the bikes easy ride to the rice fields and only minutes to the old town and river. Breakfast is great

Staff friendly but to be honest we didn’t spend too much time at the hotel so didn’t get to know individual names. The hotel has a quiet calm atmosphere, loved the waterfall and koi fish pond

Beds were very firm! Happy hour advertised as buy 1 get 1 free, but when we purchased and noticed on the bill that it was not any free we were told you get 15% off first order then the next order is but 1 get 1 free. False advertising

Hoewel de meeste medewerkers erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren, waren er een paar die erg onbeleefd en kortaf waren waardoor ik me niet op mijn gemak voelde als ik met hen sprak.

I fully enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Hoi An. The staff was wonderful, friendly & helpful. Great value for the price. It is about 1 km walk from the central market/old town or 30k VND wit Grab taxi. I would stay here again.

Hotel bien ubicado (20 min andando del centro) y con posibilidad de alquiler de bicis. El desayuno excelente y la piscina del hotel tiene un buen tamaño para poder refrescarte por las tardes. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, limpias y con ducha y bañera. Además son comunicadas hecho perfecto para familias con niños.

Hôtel très confortable avec une excellente literie et une excellente climatisation. L’hôtel est un peu excentré et donc au calme et c’est ce que nous recherchions. L’accueil est au top avec une petite boisson fraîche à l’arrivée. La piscine en roof top est très agréable, les serviettes sont fournies. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Je recommande vivement.

Pas de thé vert au petit déjeuner ce qui nous a surpris alors qu’il y en a dans la chambre. Donc obligé de descendre avec son sachet de thé vert 😂 Ce n’est qu’un détail

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Mit den Rädern, die man jederzeit kostenlos leihen kann, ist man schnell im alten Viertel und genauso schnell in den Reisfeldern. Das Personal ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und freundlich und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Eine herzliches Dankeschön Mia, Hanna und Anna! Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet sowohl landestypische, als auch europäische Gerichte. Alles frisch und appetitlich hergerichtet. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt!

Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans cet hôtel à Hoi An et tout était vraiment parfait. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à une distance tout à fait raisonnable à pied de la vieille ville, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de Hoi An tout en étant un peu à l’écart de l’agitation. Une mention spéciale à toute l’équipe des filles de la réception, qui ont été absolument adorables et d’une grande aide pendant notre séjour. Elles ont pris le temps de nous conseiller et de nous aider à organiser nos journées, que ce soit pour les visites, les endroits à ne surtout pas manquer ou encore les meilleurs restaurants. Toujours disponibles, souriantes et de très bons conseils, c’est vraiment un service que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. L’hôtel est également très agréable, confortable et bien entretenu, et nous nous y sommes sentis très bien pendant ces quatre nuits. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour à Hoi An !

Hotel molto carino poco distante dal centro. Bici a disposizione per muoversi in libertà. Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona anche se la proposta orientale è in maggioranza rispetto a quella internazionale. Camere molto spaziose, così come il bagno.

Unica nota negativa riguarda il rumore. La camera non era ben insonorizzata e si sentivano voci sia dalla hall che dai vicini accanto e di sopra.

Nous avons tout aimé : nous avions une chambre communicante avec chacune une baignoire et une douche. La literie est tres confortable. L'hôtel est calme. La piscine sur le toit est tres belle et agréable. Le petit déjeuner propose un beau choix et tres varié. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Tres bon rapport qualité prix.

The hotel falls short of 5-star standards in terms of both room finishings and overall service quality.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel with really good service. It is just 10min grab ride to the Old Town. When we first came to the hotel at night, the bridge leading up to the hotel was stunning with lanterns. It was really hot when we were here, so some days we just spent our afternoons in the hotel. We stayed 3 nights, and it came with a complimentary foot massage, afternoon tea, and free ride to the airport. We liked the massage so much, we added on to get the happy hour 1 for 1 Full Body massage. They had free bike rental, which we used to cycle by the riverside to nice cafes. The reception staff were really kind and helpful, and recommended where we could get flowers in the nearby market. It was so comfortable in the hotel, with a beautiful bathtub and balcony. I would definitely come back if we come to Hoi An again.

מלון מקסים, חדרים יפים ונוחים, מקלחת ואמבטיה בכל חדר, החדר היה בקומה השניה כך שלא היה נוף מרשים מהמרפסת. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת והטבות מיוחדות למזמינים מספר לילות. יש במקום אופניים שניתן לשאול ושירותי כביסה איטיים ויקרים יותר, אבל עובד המלון לקח אותי לחנות הסמוכה שם שירותי הכביסה במחיר סטנדרטי ומהירים יותר. הברכה על הגג מצויינת והנוף נהדר. המיקום מעט רחוק ממרכז העיר העתיקה, ולדעתי זה עדיף, עם זאת יש בסביבה הרבה מסעדות ובתי קפה.

Ładnie urządzony, wygodny hotel. Było cicho. Hotel jest oddalony od ścisłego centrum, ale za to jest spokojnie i świetnie się wysypialiśmy. Całkiem spory basen.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was one of the best of our vacation, and the kids loved the pool. We used the free bikes every day. The room was spacious and clean!

The distance to downtown can be covered “quickly” by bike. It’s not located in downtown, but it’s too close to hail a Grab during peak hours, for example.

We hadden connected kamers dat erg makkelijk is met een gezin van vier personen. Het hotel is verder erg modern ingericht en ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Wij hebben (gratis) fietsen gebruikt om naar het strand te gaan. Dit is vanuit het hotel ook goed te doen. Bij aankomst kregen we een menu voor 4 personen en 4 voetmassages kado. Dit was een leuke verassing! We hebben ook een rug en schouder massage laten uitvoeren. Dit was prima voor een betaalbare prijs.

Excellent breakfast with a big choice. All of the staff were very good, the manager was outstanding.

Nothing about the hotel but it was about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the main market area. Motorbikes park on the footpaths blocking pedestrian access in many places so you are constantly walking on and off the road. The canal outside the hotel is just full of rubbish, l think all of the hotels on that strip should pay someone to clean it up its disgrace as it is.

Struttura eccezionale! Tutto é stato perfetto, il personale era gentilissimo. La struttura é nuova, ben tenuta e pulita, ha una bellissima piscina sul rooftop. Anche la colazione é abbondante, varia e molto buona!

È leggermente fuori dal centro, ma l'hotel mette a disposizione delle bici e in 10 minuti si é in centro facilmente!

Il miglior hotel di tutta la nostra permanenza in Vietnam, pulito, accogliente, il personale gentilissimo, all’ultimo abbiamo deciso di rimanere un pomeriggio in più facendo il check out tardivo per rilassarci in piscina prima di un volo per Hanoi e lo staff è stato sempre di nostro prezioso aiuto. Qui si sta veramente bene!!

L’unico appunto è sulla doccia: la porta non si chiudeva bene.

The property is wonderful in this small and beautiful Laltern town Hoi An. I would recommend to stay atleast a day here with attractions nearby, very nice and decent hotel interiors. Wonderful breakfast with lots of options for vegetarians too. The middle courtyard also looks very attractive , with roof top swimming pool too.

Hotel molt agradable, modern i amb molt bon disseny. Les instal·lacions estan molt ben cuidades. El personal és molt atent i amable, i l’esmorzar és bo i variat. L’habitació era molt àmplia, amb balcó, dutxa i banyera, i en general molt còmoda.

L’únic inconvenient és la ubicació, ja que està una mica lluny tant del centre històric com de la platja, així que normalment cal agafar un taxi per desplaçar-se. Tot i això, això també fa que sigui una zona molt tranquil·la.

Staff were great, breakfast was awesome, welcome drinks were delicious, pool kept child entertained, free use of bikes, lovely massage, close to the markets

Room service food was abit of a let down for the price paid-ordered pizza which wasn't very nice and the icecream sundae was very small. Aircon was one speed-high which was abit inconvenient in the early hours of the morning when it would get cold, but once turned off, the room would get hot again quickly.

Dieses Boutique-Hotel war eines der absoluten Highlights unserer Reise. Die ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit den kostenlosen Fahrrädern, die das Hotel zur Verfügung stellt, war alles in wenigen Minuten bequem erreichbar. Die perfekte Kombination aus Erholung und guter Anbindung. Das gesamte Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und versprüht eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das außergewöhnlich aufmerksame und herzliche Personal. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Auf unseren vielen Reisen haben wir schon in zahlreichen Hotels übernachtet. Dieses gehört definitiv zu den besten. Wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Everything was excellent. The place or the ambience was cozy, intimate feels, the staff were so accomodating, the foods were great and the warm foods varies everyday. We were fortunate because we were upgraded from 2 persons to 3 persons room, which is in the 7th floor. We got a nice view then.😊 It is recommended to use their pool at the roof top. We also avail their coffee making with a fee. It was a great experience. We prepared 4 different coffee types. A 10-12 minutes walk to Old town. It's walkable to everything if you dont mind the heat. Highly recommended to stay in Hoi An. I/ we would definitely come back again.

The water sometimes suddenly disappears at the 7th floor, but it will be back again for a while.
