Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Swimming pool, convenience shop, staff were helpful.
Very noisy if you are on the top floor, as my room was close to a busy overpass road & all I could hear was what sounded like trucks / or construction work all night. I did ask if I could change to a quieter room the next night, however it was also on the top floor. Another guest told me that the lower floor rooms were quieter. After being told to use the white room towels for the pool, I was then charged a towel cleaning fee as there were dirt/dust marks on the towel from using it at the pool. These were not stains, just dirt that would wash out in a normal wash.

There was only a hard mattress on the floor in the bedroom and no base for the bed . It was weird and very uncomfortable. I had a sore back the second day . It appears only the Duplex rooms have just a mattress on the floor .

Reviewed Jun 22, 2025Looks and is beautiful. And they have a little shop down stairs. The gym is opened for everyone to be able to see which I didn't love but its an option.
The resturant is very hit or miss inside. Sometimes its open other times its not. Just depends

Reviewed Feb 3, 2025It bothers me that the communication between me and the middle management was so intolerable that it tarnishes the review of this property. There was a mishap (medication was thrown away). When I realized that cleaning staff had mistakenly thrown my medication out, I told the desk immediately. Initially the management said they would cover the loss. Then they claimed I lied. Then they attempted to negotiate by telling me the maid would be responsible for the $400 to replace my meds. Other than that managerial failure the property is fairly nice.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2025Don't go. Our first room when we arrived was horrible. Second room was ok. Overall cleaning in hotel is minus level. Reception is not helpful. Girl liked to watch movies more then be helpful for clients. There is no roof top pool. There is new private gym and for old gym to everyone's to use. Location is easy to go with bus.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2025The swimming pool and the gym were fantastic , the staff were super helpful and gave me a room Upgrade when I didn’t like the room. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful. I enjoyed the area also because I wanted to rest and there’s lots to see and do in the neighbourhood
Sadly the rooms do NOT match the photos, it’s best value for money to get a duplex or two level suite. Also there are iguanas that sneak in and yes be careful of ants but as long as you keep the room clean and as long as you remember it’s Vietnam i think it was well worth the price. I would come back
