The facilities in this hotel were beautiful, comfortable bed and large bathroom with plenty of space for getting ready.

The hotel does let you know after arrival but there is construction happening right next to this building which on my stay started around 7am but most noise was gone around 11am. Just a note to add to anyone that is not a morning person

Jag gillade läget på hotellet och den fina stranden My Khe som låg 5 min gångavstånd från hotellet. Personalen var oerhört trevliga, bra service och kommunikation. Vi använde deras tvättservice som var fantastiskt, du kunde själv säga hur plaggen skulle tvättas (grader och hur den skulle torktumlas) och du plockade sedan upp plaggen som var vikta och förpackade i slutet av dagen eller dagen efter.

Samatha hotel is wonderful place in nice part of Danang. Everything is near by and staff is very helpfull. Hotel rooms are clean and have nice kitchens. One nueance is that apartment hotels don't serve breakfast, but the area has pleanty of places to offer food.

Отель удачно расположен: до моря 5 минут пешком, рядом много кафе и ресторанов, круглосуточнвх магазинов и аптек. Ребята на ресепшн помогут по любому вопросу, здесь же можно выгодно поменять деньги. Пользовались услугами прачечной. На крыше есть небольшой неглубокий бассейн. Сам номер довольно просторный. Чисто, хотя можно было бы стены возле мусорного контейнера тщательно отмыть от грязи. Уборка по запросу. Кровать удобная, белье чистое. Есть гигиенические наборы. Вода чай, кофе пополнялись по мере уборки. В номере есть чайник, плита, микроволновка , холодильник . В целом остались довольны проживанием.

Крохотный балкон, на который невозможно выйти. Из посуды дае тарелки, две чашки, вилки, ложки, нож и сковорода. Что-то полноценно приготовить не получится. Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, простыли.

Very friendly and helpful staff who communicate via WhatsApp to arrange check in time, housekeeping etc. Nice sized apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area. Good location, a short walk to the beach and with many cafe and restaurant options nearby. We used the laundry service which was very quick and affordable.

The kitchen facilities were basic but fine other than there was no cloth/sponge, scrubbing brush or dishwashing liquid provided.

It was clean and tidy with good central location close to beach.

Felt pool needed attention. Booked property because of location and pool so was disappointed to find the water murky.

Cleaner walls (little moth worms dangling from ceiling) - no brush or cloth to wash cups with - Construction noise wasn't too bad and not Their fault. Cluttered entrance at ground level is uncomfortable ... they could set up better.

Sheets in bed were dirty, towels were dirty even after exchanging twice, rooms are not cleared or restocked unless you ask. Construction started every day next door at 7am and went until 5pm. Staff don’t really care that you are there

Super Lage. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man Strand. Es gibt Cafés und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Wir wurden vorab über die Bauarbeiten im Hotel informiert. Cleaning, Handtücher etc. auf Nachfrage über WhatsApp - alles sehr unkompliziert.

Wer hier bucht, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es aktuell aufgrund der Bauarbeiten etwas lauter sein kann - das betrifft aber fast jedes Hotel in Da Nang. Der Balkon war nur ein Austritt, das Rauchen war auch auf dem Balkon verboten?

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist absolut lobenswert! Super freundlich, super gutes englisch! Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Es gibt einen riesigen Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist top!

Es wirkt alles ein wenig veraltet. Was mich aber mehr gestört hat, war die Sauberkeit. Ich habe Ohrstecker neben dem Bett gefunden, Kugelschreiber neben der kleinen Couch, der Boden und das Bad hätten definitiv sauberer sein können.

The only issue was the noise from construction next door but I give credit to the staff because they made me aware of this before I confirmed my booking

Самая главная ценность этого апарт-отеля – его команда. Потрясающее и очень заботливое обслуживание, уборка или замена полотенец/расходных материалов – каждый день (вы сами выбираете, что вам нужно). Довольно неплохая шумоизоляция. Интернет очень неплох, я работал удаленно, поэтому для меня это было важно.

Номера немного уставшие, но это не критично. Ещё слив в душе легко забивается, но точно так же легко чистится. Главное разочарование – это бассейн. Его сложно даже назвать бассейном, скорее "лягушатник" для детей. Глубина небольшая слишком. Но по чистоте вопросов нет.

Her şey son derece pratik. Konum harika. Giriş çıkışlar çok pratik. Otelin önünde motor kiralama servisi çok profesyonel. Çalışanlar sürekli iş başında. Yardımcı oluyorlar ve motorları temizliyorlar. Bu otel ileride çok daha iyi yerlere gelebilir. Ayrıca tüm taleplerime yanıt verip çok kısa süre içerisinde çözdüler. Her gün oda temizliği isteyip istemediğimizi sordular. İletişim muazzamdı.

Otelin lobisi geliştirilebilir. Biraz karışık. Ufak aydınlatmalar ve küçük dokunuşlarla daha temiz ve lüks bir görüntü sağlanabilir. Büyük bütçelere gerek yok. Genel anlamda biraz daha düzenlenirse harika olur. Odalarda badana ve detaylı temizlik biraz daha arttırılabilir.

For a place charging these prices, having loud banging noises go on the entire night is honestly embarrassing, what’s worse is that it seemed completely normalized, as if guest comfort just doesn’t matter here.

Понравилось абсолютно все. Очень приятные ребята ребята на ресепшн, готовые всегда прийти на помощь. Каждый день спрашивали в сообщении, что нам нужно в номере: уборка, вода, туалетные принадлежности и тд. У нас был номер с кухней, все очень чисто, приятный запах, есть столовые приборы, сковорода, рисоварка (но в ней можно и отварить креветки), плита. Особая благодарность парню с ресепшн, он помог нам со своего аккаунта купить билеты на поезд, что избавило нас от лишней поездки в кассы вокзала. У отеля отличное расположение: до моря 5 минут пешком, до моста дракона минут 30-40, отель немного в глубине от шумных улиц, поэтому в номере тихо. В округе много кафе, салонов массажа, магазинов. Так же в отеле очень хороший курс обмена наличных. Ещё в отеле мы брали байк, почти новый с пробегом всего 3000км по цене, как везде, только без геморроя с документами. Однозначно буду рекомендовать отель свои друзьям и сама обязательно остановлюсь ткт, когда снова приеду в Дананг. Спасибо большое!

Хорошее расположение, недалеко от самого красивого и комфортного пляжа, рядом много кафе и ресторанчиков, а так же продуктовых магазинов. В отеле есть все услуги - можно обменять валюту, заказать laundry, взять на прокат байк, оформить экскурсии. Персонал приветлив

Номер отличается от того, что на фотографиях, они сильно подуставшие, поцарапанные стены, бывают грязноватые или рваные полотенца. Матрас в пленке, от этого сильно потеешь в жару. Не обольщайтесь насчёт бассейна на крыше, он маленький и его по ощущению не чистят, вода грязноватая, купаться мы не стали. Рядом с отелем находится стройка, но об этом неудобстве нас предупредили

Loved everything, clean room, plenty of space, lovely stuff that don't bullshit you without reason. One of my best stays in Vietnam in 9 weeks.

Pool could be a bit bigger and dipper, but because of how it was, we could basically have it as personal 😂

READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY: I only booked this accommodation via booking.com because of its supposed rating. Google claims this is a 4-star hotel. However, I can assure you, it is NOT! The management also admits to it via my email conversation with them. I am now in the process of contacting Google to see if that rating can be omitted ASAP. The accommodation offered and I accepted a 20% refund of my stay cost for the inconvenience caused for me plus a small amount to cover for my wasted day, otherwise unfortunately there'd be a lower score on here. There were a few incidents that occured which led to the above. They claim they don't allow any non patrons or non relevant staff past the reception, but I had a stranger just open my bedroom door (without knocking) thinking it was the toilet and despite seeing room number on the door itself. Apparently that's what he was told by reception. But reception said it was miscommunication 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Then, although the room and bathroom were very clean, the slippers were DEFINITELY not cleaned and unusable and I had to request reception to do something. When I came back, the slippers were washed and in a more usable state. The kitchen sink doesn't have dishwashing soap so I was unable to wash a used plate completely. So I rinsed it to the best of my abilities. Staff (although kind, good English and chatty), have negligible knowledge of travel activities/destinations in and around Da Nang, especially when the patrons and clientele are mainly foreigners. Unfortunately I lost a precious day of activities because a staff gave me completely false information and did not update the overnight staff about it. Apparently they were only an intern staff. Now although that excuse maybe acceptable, they're still a full representative of the Hotel and we trust them to give us quality information. Perhaps some retraining to staff on the above would be beneficial to the future customers.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel has a lot of potential. The room looked clean at first, smelled nice, and they clearly try to give guests a better experience than expected for the price. I also appreciated the small details in the room, such as toiletries and tissues, as well as the extra services like currency exchange and motorbike rental.

Great potential, but the most basic thing sleep was impossible The staff were nice and the room looked clean at first, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Shortly after getting into bed, I started feeling strong itching all over my body and noticed red bite-like marks. I do not have any known allergy and I did not swim in the sea that day. I packed my things and left immediately because I could not sleep in that condition. Later I saw another Google review from a guest who also suspected a similar bed/bed bug issue, so I strongly recommend the hotel check the mattress, bed, and linen seriously. The hotel has huge potential. I could see that they are trying to give guests a better experience with good service, helpful staff, and extra services. But at the end of the day, the main reason people come to a hotel is to sleep. In my case, I simply could not sleep there. So unfortunately, all the positive things lose their value when the most basic thing was not possible. There was also a very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, especially when opening the water or using the shower. The room itself smelled fine, but the bathroom smell was very unpleasant.

Местоположение, размер номера, отличный персонал, ещё возможность обмена валюты. Просторно, все есть, довольно чисто. Есть холодильник, кондиционер, фен, чайник и микроволновка. Цена тоже хорошая. Мы уже 4 или 5 раз там ночуем. Есть номера маленькие, побольше и для 4 человек.

Полотенца равные и в ржавых пятнах. Отсутствие стиральной машинки. Вонь из трубы где раковина.

Это было моё лучшее место проживания в Дананге, очень отзывчивый персонал, шел на встречу даже в нестандартных ситуациях. Близко к морю, в номерах было тихо. Номер сухой, вся мебель достаточно свежая. Очень круто 🙏🏻 Спасибо ребят, вы лучшие 🙏🏻 И цена приемлемая

The pool was not what it looks like in the photos so don’t book if a pool is a must. They also charged us for a little stain on the sheet the could easily be removed.

Хорошее месторасположение. Пляж очень близко, все основные магазины рядом, легко найти заведения для приятного времяпрепровождения. Комната была чистой и опрятной. В номере было все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Розетки работали, кондиционер тоже, постель была чистой, насекомых не видела и не слышала ни разу.

Возможно, для кого-то будет дорого. Бассейн не успела оценить, поэтому не могу ничего сказать, но он предполагается здесь. Иногда за окном с утра было сильно слышно стройку, но уверена, что это временно и сотрудники отеля уж точно не виноваты в том, что за окном соседи что-то строят.

Se comunicaron previamente, nos enseñaron el estado actual de la habitación y nos indicaron que había ruido por una construcción. Eso es positivo sin embargo debería ser con mayor antelación y no solo 3 días antes, de tal manera que uno pueda tomar una decisión al respecto.

La recepción también funciona para alquiler de motos, tiene ruido, desorden. En general se percibe descuidada.

Está ubicado en plena zona comercial y de restaurantes en Da nang, muy cerca de la playa. Tiene cocina que se puede usar y lavadora en cada piso, tremendo plus para viajeros a largo plazo.

Прекрасный, коммуникабельный персонал. На все обращения получил положительный быстрый результат. Администратор Mike помог с арендой автомобиля, соориентировал по окружающей инфраструктуре. Спасибо сотрудникам за комфорт.
