Boutique Unique Landmark 81

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION -----------NO INSTRUCTIONS ON TV---COOKTOP A/C ETC---------NO SPARE TOWELS --LINEN --------ROOM AT BEST VERY UNSATISFACTORY---

Poorly maintained and dirty apartment. Roaches and insects Wardrobes breaking down I dont understand why the owners dont look after the place ?

nice location, the only bad thing is you have no key to access the front entrance...need to wait for someone to come out and sneak in like a thief

Fell asleep instantly

Close to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful

Perfect for a weekend escape

This was a catfish of a property and just so inconvenient as a whole. In order to go through a resident only door to access the elevators you must flag down some lady and use her finger print to open. The security guard is of no help. There were bugs on the beds and black mold on the bathroom ceilings. Laundry machine got stuck for 2 days with our clothes in it and no proper place or instructions to dispose trash. Accommodation only gave 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom.

The self-check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions from the host. The apartment had a clean, minimalist vibe, which I loved

Only thing I disliked was it was difficult at time to call grab to the exact building.

Nice and safe place to stay with beautiful view. It’d be better if gym and pool are easy to access.

The living room was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. It felt like home

Everything is good for a short period. Nothing to complain about. Will stay here again if I have a chance to visit Sài Gòn in the future.

The view from the balcony was amazing, especially in the mornings. We enjoyed sitting out there with our coffee

The bathroom was spotless and had all the toiletries we needed. The shower was powerful, and the towels were fresh and soft

Very clean. been charged for $600,000 VND for a blood stain on the bed sheet?

The host responded to all of my messages almost instantly, which made me feel really well taken care of. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly. Great communication

A boho chic haven, this apartment was a stylish and laid-back sanctuary for relaxation

The loft-style living space exuded luxury and sophistication, creating a lavish urban retreat

The dreamy design of the apartment was a true delight for those with an eye for aesthetics

This townhouse offered a tranquil setting with elegant interiors and a peaceful ambiance

Tucked away like a secret garden, this apartment felt like a hidden gem in the city

It's difficult to communicate to the property management team. Checking procedure is too terrible. We were not provided with any contact information, such as phone numbers or names of specific individuals.

The property is perfect, no thought about it. Just have some communication issue at check-in where we need to show the guest’s registration to the security in the front desk, but then we contacted the apartment and quickly sent over the paper works. And also the front entrance required finger print to get in, which we are not notified with the check-in instruction. Otherwise the check-in process can be smoother.

Property was average but interior was not kept. Found a used condom in the masterbath room!
