We enjoyed our stay at Cham, especially the little details that made the room feel welcoming. It was nice having a quiet place to come back to after spending time around Hoi An. The whole property felt relaxed and well cared for, and we had a smooth stay from beginning to end

Cham war für unsere Reise eine wirklich gute Wahl. Uns hat gefallen, dass die Unterkunft nicht zu formell oder typisch nach Hotel wirkte und das Zimmer eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre hatte. An einem Morgen saßen wir eine ganze Weile einfach dort und genossen die ruhige Umgebung, bevor wir losgingen – eine schöne Abwechslung zu unserem sonst eher durchgeplanten Reisealltag. Während unseres Aufenthalts war alles unkompliziert, vom Check-in bis zu den hilfreichen Tipps des Personals für die Umgebung. Es fühlte sich wie ein Ort an, an dem wir ein wenig entschleunigen und Hoi An ganz in Ruhe genießen konnten.

We spent a full day relaxing in our room at Cham and it was honestly a nice change from constantly being out and about. The room was comfortable, so we ended up having a slow morning, ordering some food and just enjoying the space. It felt good to have a quiet day without needing to go anywhere

Il giardino è sicuramente uno degli aspetti più belli di Cham. La struttura è circondata da tanto verde, creando un’atmosfera fresca e rilassante. Il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualcosa, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Anche la nostra camera era esattamente come nelle foto, una sorpresa davvero positiva.

Le jardin est l’un des plus beaux atouts de Cham. Il y a tellement de verdure tout autour de la propriété que l’endroit est vraiment agréable et rafraîchissant. Le personnel était sincèrement chaleureux et serviable chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Notre chambre était également exactement comme sur les photos, ce qui a été une très belle surprise.

We had the penthouse room, and it was absolutely amazing, even better than we expected! Beautiful layout, amazing terrace, stellar views, and very comfortable. There's even a small kitchen. A little far from old town, but easy access by bicycle or cab, and the rice fields are super close and very pretty to walk or run in. Very nice staff, good WiFi, and kept quite clean. Overall, we loved it--we even decided to stay a few extra days!

You have to be very careful leaving any food unsealed, as ants will come pretty quickly. I think it's a problem in most of Hoi An, though!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il balcone con vista sul giardino e abbiamo utilizzato le biciclette per esplorare i dintorni. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. È stato tutto semplice, comodo e piacevole.

Charm Champion에서 며칠 동안 머물렀는데, 생각했던 것보다 훨씬 더 만족스러웠어요. 객실에서는 정원이 예쁘게 보였고, 발코니는 오후마다 앉아서 여유롭게 시간을 보내는 저희의 최애 공간이 되었습니다. 번잡한 중심가에서 살짝 떨어져 있는 것도 좋았어요. 특히 저녁에는 조용하고 편안한 분위기를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했으며, 필요한 것이 있을 때마다 직원분들이 빠르게 도와주셨어요. 단순히 잠만 자는 곳이라기보다 호이안을 여유롭게 둘러보기 위한 편안한 거점 같은 느낌이 들어서 더욱 좋았습니다.

We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the balcony was a nice place to relax in the evening. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Hoi An

Wir waren drei Nächte hier und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel, und der Balkon war ein schöner Ort, um abends zu entspannen. Das Personal war freundlich und begrüßte uns immer mit einem Lächeln. Wenn wir wieder nach Hoi An kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

We really enjoyed our stay at Charm Champion. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the garden was definitely our favorite part. It was lovely to sit outside in the morning with a coffee and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was also convenient, close enough to the Old Town but still peaceful and away from the busy streets. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Hoi An and we would happily come back.

Un endroit merveilleux où séjourner à Hoi An. La chambre était impeccable, chaleureuse et disposait d'un grand balcon où nous avons passé de très agréables soirées à nous détendre. L'emplacement était calme tout en restant pratique pour rejoindre la vieille ville. Le personnel nous a fait sentir les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Si nous revenons un jour à Hoi An, nous n'hésiterons pas une seconde à séjourner ici de nouveau.

Probably the best compliment we could give Charm Champion was that it was so good we stayed here twice!

 It’s nice to stay somewhere the room actually matches the photos you see before booking. 

 We slept like babies in the comfy bed, and loved the spacious room, with well appointed kitchenette, work space, decent ensuite bathroom, and a small balcony – which was a perfect spot for a sunset beer. The property itself is perfectly located in a quiet residential area between the old town and beach. That means it’s nice and quiet, and has a lovely local feel - and while you aren’t surrounded by restaurants and bars, there are enough options within a short walk or ride.

 There’s a nice shady pool downstairs which is perfect for a cool plunge, and there are free bikes provided to help you get around - I think there were maybe 5 of them – which we used most days – it takes around 10 minutes to ride to the Old Town, and a little longer to the beach.

 Aside from the room though, the best thing about this place is the staff, Mia at reception was just brilliant – efficient, friendly and super helpful – and always quick to respond to any requests we had.

 We also enjoyed our morning chats with Tu (probably spelt wrong) the ever-smiling and very hardworking housekeeper who tried her best to teach us a few Vietnamese words and phrases.

While we loved having access to free bikes, a few of them are very much in need of repair, with loose chains and slightly dodgy steering. In practice only half of the bikes were usable, and it felt like guests were competing for access to those bikes. It would be great if the owners could implement a regular maintenance schedule to ensure the bikes are safe, and fit for guest use.

The villa is not well kept. The pictures online are so much nicer than they are in reality.

Spacious, clean, quiet, and with reliable Wifi...what more can you want? The staff is very friendly and very responsive. The outer gates are locked at night (but you're given a way to access it if you are coming back late) so they take your safety and security very seriously. The lobby area has plenty of furniture to relax on, along with a swimming pool that was perfect for the hot summer day. It's also close enough to the Old Town area so a quick Grab ride can there you there and back easily.

В отеле не слишком чисто и чуть запущено. В хой Ане я пожила в разных отелях, но вот та самая комплиментарная вода, которую обычно ставят в комнате по прибытию - здесь быть в бутылке горлышко которой полностью в плесени. Также плесень встречалась в ванной комнате. Хотя лето достаточно жаркий и сухой период, чтобы не очистить плесень. Осенью в Сезон дождей в Азии это часто, но летом? Также когда я ела на улице и оставляла пакет на веранде из под еды, его не убирали даже когда я переехала в другую комнату и вернулась. Странно.

It was great and frendly stuff. The room was perfect, with a garden where I felt comfortable and safe. The location was also fantastic, close to the Old Town and close to the sea. I will definitely come back.

The room is spacious but we stayed on the 3rd floor , no elevator. In the map said its about 1.9km to Hoi-An oldtown but it felt further , They offered free bicycle though so we used it on our 2nd day. Quiet neigbourhood but a bit of walking distance to main attraction not recommend to walk under heat. Difficult to get grab after 8pm from oldtown back home- a little note here.

We arrived early we left the lugggages and came back for checkin time and realized the the electricity shut down. The lady said it happen from time to time and they cant tell when it will be back,so just the note here as well.

Le séjour était sincèrement génial. Tout le monde a été adorable. La communication était très fluide et agréable. Le logement en lui même était parfait, fidèle aux photos et à la description, même mieux encore. J’ai rarement vu un logement aussi beau et propre lors de mes voyages en Asie, surtout pour un tarif comme celui là. J’ai notamment été bluffé par la cuisine qui était bien équipée et surtout très propre. La localisation était idéale pour nous. Dans un petit endroit calme, entouré d’avantage de locaux, proche des rizières. Il est pile entre la plage et la vieille ville, environ 10 min de chaque en scooter. Autant dire une localisation idéale. Il est d’ailleurs possible de louer un scooter directement sur place, à un prix très raisonnable. Des vélos sont également à disposition gratuitement ce qui est très agréable :) Il y a aussi une piscine, dans laquelle vous pouvez aller vous rafraîchir. Encore merci pour ce beau séjour. Nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner.

Rien, tout était parfait :) À noté seulement, qu’il y’a 4 étages à monter et pas d’ascenseur. Pour nous, ce n’était pas du tout un problème mais pour certaines personnes qui ont du mal à monter demandez plutôt une chambre aux étages inférieur :)

The accommodations maintained a commendable level of cleanliness. Our room room is equipped with a balcony, providing ample natural light. A diverse selection of dining establishments is conveniently accessible within a fifteen-minute walk. We found that renting a scooter significantly enhanced our ability to explore the surrounding area. Furthermore, the swimming pool facilities were impeccably maintained. The hotel's laundry services are both convenient and competitively priced.

To enhance the guest experience, we recommend more frequent cleaning of the kitchen cabinetry to mitigate odors. Additionally, the kitchen exhaust fan requires more thorough cleaning, ideally on a monthly basis. Regarding the television placement, we suggest relocating it to a position that allows for comfortable viewing from both the bed and the sofa, as current positioning restricts viewing to the bed only.

I stayed in a really nice, large room with cooking facilities and a lovely bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was quiet. Bonus: if you are staying during the rainy season, as I did, the location is on high ground and won't get flooded!

The location is slightly out of the way, but there are push bikes available for free, and you can always hire a scooter.

Staff was very welcoming and very nice. The room was great, nice balcony, nice bath on the balcony, plenty of space, the shower has good pressure.

We had a room on the upper floor and in the night you can hear water pump on the room switching on and off every couple of seconds. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem.

We stayed in the family room with two double beds and a balcony, and it was very comfortable for our group. The room was spacious and bright, and the balcony was a nice place to relax. Charm Champion Villa is located in a quiet area with a lovely small garden, which made our stay feel peaceful. It’s about 2 km from both the beach and the Old Town, so getting around was very convenient. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

It was quite loud outside sometimes, especially at the weekend - probably from some karaoke bar nearby, and everything could be heard in the room. Common kitchen advertised could’ve been used but after paying additional fee, which was not mentioned in the offer.

We loved our room, the bed was comfortable, air-conditioning was good. Plenty of storage and good views

The toilet was difficult to access as the towel rail opposite the toilet which prevented the door opening fully. The stairs are 4 flights which is difficult in the heat.

We stayed for 2.5 weeks and loved this place as a base to work from and motorbike to nearby cafes and gyms etc. The location is on a quieter road so is great to feel a little away from the hustle and bustle and is near the rice paddies. Lovely staff and a very safe feeling place!

The property was spacious and clean. The toilet was also huge! The staff were also really friendly.

Overall I guess it was still worth the price, but for what they promised in the booking we were quite disappointed. Cleaning up was quite sloppy - on our 7 night stay we were promised 3 room cleanings. But our room was only cleaned once - and even then the toilet was not cleaned. They mentioned they would provide water daily but the provision was sporadic - some days they provided and some days they didn’t. The soap provided only included hand soap and shower gel. The shampoo canister was empty - and when we asked for a refill we still didn’t get any (may have been a language barrier).
