L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le cen ville d'Hanoï. Le personnel est au petit soin,attentif,souriant. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Rien à redire,c'était top !

Super personnel, super emplacement et super chambre. J’insiste vraiment sur le personnel qui parlait très bien anglais (ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas au Vietnam) et qui nous a aidé dans toutes nos démarches (transfert dans d’autres villes, ATM…). On a tellement aimé qu’on est revenu dans cet hôtel après avoir passé 5 nuits dans d’autres endroits du nord du Vietnam

A wonderful hotel located right in the heart of the city—everything is within easy reach. The room was spacious, air-conditioned, and featured very comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, and the surrounding area is packed with great restaurants and cafés. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were amazingly helpful. After I accidentally left my hoodie behind, they arranged express transport to my next hotel in no time. I have never experienced such warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

La primera habitación que nos dieron tenía hormigas muertas en la cama, pero lo comunicamos y nos cambiaron de habitación.

Очень приветливый персонал. Хороший завтрак, номер без посторонних запахов и шумов.

Место для одежды неудобное и довольно странное. Но это не критично, если вы не собираетесь там расположиться на неделю.

Great food plus great accessibility. The staff are accommodating and will give a guide regarding how to navigate Hanoi. The lift was always functional and ready without delay.

Le petit déjeuner était très simple. Cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangé mais si jamais certaines personnes souhaitent absolument se régaler le matin, vous pouvez sortir de l’hôtel et manger un plat de rue pour un prix raisonnable.

There was a water droplet all night that didn’t let us sleep.

Had a good stay at Hanoi Liliane Hotel. The location is perfect, right in the city center and very convenient for exploring everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was clean and comfortable,daily cleaning with clean towels and the breakfast was absolutely good with many food selection. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!

You cannot spot the hotel while walking outside. so a sign board with hotel name will be fine

De uitstekende locatie in de oude binnenstad, de vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw en het personeel, en de ruime kamer. De airconditioning werkte goed.

Het ontbijt had weinig variatie en was later op de ochtend minder vers. De airconditioning was moeilijk te regelen en de plafondventilator kon niet worden gebruikt omdat de afstandsbediening ontbrak. Daarnaast verscheen er een kakkerlak in de badkamer.

Central location. Experience of a 'tube' house. Staff extra friendly and helpful. Great value.

First room didn't have access to the balcony space. Second room had a dirty ashtray (thought it was non-smoking room?)

Lilly and Truong, both are very accommodative staffs. Since day one both provided whatever we asked for. Both should be highly recommended to be promoted for better positions.

Electricity keep tripping but manageable.

Mir hat die sehr freundliche Atmosphäre gefallen und das zuvorkommende und sehr höfliche Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und entsprach voll meinen Erwartungen und das Frühstück war vielfältig. Auch wenn ich erst um 9 Uhr zum Frühstücken kam, habe ich noch ein Omelette bestellen können und das Buffet wurde aufgefüllt.

Personnel très accueillant et aidant. Chambre très propre. Bien localisé au coeur de la veille ville et à distance de marche de tout.

Déjeuner moyen, car les plats n'étaient pas disposés dans des réchauds et tout était froid à notre arrivée. Ils ne faisaient pas beaucoup d'ajouts quand les plats étaient vides (confiture, café, fruits, etc.) quand on allait déjeuner plus tard. Bruyant en raison des travaux dans l'une des chambres, mais en dehors du contrôle de l'hôtel.

Close to old town this hotel is suitable for lone and couple travelers. Staff is extra friendly, breakfast included, pay by card or cash, rooms are clean but a bit hot. I had a wonderful time and absolutely recommend this hotel.

Le grand point fort de l'hôtel est la qualité des services offerts. Vous pouvez tout demander à la réception, une solution vous est proposée rapidement : carte sim, excursion, massage, transport, échange d'argent, etc. C'est un des meilleurs services que nous ayons reçus au cours de nos nombreux voyages, si pas le meilleur. L'hôtel est situé au cœur du vieux Hanoï, tout est accessible à pied ou en 10 min de taxi. La chambre était très correcte pour les tarifs pratiqués : propre, équipement complet, confortable.

Chambre un peu petite, il manque notamment de l'espace pour ranger les bagages. Nous conseillons de prendre une chambre de catégorie supérieure pour plus de confort.

Professioneel team

The hotel is clean and neat— everything is accessible. The Staff were welcoming and helpful; especially Hoang Thi Tam. Tam was kind and assisted us in booking our tour on such a short notice. During our stay, my family and I felt at home. Thank you to Nguyen Phuong Huy for showing us the best places to visit and guiding us to our pick up point. Thank you for finding us our private transfer to Sapa.

It was frustrating that the television in my room was broken.

Great location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was okay but nothing amazing.

Television didn’t work, there was damp in the room and the bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

I chose the location myself, close to everything but not in the Old Quarter because I didn't like being so close to all the tourists. The staff were friendly, wonderful, and helpful. Special mention to Lily. A kind and charming girl. But all the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is good, cleanliness is very good. They didn't give me any problems at all, they really made me feel very welcome on my first time in Vietnam. I speak Spanish and my English is terrible, but we were still able to communicate.

There were a few negative points, I'm sorry, but we have to be honest so they can improve. I didn't like that a light outside on the stairs kept turning on through my bedroom window; the blind didn't block the light properly. The blind needs to be replaced with one that covers the entire window because it's annoying. The soundproofing was a bit lacking. It's true that I didn't choose the best room. Only the shower's handheld showerhead worked, and the high shower head doesn't work and needs to be fixed. These are small things that can be easily improved. Otherwise, it's fine. I'm not one to complain about trivial things either.

The people working in the Hotel are very nice and the instalations were everything we needed.
