It’s a cosy and beautiful place. It’s a 3-5 minutes walk to the train station. Good for those who need to transit to other parts of Vietnam. Our apartment comes with a private lift.

There’s no microwave in our apartment. Not sure if you can request for it. We didn’t ask. Other than that, all is good.

ハノイ駅に近く、空港へのバスや近隣都市へ行くときの列車を利用には非常に便利だった。 また、スタッフの対応がよく、心地良い対応をしてくれ快適に過ごすことができました。 台風が近づいていた為、大雨の中スーツケースを持ちハノイ駅まで移動しました。ハノイ駅までは近い為、タクシーを呼ぶことが難しく、諦めて歩いて移動することになり、 大型スーツケースと荷物がもう1つ、傘をさすのは難しく雨具を着て濡れることを覚悟してホテルを出ようとしたところ、オーナーがスーツケースを持ち、傘を貸してくれてハノイ駅まで一緒にサポートしてくれました。 とても助かりました。道中も簡単なベトナム語や英語で話をしてくれてとても嬉しかったです。 一人旅で心細かったのですが、最後に心温まるサポートをしてくれて、私の旅行が最高のものになりました。 本当にありがとうございました😊

トイレとシャワールームは一緒なので、トイレが濡れるのが気になる人には勧めない。

The Hotel was near the train station

They confirmed pick up from Airport after 30 min searching we called Hotel they could not speak properly as he was drunk or deeply sleepy. Had to organise transport by our own, Hotel gave us early check in for free than. By check out they claim drinks from the mini bar that were not existing during check in. Check your fridge at the check in stage and claim missing drinks directly to avoid charging at the end. People not so friendly and room service not done properly.

The last day they were spraying paint and the fumes could be smelled from the room so it was uncomfortable and we left early.

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Parfum Hotel and would happily stay here again if I return to Hanoi. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Old Quarter but in a slightly quieter area. My room was very spacious for a solo traveller, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in Hanoi's heat. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop bar. It is beautifully decorated, has a very peaceful atmosphere, and is a lovely place to relax with a book or simply enjoy the view, especially when it rains. The complimentary daily drink vouchers given at check in were a really nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the iced tea and matcha drinks, and they also serve fresh croissants in the morning. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

There are only a couple of things that could be improved. The shower was quite small, and there were noticeable damp stains on the bathroom ceiling that looked like they should be repaired. I also think the room would benefit from a deeper clean between guests. It wasn't dusty, but there were some marks on the floor next to the bed that clearly needed mopping rather than just a quick sweep. A more thorough clean would make the hotel even better.

عازل الصوت سيئ كنا في طابق 7 وطابق الي فوقنا كان مطعم وكوفي باب الشقة كان مايقفل فوطة السباحة كانت سيئة واخبرتهم عن كل المشاكل واكدوا لي اني راح يتم العمل على التحسين جميع المشاكل للامانه هم وقفوني وقالولي خبرنا عن تجربتك فالفندق وكيف نقدر انطوره ونحسن من الشقة هذي مشاكل بسيطه جداً يمكن حلها في اقرب وقت 💛

Appartement propre et parfaitement équipé, situé à deux pas de la fameuse Train Street. Vivre l’expérience du train qui passe à moins d’un mètre de votre table est vraiment un moment inoubliable ! Le logement offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours disponible et à l’écoute : ils m’ont même aidé à retrouver un bagage oublié dans un taxi, ce qui témoigne de leur sérieux et de leur gentillesse. Enfin, côté rapport qualité-prix, difficile de trouver mieux. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !

Road to hotel entrance is narrow and under construction so taxi can only drop off maybe 100m away. Location is not the most convenient, need a taxi to get to food and tourist hotspots

Great apartment, perfect for our first stay in Hanoi with 3 kids with a great rooftop bar - the kids really enjoyed the free juices at the rooftop bar (maybe the best apple juice I’ve ever had!). The staff were all fantastic and happy to help and the location was brilliant too, thanks for a great stay!

2ベットルームの部屋を利用しましたが、とても綺麗で使いやすく良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクも屋上のラウンジで好きな物が飲めました。 スタッフさんも皆笑顔でとても感じが良く、色々アドバイスもしてくれました。 中心地からは少し離れてますが、その分静かで、少し歩くと人気のレストランや和食、イタリアンなどもありました。

ニンビンから電車利用の予定で、駅近であるこのホテルをえらんだのですが、電車運行で代わりのバスに乗せられ、知らない場所に降ろされるというハプニングがあり、ホテルを探すのに苦労しました。 工事のためホテル前までタクシーが入って来れないのが残念。

It was great welcoming with upgrade for our room and free drinks. Communication was super easy and english level of all staff were great and they were super friendly. Only issue is the construction next to the building. Just because of that it is a bit hard to find the entrance. I would stay there again. Fully recommended.

Rooms were comfy and clean. Effective AC. The staff were absolutely excellent; really attentive and chatty. Told us some history of the place and we even got free drinks at the cute little rooftop cafe every day! Good central location near lots of food options and cafes.

Not much in the way of utensils etc, so if you were planning on using the kitchen facilities it might be tricky. But I’m sure the staff would help you in a heartbeat.

Leuk hotel, heel leuk aangekleed en vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. De relaxte rooftop bar met Vietnamese koffie en prachtig uitzicht beviel erg goed na een paar uur in het drukke Hanoi!

We chose the hotel because it was close to the railway and were pleasantly surprised with how lovely it was. We were travelling by train to Da Nang the next day, so location near the railway was a priority. We were warned by the hotel before we arrived that there were construction works going on around the hotel, a new metro line which should be completed in this area in 12 months. Once completed this will make the hotel even more convenient. There is a lovely rooftop cafe where we had breakfast and enjoyed watching a storm come in. The rooms were a great size and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would definately recommend.

Studioタイプに泊まりました。お部屋が広々としていて、全て揃っているので、バックパッカーの長期滞在に向いていると思いました。屋上のおしゃれなカフェでフリードリンクのサービスがあって雰囲気が良かったです。 近くのトレインストリートまで歩いて行けました。

周囲の道路が工事中で、ホテルまでは仮設の道を通ります。夜に着いた時、周りの雰囲気が少し怖かったです。女性の一人旅とかには向いていないと思います。カップルであれば、ある程度安心できるし、冒険のようだと思えばワクワクできるかも。自分たちは自力で向かいましたが、ホテルの人もメッセージすれば迎えにきてくれるようなので、対策はできます。 バスルームにバスタブはなく、シャワーだけですが、シャワーとトイレの距離が近くてちょっと微妙。。

The construction- can’t be helped.

This place is a hidden gem. The staff went above and beyond for us in so many ways, they were extremely hospitable and gave good recommendations for the local area. The decor in the hotel is gorgeous, especially the rooftop cafe and the koi fish pond. Location is also good, right across from Ga Ha Noi train station.

Only downside is that the showers are completely open so the whole bathroom gets saturated when you have a shower

We liked the location - near the train station and quite central in Hanoi, but not in the busy Old Quarter, from which we needed a break. The room was bigger than the average you get in the Old quarter too. The staff was super friendly. Next to the hotel there was also an excellent vegetarian buffet with a great price.

Location was nice, it was tucked inside an alley way which is safe to walk in both day and night. It was a more residential area too. The hotel is an approx. 20 min walk from the town and easy to catch a Grab as well. The room was very neat, clean, and the bed was comfortable too. The staff were available 24/7 and aided us as required. There's a cafe in the rooftop as well. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to check out at very early hours in the morning as well! Good value for your money :)

Everything about the bathroom was great, only thing we didn't like was the shower area and how wet the commode got post shower. If there's like shower curtain dividing the area, would be very helpful :)

Some rooms/apartments are facing internally and either don’t have windows or windows are very small and no natural light. Rooms were very humid.

We booked 2 Bedrooms Apartment which was perfect for us. Hotel isn’t far from Old Quarter and very near to Train Market. The on going construction of subway makes this property peaceful and quiet during our stay. Thank you, Hanoi for your hospitality.

Location is a bit tricky at first.

The property is close to the train station and various nice restaurants and cafés, but it’s located in a hidden street away from the noises of the city. The interior is stylish and modern. The hotel also has a rooftop café offering delicious drinks and a cozy environment. The staff was very friendly, they helped us with purchasing train tickets and stored our luggage for a few days while we visited Sapa.

The room is small. Shower and toilet are together, so everything in the washroom is wet after a shower. Most important of all, hot water in the shower only lasted 5-7mins.

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us (family of 3). The rooftop cafe is really good too. You get free coffee and fresh juice.

The location isn’t great because there is some construction work going on so it’s only accessible through a very narrow tunnel on foot.

Great to have an apartment rather fhan just a room. Good location near the train station but in a quiet lane. Great cafe/bar on the roof. Ha at reception spoke fantastic English, which impressed us.

Only critique was there was hardly any cutlery / equipment in the kitchen for when we did want to cook up some noodles at the apartment.

The room was lovely and the top terrasse as well. The location is ok, but currently there is big construction work done in the street next to the hotel, making it unreachable by car.

The opening time of the top terrasse (08:00 to 22:00), no possibility to take an early breakfast before an excursion or before leaving, and no possibility to take a last drink after a long day. It was also difficult to communicate with some of the staff, a better English would have been appreciated or at least demonstrating a bit more willingness to communicate with guests.

Lovely hotel and very good value for money. Great rooftop bar with nice view and decorations. The staff was so nice to let us store our luggage after we came back from our 3D2N cruise of Ha Long Bay. Very convenient, since it is located very close to the train station and we left for Sapa that evening. And we even received one free drink per person each day of our stay. Would recommend.

Due to temporary construction works in the area, the taxi had to drop us off nearby. We were informed about this in advance and it was only a short walk to the hotel. So no problem at all!

Coziness of the room - nice and clean for a solo traveler. I also liked the complementary drink for a day, which I enjoyed on the rooftop while seeing the sunset with nice breezy air. Personally, walking in Hanoi was a bit challenging for me since the roads were not made for a walk and the numbers of motorbikes made me concerned with the air pollution. However, the hotel itself is located at right in front of Hanoi station and quite central of the city. I would say there are still many cafes, restaurants, and spas you can explore within 15 to 20min walking distance.

Though I have no idea what it was, but until my 3rd night or so, there was a constant noise until 11pm at every single night. There were sounds like banging on the door, running water, drilling on something, and knocking with a hammer that I thought was some maintenance work but it stopped for all the sudden on my 4th night (or so).

Le Parfum was comfortable, rooftop cafe delightful, staff helpful. The owner has redesigned an old family property with lovely taste and attention to detail.

Currently there are roadworks affecting access to hotel (not the responsibility of the hotel). Guests arriving at the hotel on foot should get very clear directions in advance about the best path to follow.

The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and great value for money. There was a beautiful rooftop cafe with a complimentary drink everyday. Location was quiet and away from the main hustle and bustle due to the main street under construction, which we appreciated. Staff were friendly.

No kitchenware or microwave provided in our apartment (despite this written in the booking), and housekeeping did not restock any coffee, sugar or clean mugs or towels on the second day of our stay which was quite odd. Kitchenware and coffee was also only provided for 2 people in a 4 person stay apartment.
