Sauberkeit, flackerndes Licht was nicht behoben wurde sodass wir nachts die Sicherung rausdrehen mussten um schlafen zu können.

The location

We did not like the place. We thought it was a hotel as I filtered hotels only. Check in was through a cellar at the ground floor. The receptionist was nice though and met us around 9pm. Bed has stains. Its not comfy. Bath towels had so much stains we did not even used it, we used it as toilet mats as there was also none provided. The place is smelly. I think its the kitchen. The included breakfast was a 2min walk from the building into another building. We are not aware of that. We've just came from a 4day hotel stay in Sapa and our stay here was definitely not worth the price.

Great location a few minutes from Circle K and Winmart. The staff are very friendly and professional, specially Cuong. The rooms are equipped with all the required amenities. Definitely value for money.

It’s on the main street so the traffic noise could be an issue on lower floors.

The guy working reception - Dan - was fantastic, he was helpful booking travel and taxis. He offered us breakfast and a Christmas Eve dinner party also which went above and beyond what we expected.

There were ants in the room and the road could be quite loud at times.

Good apartment The space is bright, spacious, and tastefully decorated with all the essential amenities—fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom with great water pressure. The location is unbeatable too, close to public transport, supermarkets, and cute cafes. What really stood out was the friendly and responsive staff; they addressed my small requests promptly and made me feel right at home. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and secure, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and enjoyable place to live—you won’t be disappointed!

Clean studio room, good vibes, helpful apartment manager Cris Om, makes my full experience great! Location is good, close to foods and restaurant, circle K is nearby, easy to get a ride everywhere around the city.

The host, Chris, treated us very well and helped us with anything we needed. He went out his way to make our stay as best as possible. The place looks exactly like in the photos, and was very clean. We definitely recommend.

I stayed alone, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The washing machine in the room was broken, but I was able to use the washing machine next to the front desk.

Everything is fine. They are very friendly and the room is fully equipped. Highly recommended. It is very affordable. There is a large shopping mall within a ten-minute drive. There are many exotic dishes and Vietnamese restaurants nearby, which are all cost-effective and delicious.

I stayed for two weeks, needed a place with good wifi connection to work online, included breakfast and closed to many good places to eat. Paul helped me a lot with a few matters, making things better. It is a very nice apartment, with kitchen and washer, smart TV, all the convenience in and around, with a bit of a lake view, and cleaning daily. Bed is comfortable and shower is a big size. Easy to take a grab from here to anywhere and public transportation accessible within short distance. The walk by the lake is very nice day and night time and it is just 3 min walk from here. I recommend this place and the breakfast as well, really delicious!

Great experience, super value for its money. Good location, spacious and fully furnished studio room with big balcony, very nice and hospitable staff. Daily cleaning, bed changing, tea, coffee, water. Variety of western restaurants in the area.

Location is near the Westlake area, easy to navigate with a lot of food and relaxation near by within walking distance. The room was big and clean and the staff was easy to communicate with. The room is equipped with hot shower, AC, cooking utensils and washing machine.

The homestay was a wonderful experience. The host was friendly and welcoming. The place had three bed rooms and two bathrooms, all fully equipped with modern amenities. One of the best parts was the stunning view of West Lake from the windows. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back next time.

Great staff, large studio room, sliding glass door with city view, washer/dryer combination privided, daily room cleaning....highly recommend this location. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops all over and lake is just a block away. Entrance is a golden tile down slope ramp so look for the Pegasy sign.

I had a great stay at the apartment – clean, comfortable, and well-located. Although it’s a bit far from the historic center, taxis are very fast and cheap. Communication with the host was excellent, and he was always friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back!

Conform to stay. The receptionist can speak english well. But staying at day light is noisy because near the road. The bed is comfort. The room have washing machine and refrigerator. Inside room have air conditioning unit and also cooling fan.

It's clean and the staff is helpful. Clean comfort, useful materials. The nearest area for the shops and restaurants. I was in a hurry and headache so I couldn't experienced well but as the first seeing was comfort, helpful, clean and useful materials.

The room is new and clean, very good. Just next to the road, a little noisy at night, but the good room experience csn cover it at all. And the receipt guy is very nice and give help when you need. By the way, the room has washing machine. In total, it is a good hotel.

I arrived at the property early by about an hour just to drop my bags and they said the room was ready so an early check-in was accommodated and a late checkout was also accommodated based on my flight. The staff are friendly, very helpful and knowledgable about the area. The map directions supplied on the booking app were a little bit off, because of them having a picture of the front of the hotel, it was easy to find. Wonderful staff and a clean, comfortable little apartment with lots of amenities. Highly recommend stay here.

Snatchy, unprofessional. I've been here a few times (Because of the location and work nearby) but the way they treat customers is really bad. Uncivilized. The accommodation is too noisy due to the poor quality of the building and windows.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room is big and had all the amenities one could want.

The apartments are really nice and modern, the staff are very helpful and supportive, especially Ms.Juleen, and Mr. Kevin! And they both spoke English very well! I was visiting friends who were a one minutes walk, so it was super convenient for me.

There are more than one Pegassy Apartments, so make sure your driver has the correct address. This one is at 28/52 To Ngoc Van, Tay Ho area.

Noise. Cannot sleep

Very large size with all the facilities I needed.

Bed was quite hard. Staff not the friendliest in my experience. Internet speed not very good. Next to a road which is very busy and loud early in the morning

The place is at To Ngoc Van street, surrounded by many good restaurants and cafes. 2 mins walk to Circle K, 2 mins walk to the lake, quiet street at night, good street view from the balcony.

The price is quite high because of its location, it’s fine by me. But the problem here is the staff. They are new, lack of lots of experiences including greeting new customer, when we were arrived they still playing games on their phones, they don’t care about our arrival. The room is smelly, the facilities are missing a lot such as free water ( usually 2 small bottles ), no towels ( I have to ask them for it ), but… there are 4 stinky WET towels inside the washing machine, inside our room. And after that, they actually gave me another 2 stinky towels, but luckily it’s dry enough to use. There’s also only 1 pair of teared slippers for a room of 2 people.

After these initial issues, my stay improved and seemed like good value for money. The apartment, though lacking some essentials, was generally pleasant. The location was ideal, close to the beautiful lake and everything you need nearby. The room was spaceous, had good Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a smart tv. Daily room cleaning was provided, though a 'do not disturb' sign would have been appreciated. The staff were friendly, typical of Vietnam and they help you with everything. The complimentary water in the reception was a nice touch. The room is spaceous and also features a charming little balcony. It was a satisfactory stay for the price, but don't expect to be overly impressed.

I arrived around 2 AM, having informed the hotel beforehand about my flight. Despite this, I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to open the door, only to find my room was not ready, because of electricity problems. The staff then escorted me to various hotels to find a room for the night, this wasn't prepared either. Upon returning the next day, my original room still felt unprepared and a little dirty, marking the worst check-in experience I've had, but i'm sure it's usually much better and I was just unlucky because it was in the middle of the night. The shower occasionally didn't heat up properly, and being located right by the street, expect some noise.

Nice studio with fully equipped kitchen. You have everything to cook there. Lot’s of markets nearby. I was even able to find good gym, 10-15 min on feet, nearby (TopGym)

The water was rather cold in bathroom, but it wasn’t a big deal to me. Also, make sure you have earplugs, windows are facing the road and it is very busy.
