Clean, spacious room, nice breakfast

Location is fantastic overlooking lake and a short walk into town. Room is big and shower is very good. Breakfast is good although only served to 9am, but the staff still served us at 9:30 on our first morning.

No coffee or tea facilities in room.

Hotel położony centralnie, blisko do restauracji, sklepów, biur podróży- skąd można kupić bilety na dalszą podróż. Hotel oferuje dość smaczne śniadania w cenie pobytu. Na miejscu można wykupić wycieczkę/ rejs statkiem po zatoce Lan Ha.

Lata świetności to miejsce ma już za sobą, zero wentylacji w pokoju - po 1 dniu pobytu po oknach dosłownie spływała woda, taka wilgoć była w pokoju ( a byliśmy w okresie zimowym!). Stan łazienki, a zwłaszcza kabiny prysznicowej pozostawał wiele do życzenia - zagrzybione fugi :( W hotelu nie było ogrzewania, jedynie klimatyzator, który nie grzeje. Na śniadaniu siedzieliśmy w kurtkach - było 14-15C Brak room service, kosz na śmieci nie był opróżniany, ręczniki nie wymienione ani razu - spaliśmy tam 3 noce

Amazing hotel! Breakfast also Great

The lady who's name I didn't catch who was mostly on reception is absolutely lovely. So friendly & helpful with anything I needed. Breakfast was basic but cooked well. Room was large with a huge window so that was nice. Unfortunately I found the bed quite hard but the pillows were good. Cat ba Island is going through a reconstruction phase which is going to generate employment for the locals & tidy up the Island so you can't complain. There are quite a few attractions just a short taxi journey away & I especially loved Cat Ba National Park. Lots of boat trips available to Halong & Bai Tu Long Bay. Beach 4 is in walking distance & the other beaches close by.

The location was away from the construction but still walkable to the main streets where there are tonnes of restaurants, massage places, food marts, tour companies, etc. There are restaurants also next door and all the way to the main street.

The internet was intermittent while we were on the 4th floor, but on the 5th floor, the internet was great!

Mặc dù khách sạn này tiêu chuẩn 3 sao, nhưng dịch vụ tại đây trên cả 5 sao, vào mùa này khách sạn khá là đông khách, nhưng họ luôn đáp ứng mọi dịch vụ trên cả tuyệt vời, tôi đặt mọi dịch vụ tại khách sạn này và trãi nghiệm rất tuyệt vời cho kỳ nghỉ hè này . chắc chắn rằng năm sau tôi sẽ quay lại khách sạn nếu có dự định đi cát bà

Tuyệt Vời, phòng thoáng mát, điều hòa hoạt động tốt, cách trung tâm không xa, đi lại thuận tiện, mọi thứ ở đây trên cả tuyệt vời, từ dịch vụ đến phòng phèo, nói chung là rất okla

dịch vụ cung cấp rất chuẩn và đầy đủ mọi thứ tôi cần, đặt tour thăm vịnh rất rẻ và đẹp.

Dịch vụ quá hoàn hảo xo với mức giá mình bỏ ra, phòng ốc thì quá đẹp và thoáng mát , tiện nghi phải nói là chuẩn và đầy đủ, vệ sinh khép kín sách sẽ, nhận viên thì quá sức tuyệt vời, cách bãi tắm có 100m rất thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, hẹn gặp lại khách sạn vào mùa hè năm sau!

vị trí tốt, cách bãi tắm không xa, và trung tâm rất gần, thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển, dịch vụ nói chúng rất tuyệt vời

Phải nói là okla,dịch vụ tốt, mọi thứ cũng rất là okla luôn hihi , mọi người ở đây rất thân thiện và vui tính, đặc biệt anh lễ tân rất dễ thương và hộ trợ rất nhiều khi bạn cần điều gì :)

Nói tóm lại phòng phèo đầy đủ tiện nghi, giá cả hợp lý, dịch vụ thì khỏi bàn trên cả tuyệt vời, gần các quán ăn sáng ngon bổ rẻ, nhân viên thì khỏi bàn cãi rất tuyệt vời

Comfortable beds, nice room layout. Breakfast was simple but nice. Made to order. Reception person looks bit grumpy but he genuinely cared about us.

Tea cups were not provided, it would be nice to have them as the room had a kettle. One battery was missing from a tv remote but it’s not the end of world. We booked 2 rooms next to each other and we used one remote for both rooms.

Wonderful stay at this place, our room got upgraded by the staff for the Lake view, and the view is such amazing! everything nearby is great within walking distance. Breakfast is also quite delicious and simple. We got assistance with booking for the cruise and transport back to Ha Noi.

The hotel is situated by the lake, with numerous restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the center! The staff is extremely friendly and polite, and if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask; I'm sure they will assist you nicely. Breakfast was also delicious! Youan book anything at the hotel for a reasonable too

The hotel was amazing during our stay on Cat Ba Island. The staff were wonderful; whenever we asked for something, they responded perfectly! They provided everything we needed, and we certainly took advantage of their great service. We booked our night cruise through them, and the experience was absolutely stunning. They also assisted us in booking our transport back to Hanoi with ease. Thank you for all your help!

Great hotel! the staff are super helpful, they can assist you booking any cruise or transportation! and if you want they can also help you negotiate the cost too! breakfast included and is pretty delicious!

Perfect Places to stay when you on the island, the staff is helpful with all the information you need for your trip anywhere in this country! Room is also clean and nice!

The hotel is new and kept very clean and tidy, amenities in good conditions, bed is very comfy and hot shower always available. Staff is super helpful with any question we have and go extra miles to help return our forgotten belongings. Good restaurants and cafes in stone’s throw and traffic is very convenient. We had a great stay without spending a fortune, strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was quiet enough and was away from the major construction sites. It’s a 10 minute walk to most of the restaurants.

Breakfast was pretty limited and not very good. The hotel is generally rundown and in a state of decline. It does not look like the pictures. Furthermore, there is no gym, which was a big disappointment. Our shower was not fully functional and leaked water all over.

Nam was absolutely amazing as a host from the start of my holiday planning right up to the end of our trip. He is fantastic at logistics, knowing the right people and giving fantastic advice. He was amazing at explaining the difference between Halong Bay and Lan Ha bay and giving great advice on how to plan my holiday. He sorted us a booking on a fantastic new one day cruise through Halong Bay along with all of the transport to get to Cat Ba from the cruise, on paper there was no logistical way but Nam found one. It involved an amazing sequence of speedboats through the Bay at night, such an adventure. His hotel was wonderfully located, near to a local wet market and lake. Breakfasts provided were delicious. He assisted us with a laundry service. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Nam looks after his guests so well. I highly recommend this accommodation, if they have availability, don't hesitate to book it! I don't think that anywhere else in Halong Bay can compare.

Le personnel est très impersonnel justement ! Pas très aidant si vous avez besoin et assez inexistant... Difficile aussi de communiquer avec eux car ils ne sont pas souvent présent, difficile aussi de se faire comprendre même en anglais...

Die Aussicht vom 6 Stock auf den See ist großartig. Das im Preis includierte Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Lage ist ruhig !!! und WEIT WEG !! von den Bauarbeiten die fast die gesamte Bucht betreffen.

Sauberes, großes Zimmer. Gute ruhige Lage und zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Wir waren eine Nacht nach einer Bootstour dort und sind am nächsten Morgen weitergefahren. Aber auch für ein paar Tage wäre es dort nett.

La chambre est grande et Lumineuse. Nous avions choisi une chambre avec vu sur le Lac, au 6ème étage. Très bon emplacement, proche à pied du centre ville et de la plage de Tam Tung Thu qui est pour moi la meilleure de Cat Ba. L’hôtel est très calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Accueil bon mais sans plus. Pas vraiment de service. Le ménage de la chambre n’est fait que sur demande. Le petit déjeuner est très répétitif, pas de buffet, pas de fruits.

Hotel is situated by main street, close to shops and restaurants. Very convenient location.

Tout était vraiment chouette l'emplacement pas trop loin du centre mais assez pour être au calme le soir le gérant nous a concocté notre programme vous pouvez lui faire confiance il a les bons plans pour vous amener au bon endroit loin des foules.

Son emplacement est idéal avec une belle vue sur le lac et la montagne et non loin du centre animé, il ce situe loin des travaux dans la ville qui est en plein expansion. Nam est adorable et serviable, il nous a loué un scooter pour deux jours de visite en totale liberté et nous a même trouvé une croisière de un jour a la dernière minute avec une nuit supplémentaire dans son hôtel. Ils ont un service de laverie qui est bien pratique. A ne pas hésiter a reverser.

La chambre était parfaite, avec la jolie vue sur le lac, tout était propre et comme sur les photos. L’hôtel se trouve à côté du lac, un peu excentré, à 10min à pied du centre ville, et surtout des travaux actuellement sur le front de mer, donc nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Le rapport qualité-prix-emplacement est parfait. Ils proposent également un service de lingerie, ce qui est pratique.

L’accueil par le gérant de l’hôtel a été mitigé. Les prix qu’il nous a proposé pour certains transports étaient bien plus élevés qu’ailleurs ( par exemple pour le même trajet de taxi, un tarif à 400 000 VND contre 250 000 dans une agence de voyage à Cat Ba, idem pour un transport en bateau 1 500 000 annoncé contre 500 000 par une agence). Il a quand même essayé de nous aider via ses contacts pour réserver une croisière en dernière minute.

Bel hôtel rénové. La chambre était propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique

Nice location to walk everywhere to and it sits right across from a tree lined lake. Our lake view room was awesome and we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were great and helped us quickly book a boat tour and can basically book any type of tour or transportation that you might be in need in.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien au vu du prix. Le personnel très très sympa et réactif comme souvent au Vietnam. La chambre était vraiment très grande avec une chance immense d'avoir encore une vue dégagée malheureusement pas le cas de beaucoup a cause des énormes travaux de Cat Ba

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, muy limpio y la habitación era muy amplia. Nam es un encanto y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos! Nos recomendó un montón de sitios y fue súper atento en todo momento :) Recomendable 100%

Por poner un pero, en el desayuno nos faltó fruta y tostadas en la variedad que ofrecían! Pero por lo demás todo genial!!!

Staff, room size, location

Situé face au lac, l’emplacement est plutôt sympa. Des gros travaux sont en cours un peu plus loin et nous avons apprécié cet hôtel qui était loin de ceux ci. L’hôtel en lui-même est bien agencé, les chambres sont jolies, propres. Les lits sont très bons. Et avant tout, nous avons apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et la disponibilité de Mr Nam qui a géré pour nous les réservations bateau, taxi, bus. Personne exceptionnelle par sa gentillesse et la qualité des conseils.

The property was great - very clean, comfortable, in a nice location, and with great staff! Nam, however, is the game changer. He was super helpful from the time we made the booking, and arranged everything (cruise, transport to/from Hanoi, motorbike) for us during our stay. We are looking forward to being back.

A good hotel, breakfast was delicious, we were very warmly welcomed from the time we booked until we checked in, Reception was extremely helpful, arranging everything we asked for during our stay, I would definitely return to the hotel if given the chance!

L'hôtel était bien, le réceptionniste était impeccable ; il m'a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour mon voyage et m'a également aidé à résoudre des problèmes lors d'un autre déplacement. Le réceptionniste de l'hôtel a fait un excellent travail en nous assistant tout au long de notre séjour et même après notre départ.

Nam, our Host did just the best job. His recommendations lead us through our visit on the island. Just ever hint he gave us was pure gold. He also made the impossible things possible ordered all the good tours, the scooters and our connection to our next traveling Station in Ninh Binh. The room we had was quite comfortable, the bed was nice, everything was clean, especially the shower was the best I saw until now in Vietnam. (not these whole bathroom is a shower thing)

It's seems to be a fairly new hotel so it was really good value for money. Location was great and the room was really comfortable and I had an awesome view 😎 Nam was super helpful. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.
