Little Riverside Hoi An . A Luxury Hotel & Spa

The property was within 10min easy access of old town. Also if you didn’t feel like walking they had free to use bicycles which was fantastic! It had very good facilities and the room was comfortable.

Dairy Queen and friendly Hotel. I thought we had booked a river view room, but when we arrived, one was not available. This turned out to be OK, because our room on the other side was likely quieter since it didn’t face the river, and the pool on the roof allowed a upper level Riverview, which we used every day. The buffet breakfast every morning was different, and exceptional. The staff were always friendly and attentive. Within an easy walking distance of old town, and the Hoi An memories show.

The gym was adequate with a selection of dumbbells, but could definitely be updated and upgraded. Some of the machines were nonfunctional. It is in a very large room, so there is certainly space for better equipment that would make it much nicer. We used it often, so this is important to us.

The service in the hotel is excellent, customer experience oriented. All staffs are very nice and helpful! The spa is excellent and worth to try!

From the very first moment, we were welcomed with genuine friendliness and warmth. The staff are incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, allowing you to truly relax, while the old town is just a stone’s throw away. It’s the perfect combination: close enough to enjoy the atmosphere and sights of the old town, yet far enough away to return to a peaceful oasis after a busy day. A wonderful stay thanks to the excellent service, peaceful location, and proximity to the old town. We would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again!

The location is great, and the rooms are clean with beautiful views of the lake. The staff is very nice and welcoming. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with a warm and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Little Riverside was an incredible stay while in Hoi An. The room was very spacious, modern and we were looked after throughout our stay. We were a family of 5 and found everything delightful.

Spent 5 nights at Little Riverside and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s in a fabulous location right on the river and easy walking distance to everything you need. The staff were amazing, it was very clean and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I have travelled all through Asia Africa the pacific countries and parts of Europe this motel has the best service hands down I had a issue with my visa management had a contact in immigration 24 hours later sorted if I stay in hoi an there is no other motel i would stay at rob t from Australia

Abbiamo trascorso un’ottima vacanza in questa struttura e nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno. Una nota particolarmente positiva va alla colazione, davvero ottima, varia e con un’ampia scelta. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto l’upgrade che ci è stato offerto, grazie al quale abbiamo soggiornato in una suite con vista sul fiume. La camera era molto spaziosa, con un letto estremamente comodo e un bagno davvero bellissimo, sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della suite. Nel complesso, la struttura offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e, per quanto abbiamo potuto vedere durante il nostro soggiorno a Hoi An, riteniamo sia una delle migliori soluzioni per chi desidera soggiornare in centro.

Non si tratta di aspetti particolarmente negativi, né di problemi che abbiano compromesso la qualità della vacanza, ma sono comunque elementi che vale la pena tenere in considerazione. La piscina è piuttosto piccola e i posti disponibili sono limitati. La palestra, pur disponendo dell’attrezzatura essenziale per un allenamento, avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata, in quanto i macchinari risultano piuttosto datati. Lo staff è molto presente e attento, forse a tratti fin troppo. Questa costante attenzione finisce per risultare un po' forzata e poco spontanea: abbiamo avuto spesso la sensazione che ci fosse l'intento di venderci qualcosa o di incoraggiarci a lasciare una valutazione particolarmente positiva. Per quanto riguarda la camera, abbiamo riscontrato alcuni piccoli problemi. Nella zona del minibar erano costantemente presenti delle formiche, la porta aveva qualche difficoltà a chiudersi correttamente e l'insonorizzazione rispetto al corridoio era praticamente inesistente.

This was our second time staying here and the quality of the hotel was still as good as our first stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff were so patient and kind towards our toddler which made us feel at ease. We really like that the hotel is close enough to the Old Town that you can easily walk, but yet just far enough that you can avoid the busyness. We especially love how small the hotel manages to feel.

This is an outstanding hotel. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are huge and beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. We had such a comfortable stay that we wanted to extend it. It's well located, easily walkable to the old town or you can use the hotel's bikes.

The staff were very helpful and the locations was great.

We payed extra for a king size bedroom. However upon arrival, it was two singles pushed together. This is fine, however the bedding did not match/ fit. We found an array of single and double mattress toppers (six to be precise!) folded to try to fit the mattress. This meant the sheets didn’t fit and it was very uncomfortable. We ended up taking them off and sleeping on one double one… meaning we didn’t need to pay extra for a king bed. I hate to leave a bad review because the staff were so nice but this was definitely not and no where near a five star hotel from my experience. It was a great stay but should not be portrayed at luxury as this is misleading.

I had a wonderful stay at Little Riverside and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. I asked about a late check-out and they immediately checked what was possible and kindly offered me a complimentary extension. The airport transfer can also be arranged directly through the hotel and worked perfectly. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. My room was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a great bed, good pillows and soft bed linen. The bathroom was spacious and had everything I needed. Fresh bottled water was provided daily, and even small details such as the quality of the towels made the stay very pleasant. I particularly liked the location. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Hoi An, but far enough away from the busiest streets to be noticeably quieter. For me, this was actually better than staying directly in the middle of the Old Town. Breakfast offers a good mix of Vietnamese and Western options, including fresh fruit, eggs prepared to order, cheese, ham and very good coffee. Everything I tried was fresh and tasty. There is also a pool, gym and spa, although I didn’t use the spa during my stay. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable hotel with genuinely excellent service and a location I found perfect. I would happily stay here again.

Food very average. Coffee supplies in the room was miserly. We were looking forward to the 8th anniversary celebration but was disappointed with the boat ride . Boring ( no music , boat could be slightly more attractive ) and surprised that drinks were charged at the end without prior advice. Guests seated outside didn’t quite feel included as set up was not ideal .

We had a wonderful stay at Little Riverside Hoi An. The location was perfect, close enough to walk into the Old Town but peaceful enough to relax by the river. This hotel experience was exceptional! It really felt like a five star hotel from the enormous bathroom and huge comfortable bed, everything was immaculate and the view from breakfast was stunning.

There is a wide variety of options for breakfast and the staff are very attentive. For a 'Boutique Hotel', the pool area is a good size and clean with a great bar selling drinks and food from the main restaurant. The views from the Pool, over the river, across to Ba Na Hills are lovely. The rooms are well equipped, a very comfortable size with a lovely ensuite.

No fault of their own, my original room I was allocated had a connecting door to another room and was so noisy, constant could hear door slammers throughout the night. I mentioned it to the receptionist of the issue the next day and they moved us to another room, over looking the river. very grateful & best room. Room 303.

Absolut tolles Hotel. Idyllische Lage am Fluss, sehr zentral, wunderschöne Zimmer, liebenswürdiges Personal, tolle Ausstattung, exzellentes Frühstücksbüffet. Ich kann mir keine bessere Adresse in Hoi An vorstellen!

Nach intensiver Überlegung, ist Badesalz/Badeschaum das Einzige was im Zimmer fehlte. Sonst war alles perfekt.

This hotel is in a great location right on the river and you could get to the rooms by walking through the restaurant. The staff was amazing and we also liked the bicycles. The staff was very helpful when we had a problem with a visa. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast had many options and the salads and pastries were delicious.

The shower leaked water all over the floor and since the bathroom is right next to the bed, there is no privacy.

I had a wonderful experience at the spa. I am a down to business good service and the greeting, foot soak and tea with coconut after was airport. The massage itself was just right, reaching just the right spots in my calves and shoulders. The price is very good but I’d never trade price for quality the the quality here is high.
