The owner was incredibly nice and helpful! Great central location, with everything you need close by. The apartment was exactly like in the pictures. You could see the cleaning staff all the time, so the place was super tidy. Refreshing pool area on the 25th floor with amazing views! There's a convenience store, spa/massage, cafe and gym in the same complex. You could basically spend a whole day without leaving the building!

Sometimes people were loud in the morning in the hallway. But obviously this has nothing to do with the apartment or owner.

Everything! It's honestly one of the best places I've stayed. Dinh is amazing. I wouldn't think twice for my next stay in Saigon. Muoi diem!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable, and the host was super friendly and welcoming. It really felt like home. It’s a little away from the main tourist area, but Grab rides are easy to get. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again! 😁

Der Gastgeber Diny ist supernett und hat uns zu Anfang gleich ganz viele Tipps gegeben, mit deren Hilfe wir uns in HCMC gut zurecht finden konnten. Das Apartment war toll und sauber eingerichtet, der Blick auf die Stadt am Abend aus dem 21. Stockwerk ist einfach umwerfend. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Rooftop Pool, der uns nochmal einen wunderbaren Blick von oben auf die andere Seite von HCMC bot. Da wir nun schon einige Zeit durchs Land gereist waren, waren die Waschmaschine und der Trockner, die wir im Apartment nutzen konnten, auch perfekt für uns. Auch die Rezeptionistin unten im Haus war so hilfreich, als wir zum ersten Mal in Vietnam versuchten, uns Essen in das Apartment liefern zu lassen und unser Lieferant nur vietnamesisch sprach. Alles in allem war das ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt in Dinys Apartment!

We loved staying here. The place was large, comfortable and the pool was a bonus. I am also appreciative as I was unwell and we needed to stay longer unexpectedly and this was not a problem and was met with so much help and support. Stay here!

Удачное расположение в хорошем районе: рядом есть магазины, торговые центры, рестораны и кофейни. Из квартиры открывается красивый вид, а внутри было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельно отмечу наличие стиральной машины и стирального порошка — это было очень удобно. Прекрасный вид из окна.

Great host, who was very welcoming and gave some useful advice. Large apartment with all mod cons. Easy check in and out. Rooftop swimming pool is particularly good in the evening.

Only real negative is the location, which is not an issue if you get taxi's I walked everywhere and the roads are not great for walking on.

Diny was a fantastic host… we stayed here twice. Both times, different apartments but both very comfortable. The apartment was perfect for us and had a washing machine which was a bonus. He held onto our suitcase for two weeks while we travelled the countryside:-)

The location is a little away from the action but honestly when you can get a Grab for a couple of dollars within minutes this compromise is not an issue

I was overwhelmed when I arrived—the building is impressive! The host then welcomed me—absolutely warmly! He also provided me with tips and recommendations for my stay, and continued to offer helpful suggestions throughout my visit. The apartment was clean, and everything worked flawlessly. It doesn't feel like a hotel room, but rather like being at home. The washing machine and dryer were also very helpful. If I travel to HCMC again, I will definitely stay there once more. Thanks again for everything!

Diny the host is great, very responsive and caring. Loved him. Great pool, great building. Very helpful to have a washer and dryer in the room.

Unfortunately the curtains in the room don't block out much light so I was suffering with that. Its a little bit out of the centre of town, but still a handy location. We booked a King size suite, but in our room the bed was average size. Not a problem for me, just misleading in the wording.

Die Unterkunft war super. Sie ist groß, sehr sauber und der Besitzer ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem und können diese Unterkunft nur jeden weiterempfehlen!! Der Rooftop Pool ist natürlich auch noch ein Bonus. Mit einem Grab ist man super schnell an beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The view is absolutely amazing, especially at night — Saigon looks beautiful from there. I will definitely remember this view for a long time. The owner was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Communication was easy, and I felt very welcome during my stay. This place is perfect both for solo travelers and for couples. For newlyweds or a romantic trip, it is especially beautiful — a great place to enjoy a private evening with an incredible night view of Saigon. Thank you for the hospitality. It’s just a personal thing. The 10 lane road in front of the apartments is a wild adventure to cross but I’m still alive so it can be done. I just found it stressful.

Studio très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Diny est une personne très serviable qui fournit toutes les informations utiles, ce qui facilite vraiment l’arrivée et le séjour. La résidence est très propre, avec une belle piscine et un petit Seven Eleven sur place , ce qui est très pratique. Le personnel sur place est également très gentil. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Monolocale sito al 3 piano di un palazzo di 29 piani. Accogliente, carino, pulito, dotato di molti comfort tra cui lavatrice ed asciugatrice (non so se c’è l’essenziale per cucinare perché ho mangiato fuori). Il proprietario gentile e ti invia su whatsapp un sacco di informazioni utili su ristoranti caffetterie ecc.

Avevo prenotato qui per la piscina che è carina, è sita al 25 piano ma hai il sole solo la mattina perché poi rimane all’ombra del palazzo. Essendo un appartamento in un palazzo non puoi usufruire del deposito bagagli e quindi se come me hai il volo la sera non hai opzioni: devi andare in aeroporto diverse ore prima bruciandoti il tuo ultimo giorno Se sei un fumatore ogni volta che desideri una sigaretta devi uscire dal palazzo, andare in un apposito spazio per fumare, non puoi farlo nemmeno nella piscina che è all’aperto.

Goed bed, goede douche. Prima appartement voor een paar dagen met een uiterst vriendelijke host! Zwembad op het dak was aangenaam afkoelen na een dagje stad.

Het appartement lag toch iets verder weg van het centrum dan gedacht, maar is snel opgelost met een Grab.

Diny, the host was incredible. Service beyond expectations. He let me leave my bag in the room amd met me in the lobby with the bag when I got the Grab to the airport.

Communication from Diny was second to none, very friendly fellow.

Very little gripes, the only thing is the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not seem to move enough air to vent the room of poop smells

Der Ausblick aus dem Bett im 17. Stock ist phänomenal. Der Pool im 25. Stock ist sauber und groß mit Blick auf Landmark 81. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber die Metro ist in 10 min zu Fuß gut erreichbar und man ist innerhalb von 5 min am Ben Than Markt. Diny ist super fürsorglich, immer erreichbar und steht mit vielen Informationen und Tipps zur Seite.

Our host was vert engaging and friendly! Upon walking the streets the following morning we noticed him at a coffee shop and he insisted on buying us a cup of coffee!

Comfy and practical apartment with a view. We loved the location as the little streets behind the tower are full of life and great places to eat. The rooftop pool is amazing ! Diny was super helpful and gave us great tips.

The communication with the landlord was excellent. The apartment features a great rooftop pool and is well-equipped. Nice view of the city from the room, good Wi-Fi and TV.

The bed was quite firm. I suspected the sheets had been smoothed rather than changed after the previous guests. The shower stall needed a thorough cleaning. The apartment is located a considerable distance from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, making it not within walking distance.

Diny is a fantastic host! He let us check in early knowing we had a long day of travel and had lots of great recommendations. The apartment has everything you need, and the view from the room was great, especially at night. Tons of great, very local eateries in the alleys behind the apartment building, and getting grabs is super easy as there is a place for cars to pull into the entrance. Shower was great and bed was comfortable. Micro 7/11 in the lobby is very convenient for grabbing essentials. If you want to be in an area that has more of a local feel as we did, this spot is perfect.
