This was the perfect place for us to land in HCMC and recover from the long flight, jet lag, and overall travel fatigue. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area, and the spaces are larger than usual, as well as tastefully and comfortably designed

Room space, free laundry

No night life. No parks or nowhere to walk nearby at the evening time. Food stores are far away

Very good. Quiet, but only a few minutes from all kinds of cafes and restaurants. Good service. Nice bedroom.

Çok temiz ve içerisi çok iyi planlanmış.

Sadece küvet olması biraz problem, özellikle sıcak ülkelerde duş ihtiyacı daha fazla oluyor.

"I spent two wonderful days here. My apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The warm welcome was exceptional: since there's no elevator, the staff carried my luggage up and down for me. The highlight was the towel folded into a lotus flower and the handwritten note on the bed. Highly recommended!"

可能就是離市區遠一點點而已 不過搭車10幾分鐘可以到市區

I have stayed in 10+ places in HCMC and this has been the best. The room was perfect, the staff is really helpful. It is not in the big road so it is quiet as well.

1. Я не мог уснуть с 00:00 по 2:00 потому что кто то из персонала решил сделать уборку на этаже который находится выше. Соответсвенно двигали мебель и сильно шумели. Я не спал в это время. 2. Проснулся я в 8:00. Потому что в соседнем здании началась стройка которая продлилась с 8:00 до 9:00 . 3. Вместо телевизора здесь проекто, что якобы они считают крутым решением. Однако, компьютерная мышь не работает, потому что она была очень старая и нужно всего лишь выкинуть эту и купить новую. А так же любое видео через chrome браузер не воспроизводится. Коротко говоря если вы думаете что круто посмотрите сериал на проекторе, то это не так, потому что проектор не работает

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Freundlicher Empfang und jeden morgen wurde nachgefragt ob Wasserflaschen benötigt wird oder der Zimmerservice kommen soll. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum 30 Minuten zu Fuß und ein riesiger Supermarkt 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Grab ist man günstig auch im Zentrum, uns hat nach ein paar Tagen im Zentrum der ruhigere Stadtteil gut getan . Klimaanlage sehr angenehm und nicht laut. Handtücher weich und ausreichend viele.

Es fehlen Kaffeetassen, Ausstattung von Geschirr minimalistisch, eigentlich kein Problem, weil man eh essen geht, aber ich würde meinen Kaffee oder Tee lieber aus einer Kaffeetasse als aus einem Trinkglas trinken.

Cần xem lại về vấn đề vệ sinh từ phía buồng phòng và phần kiểm tra sau khi đánh phòng.

Chỗ nghỉ nằm trong khu dân cư yên tĩnh

Phòng tắm thậm chí không thể đóng lại từ bên ngoài. Nên luôn luôn cửa phòng tắm mở ra . Khi book mình có thấy diện tích phòng là 24m2 và thật sự nó quá nhỏ so với suy nghĩ của mình. Máy lạnh rất yếu

Pros : The room we booked was well prepared and in a clean manner. The location was peaceful from the busy street. Not much traffic sounds late at night. Location for local food and street food is within walking distance in district 7. Staff knows how to communicate in english , eventhough there are few hiccups in communication. Customer service were top notch , they would ask first before we would even request for refills of snacks and beverages. Bed sheets and pillow were clean and smells good. They have their own laundry where customers can do their own laundry. Lobby interior looks really good and well design. Guest can have a photoshoot at the staircase. Honestly, the amount you paid doesnt match with the service and the room. Room was excellent which and it only cost that much .

Cons : Location may be far from major districts like district 1. The place do not have elevator, if you have heavy luggages, it may be a struggle but the staff are more than happy to provide a helping hand without even being asked. The place may not have ironing board, so improvise by using your bed. Maybe fix the curtains hook as one was unhooked at it looks abit disturbing. But not a big deal. Hot shower becomes warmer instead of hot as we took turns.

Quiet location, clean, close to lotte shopping mall, many good eateries and coffee shops around. very friendly and helpful staff. cleaning was good.

they advertise a kitchen, but more utensils and kitchen towels are needed (eating and cutting knives, spoons, etc).

We picked this property due to its location near to our friends house. Loved the outside space, bathroom and clever use of indoor space. Great aircon which was also very quiet. Felt safe and secure

Fantastic apartment. Clean and comfy. Staff is friendly too! Like the neighborhood a lot! We really liked that there was a balcony!

We payed for having dirty towels when we checked out. Which was very wired to us. Never tried that before. We had to ask for ex toiletpaper, and they did not fill up the mimibar automatically.

Amazing friendly staff!! Very cool place to stay in a quiet relaxing part of the city with lots near by. The rooms are nice and clean and the screen projector is a super fun touch.

The staff were lovely and helpful! The room was large. Loved the projector screen and the complimentary snacks! Bed was so so comfortable we slept so well here.

No stand-up shower in bathroom 😔 had to crouch in the bath. location is a little further out of the centre than we realised.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The projector was a nice addition to the room and we had a really comfortable stay. The overall design and cleanliness of the property was great!

The room has very large windows which is nice but there were only thick dark curtains. This meant that the room is very hot and there isn't much privacy if the curtains are open or it is very dark if they are closed. I would recommend installing sheer curtains to help with privacy and stopping some of the strong sun. There was a window in the ceiling but unfortunatly the blind wasn't working at the time. Overall, we still loved the room.

The staff here were such sweethearts, super accommodating and helpful and just super friendly!! The place was super clean and felt new and fresh! Loved the decor too!

There are two parts to the property. The original building and the garden building a few feet away. We got a garden room and it was incredible!! It was newly opened and it was super clean. The facilities were all top notch. I wouldn’t mind living here.
