Pas d’eau chaude, clim très bruyante

Wir haben vom super netten Personal sehr viele Tipps erhalten für Ausflüge. Weiterhin haben Sie sofort bei Problemen geholfen und Lösungen angeboten! Das Personal ist im Retreat sehr sehr gut! Es ist ruhig und hat einen Pool den man auch bei Regen nutzen kann. Außerdem gibt es einen Shuttlebus, mit dem man kostenfrei nach Hoi An kommt. Dieser fährt 2x täglich hin und 2x täglich zurück. Kostenfrei kann man ebenfalls Fahrräder ausleihen. Das Moped kostete 200.000 VND für einen Tag Leihe (Helme waren kostenfrei und Sprit nicht inkl.)

Leider hatten wir beim ersten Frühstück eine Made in einer Drachenfrucht. Außerdem hatten wir direkt neben unserem Zimmer jeden Tag Frösche die gequakt haben. Der Duschkopf war dreckig und die Armaturen teils rostig. Bei der Badewanne mussten wir erst 4 min auf heißes Wasser warten und dann konnte man das kalte Wasser nicht mehr zum regulieren aufdrehen. Die Verarbeitung der Fliesen und anderer Ecken im Zimmer ist leider nicht wirklich ordentlich gewesen. Das Fitnessstudio ist leider sehr klein und nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet und es gab Löcher in der Yogamatte. Die Bademäntel und Handtücher waren teilweise etwas befleckt. Der Pool hatte Algenbefall. Letztendlich waren viele Dinge nicht so schlimm, aber daher reicht es eben nicht für eine 9/10. Das Personal verdient mehr als 10 Punkte!!!

We were looking for a relaxing holiday with a few days out of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved how late the pool was open and how quiet it was.

It was the second time we were here and it was a pleasure . Breakfast is a different formula than last year but still great. Thank you!

Il posto perfetto per rilassarsi, lontano dal centro ma non troppo. La struttura si sviluppa intorno ad una laguna, con area fitness, spa e biblioteca tutto su palafitte. La piscina è perfetta anche come temperatura. La camera essenziale ma con tutti i comfort, letto grande e comodo. Colazione abbondante con buona scelta. Un'oasi di pace. Bici free. Cucina ottima

Se siete sensibili ai topi, evitate! Ne abbiamo visti una decisa sia sugli alberi che a bordo piscina. Sia la sera che la mattina durante la colazione. Prezzo esagerato per la struttura e per la colazione.

La piscine, le petit déjeuner, le lit gigantesque, le calme du lieu ! Et surtout : le personnel, les deux personnes de l’accueil étaient incroyablement gentilles ! Elle était à chaque fois souriante et présente tout au long de notre voyage. C’est ce qu’on s’est dit avec mon copain, il suffit d’ajouter 15€/nuit et vous avez une prestation 10 fois supérieure ! On a beaucoup économisé avec les trajets le matin et le soir grâce à la navette gratuite. Le petit déjeuner était extrêmement complet et très bon !

La chambre mériterait un peu de rafraîchissement au niveau de la décoration, mais c’est tout.

Le Zen Retreat est un hôtel absolument magnifique, sans doute le plus bel endroit où nous avons séjourné durant notre périple d’un mois au Vietnam. Il constitue un véritable havre de paix au cœur d’un jardin luxuriant. Le calme du lieu offre une détente profonde, en contraste avec l’effervescence des journées passées à Hoi An. Les chambres s’ouvrent sur le jardin, une piscine très agréable et une rivière parsemée de nénuphars, créant une atmosphère sereine et harmonieuse. Les prestations sont à la hauteur de la beauté du site, et la sympathie des réceptionnistes rend l’expérience encore plus chaleureuse. L’accueil est attentionné, professionnel et sincèrement bienveillant. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Nguyen Phuong Thoi, qui m’a aidée à trouver un souvenir atypique, allant bien au‑delà de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un service de réception. Nous avons séjourné dans deux chambres, toutes deux propres, spacieuses et confortables, avec une mention spéciale pour la chambre Héritage, qui offre un accès direct au jardin. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, et le restaurant ouvert toute la journée permet de savourer boissons et plats dans différents recoins du jardin, chacun offrant une ambiance unique. Nous recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés et y retournerons avec un immense plaisir.

From the 5 different hotels in 5 different cities and town this one was absolutely our fav. Mainly because of the staff. Incredibly nice and kind and always smiling. And it felt really genuine from the 2 ladies that ensured our stay was perfect till the moment we left the property. We had to check out at 12:00 but planned to stay longer. We could leave baggage, take showers after our check out and still enjoy the pool and other hotel facilities including food and beverages. The hotel was also super nice. Beautiful clean and the hotel itself felt like a dream. Thank you!

Camera molto ampia. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione. Il contesto dell’hotel è molto carino anche se per raggiungere la città occorre un mezzo motorizzato. L’hotel però mette a disposizione, ad orari prestabiliti, un comodo servizio di transfer.

The retreat was nice, providing a fully equiped pool and other facilities where you could hang out all day. Additionally the breakfast was excellent and the staff was always willing to help. Although the room that we booked was mouldy and had a strong smell when we arrived making it impossible to stand and sleep inside.

Soprattutto la gentilezza e la straordinaria disponibilità dello staff. Biblioteca e un'altro spazio dedicato allo yoga all'interno di un laghetto con fiori di loto.

Serenity of the beautiful surroundings. We were able to relax and enjoy the lovely pool, with little sound or interruption. We could enjoy their delicious meals at any time, brought to anywhere in the grounds.

One needs to have good mobility to access climb down steps into pool.

Die Lotusblumen- und Poolanlage. Und die App auf dem Fernseher, welche es meiner Tochter ermöglicht hat englisches Fernsehen zu schauen. Die Organisation eines Tagesausflugs.

Das Essen war sehr einfach und nicht wirklich schmackhaft. Die Drinks am Pool sehen nicht ansatzweise so aus wie auf der Karte und schmecken mehr nach Wasser , als nach Saft.

Es una preciosidad. Es maravilloso tener ese lago de flor de loto. Las instalaciones de gimnasio, biblioteca y spa son geniales. La piscina abre hasta muy tarde, que te permite refrescarte cuando vuelves de pasar el día en hoi an. Puedes coger bicis gratis para recorrer los srroAles o reservar una moto con facilidad. Todo el equipo es muy atento.

Een pareltje onder alle verblijven die we een maand lang bezocht hebben, de vriendelijke onbeperkte service was onevenaarbaar. Ontbijt was schitterend, personeel was zo een goed team, geen enkele vraag was te veel. Dank je wel, wij hebben genoten!!

Es ist ein fantastisches, einladenden Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind toll. Es ist ruhig gelegen und doch wunderbar mit Grab/Taxi innerhalb von paar Minuten mitten drin.

El sitio alejado del centro es un sueño, paz y tranquilidad absoluta, a 10 minutos en grab del centro.

We had a wonderful stay at Zen Retreat Hoi An. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially loved the beautiful surroundings and would gladly stay here again.

Le calme a quelques pas de la vieille ville, ideal pour se ressourcer. Le cadre superbe, la piscine, et le bassin rempli de fleur de lotus.

Todo, de principio a fin. Estuvimos 11 noches, lo tomamos con mucha calma. El hotel es un oasis de calma y belleza, tranquilamente puedes pasar días enteros disfrutando de la piscina, las habitaciones y las zonas comunes sin necesidad de salir. Ofrecen shuttle gratuitos al centro 2 veces por día, lo cual es muy útil. También ofrecen gratuitamente bicicletas que puedes utiliza en cualquier momento; nosotros las usamos mucho para salir a andar por los arrozales, una experiencia de lo más bonita. El personal siempre está atento y a disposición para ayudar, son súper alegres y muy agradables todos. Me ayudaron a organizar una sorpresa de cumpleaños a mi novio con muchísima dedicación. Es un lugar que recomendaría a todos y me encantaría volver

It’s a bit of paradise peaceful corner in Hoi An. If you are coming to Hoi An, staying in city is a mistake if you want to enjoy some quietness and quality relax time. Zen Retreat provides exactly that. Nice facilities, very warm swimming pool, massage area, all in a lovely scenery. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and staff is very helpful in fixing anything you needed. Scooters can be rented on spot, which is a big plus for you movement, and the hotel can arrange for you all kind of tours.

This accommodation could have been an easy 10/10, misses out just by details. Which are the following the food in restaurant was disappointing considering the standards that you get everywhere when u eat Vietnamese food. The breakfast was ok, the WiFi was very inconsistent in the room and hard to keep working. And finally something I see every hotel around here, it’s a simply lack of hangers in the room to hang clothes, dying towels etc.

Het zen effect. Zen was totaal rustgevend en iedereen was tegemoetkomend. De architectuur is mooi, en de inrichting heel fijn. Het zwembad is mooi groot, je kunt zwemmen. Je kunt ook makkelijk met de gratis fietsen naar het strand. Wij waren zo tevreden dat wij ons verblijf verlengden. Het ontbijt is fantastisch. Het helpt dat wij liefhebbers van tropisch fruit zijn. Het eten is ook erg smaakvol. De bediening geweldig en zorgzaam. Het engels is van velen goed.

Het was warm maar daar kon Zen niets aan doen.

Het is een oase van rust als je uit hoi an terug komt. Ook de ligging is super je kan een fiets pakken en door de rijstvelden fietsen. Erg vriendelijk personeel

Tesis mükemmeldi. Tüm çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Havuzu, lotus bahçesi, tüm kullanım alanları harika ve tertemizdi. Cennet gibi bir ortam vardı. Hem giriş hem çıkış işlemlerimizde resepsiyon görevlileri çok iyi ve çok güleryüzlüydü. Hoi An’a gelecek herkese burayı öneririm. Vietnam’da en beğendiğimiz konaklama deneyimi burası oldu.

En general me gusto todo, la localizacion es perfecta si te quieres relajar, las instalaciones estan muy bien y el personal es muy amable, la habitacion espectacular.

No me gusto que me tuviera que ir.. todo perfecto!
