As our apartment was in an adjacent building, I cannot comment on the facilities. The location is very quiet and close to restaurants as well as the beach. The washing machine located outside our apartment was a real plus.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng thơm tho và được dọn dẹp rất kỹ. Vị trí thuận tiện, gần trung tâm nên di chuyển đến các địa điểm ăn uống và tham quan rất dễ dàng. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Nhìn chung gia đình mình rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp đến Đà Nẵng.

The air-conditioner was very loud so I couldn't sleep while it was on. In the morning I woke up because of the heat. And the plug didn't work next to the bed. But these were minor inconveniences that didn't impact my stay.

Tolle Unterkunft und toller Pool zum abkühlen. Gute Lage, man ist fußläufig relativ schnell am Strand aber auch bei Restaurants, etc. Überaus freundliches Personal und netter Aufenthalt.

Leider waren die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen und man hat jede einzelne Feder gespürt. Die Nacht war dementsprechend nicht wirklich erholsam… Toilette ist nur erreichbar, wenn man durch die Dusche geht. Im Grundsatz nichts schlechtes, allerdings wenn frisch geduscht wurde doch etwas störend.

Este quarto não correspondia às fotografias, deveria ter sido um apartamento com um quarto e uma divisória em open space com sofá, mas não tinha sofá, apenas o quarto e a kitchenette, o que nos fez alguma diferença pois éramos uma família de 3 e achamos que pagamos mais do que o preço justo pelo espaço. Apesar disso, era um quarto com cama confortável e limpo numa boa localização e staff atencioso, embora não me tenham arranjado uma solução viável para a situação. É num segundo edifício e sugiro que ao reservarem, confirmem diretamente com o hotel que corresponde 100% ao que está no booking, pois são muito prestáveis e responsivos. Ar condicionado funciona bem.

I never write negative reviews but I genuinely have no words to describe how dreadful our experience has been with this hotel. Firstly, our first impressions were not great as the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned - there were hair shavings on the tap and inside both cups, and there were hairs and marks on the toilet. The shower, screen, and blind inside it were all very mouldy and smelt as such, and the shower flooded out into the bathroom because the drain was blocked. We were told that the cleaners were 'in training'. The room also did not have a balcony as described and the air con needs servicing. Turns out these were the least of our worries. On the third day of our stay, a bank note and several valuable and sentimental pieces of jewellery were missing from our room following housekeeping. These items were not out on display, meaning drawers and zipped containers had been opened to reach them. They were very small so easily concealable. I also found one of my bracelets on the floor, further suggesting that things had been rummaged around and this had been dropped (this was definitely not where I had left it). On reporting this to reception, we were met with rudeness and every excuse under the sun, from them saying that the cleaners do not go into drawers, to them saying that because I was not wearing the necklace on arrival to the hotel according to their cctv, it couldn't have gone missing there (which is both irrelevant and untrue as I was wearing it). No genuine attempts were made to investigate or resolve the issue. When we asked to speak to the police, staff spoke amongst each other seemingly deciding what to tell us, then saying that they had called the police already but that they were unable to help. We obviously did not believe this so went to a police office independently who did in fact take a statement.

Comfortable, well equipped apartment. Lovely pool which we often had all to ourselves. Great location to beach and Dragon Bridge. Reception arranged a driver to the Hot Springs in Da Nang.

V den příjezdu byla špinavá podlaha. Koupelna je špatně vyřešena (sprcha stříká na toaletu, sprchová hlavice byla rozbitá), zapůjčený skůtr nebyl v dobrém technickém stavu a navíc byl zapůjčen skoro s prázdnou nádrží

Gostamos muito deste alojamento, tanto que acabamos por reservar novamente um quarto para a última noite em Da Nang, em que íamos ficar em Hoi An. A localização é ótima, rodeada de restaurantes e minimercados, a 10m a pé da praia e um pouco mais da Dragon Bridge. Limpeza feita diariamente, staff muito simpático e prestável. A piscina é relativamente pequena, mas nunca foi um problema. Ar condicionado bem posicionado e a cumprir bem a sua função. Falamos por whatsapp com a equipa e correu tudo bem. Aconselho a que confirmem por mensagem que o quarto corresponde totalmente ao que o booking anuncia, pois tivemos essa divergência e conseguimos corrigir depois de comunicarmos por whatsapp.

Isolamento de som e de luz são fracos. Tivemos dificuldade em dormir depois das 7 da manhã. O sofá era desconfortável e tinha um dos braços soltos. Apesar disto, como disse, repetimos a experiência, são apenas pontos que podem ser importantes.

Do not stay in the 2 bedroom apartment!!!! This is added on to the main building. It is an old coffee shop that had been developed into 2 bedrooms. It is dirty, old , tired and has walls as thick as cardboard. The main hotel is nice but if you are a family do Not book these rooms Awful!!!!!!

Water tap didn’t work, cutlery unclean, old and tired paint work, floor was very dirty as were the windows. Over priced!! I have stayed in ten hotels in Vietnam this holiday and this was one of the worst.

The service was excellent. I explained it was my girlfriend's birthday and Hana/Huong went out if her way to help me. She arranged a personalized birthday cake in advance and made us feel so welcome. If I was the boss I would give her a payrise. I will return to stay here because of Huong and I will recommend to friends and family.

Номер хороший, но без завтрака. До этого номера снимали дешевле на 30%, большая в 2 раза площадь и с завтраком. Поэтому ощущение от отеля не очень. И в том отеле был большой холодильник. Здесь маленький. Да, здесь есть неплохой бассейн, но нет сауны, как в другом отеле где были до этого.

Всё нормально, но цена не соотвтствует ожиданиям. Неприятно, что за большие чем в другом отеле деньги не было завтрака, площадь номера в 2 раза меньше и нет балкона и сауны.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at Lantana Da Nang. My partner and I have travelled a lot and this accommodation and staff was by far the worst we’ve dealt with. Upon arrival, we were told about property policies that were never on the booking platform when our booking was confirmed. This included extra taxes to be paid if we paid by card. This needs to be communicated beforehand and not upon arrival. The reception staff became extremely rude about this situation and said that we could not check in and put our luggage in the room if we didn’t have enough cash to pay for the room by cash. This is not the welcome one really wants when arriving at a hotel around 4pm after delayed flights. Our booking platform stated that we could pay by card with no surcharge. When we eventually headed to the room, the staff were reluctant to assist us with luggage up the stairs. The booking clearly states that staff assist with luggage up the stairs. Rather put a lift in if you are going to advertise a service but then are reluctant to provide that service unless asked. The room itself was not as advertised. The photos on the listing do not accurately represent the actual unit we were given, and the overall standard was much lower than expected. We also found used false eyelashes in the room on the table, which immediately raises concerns about cleanliness. There was a kitchenette with no kettle in the room. Most frustrating was that there was no hot water for our stay. We reported it when we got back to the hotel at 10pm. We had left at 5pm to go draw money to pay for the room cash. However once we could find an ATM to draw money it was well after 6pm. So we then stayed out for dinner and returned at 10pm. But it was only fixed the following morning after asking another 2 times.

Great location, near spas, cafes and restaurants. 10-minute walk from the beach. Pool overlooking the city offers great views. Convenient drop-off (generally next-day) laundry service.

The staff was very kind and friendly. Air conditioning was good. Pool was nice with a breeze but lounge chairs very uncomfortable. Location was fine. We stayed in the suite beside the main part of the hotel.

They changed my room due to damage in part of our suite and did not advise us in advance or offer any compensation. We went from a one bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms to a studio with one bathroom. I had to request compensation which they did offer in the end. Construction beside our room was loud but thankfully only during daytime hours and not into the evening. We had to leave early due to a death in the family. I asked if our remaining nights could be refunded and they said they would get back to us. No reply from the hotel at all. If you book the suite with no elevator, the staircase is quite narrow and shallow.

Old facility and doesn’t worth the money. Aircond is not cold and there’s ponding when shower. Shower with no privacy because of the transparent glass.

I loved so much the swimming pool terrace. The room was big and fairly clean. Delicious coffe and water replaced every day. Ten min by walk from the beach and 15ish from thw Dragon bridge. A good balance between the 2 areas.

Сам по себе отель очень милый, стильный, искали именно не высотку. До пляжа My Khe мин 10-12 по прямой - были готовы. Вокруг много магазинов, в том числе и круглосуточных. До моста Дракона тоже мин 15 пешком по прямой. Апартаменты чистые, с горячей водой проблем ни разу не было. Большое преимущество - 2 санузла. Писали про шумный детский сад напротив - да, в одной комнате было слышно песенки по утрам, но родителей они даже веселили)), а во второй комнате мы их и не слышали. Собственно, мы в апартаментах целыми днями и не сидели, так что нам это не мешало. А сама улочка тихая - нет шума баров и караоке. Приятный бассейн на 7ом этаже до 22.00, там и просто посидеть приятно как на террасе

Оснащение кухни по минимуму - маленькая уже отжившая своё сковородка и крошечная кастрюлька, ну и тарелки, чашки прям впритык. В первом санузле, конечно, унитаз бы развернуть. Простите за подробности, но сидеть на нём с закрытой дверью просто невозможно! Носом и коленками в дверь упираешься. Ну и шкаф в первой комнате открыть можно только наполовину, т.к. впритык ко второй половине стоит прикроватная тумба

There are no free breakfast but the location is good. While there is a daycare in front of the building, the noise is tolerable. Anyway, they are just children and should not bother us adults. The receptionists are very accommodating. There is also a supermarket in front of the store where you can buy food supplies if needed. Better to pay the hotel in cash since they charge additional 2-3% if you pay via credit card.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and we would have loved to stay more! We had a small apartment with two double rooms (each with its own bathroom) and a small kitchen. The apartment had everything we needed. The pool on the seventh floor was an amazing way to cool down and relax after a day spent exploring the city! And the staff was very helpful and sweet.
