Không đêm nào ngủ ngon đc,ở đêm đầu tiên có khách đi lộn phòng,nhân viên tự ý mở cửa mà không check thông tin xem khách có đúng ở phòng đó không.Nhân viên dọn phòng thì tự ý mở cửa,dù khách đang bên trong và đã yêu cầu k cần dọn vẫn mở cửa xông vào.Khách sạn này hoàn toàn không để sự an toàn và yên tĩnh của khách lên hàng đầu.Không bao giờ quay lại đây

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Didn’t like anything at all the only good thing about this hotel is the location and that’s all nothing else makes you wanna stay in here so if u have a chance then change to another hotel.
Especially considering the price I paid, I expected the hotel to be much cleaner and the overall standard to be much higher. I discovered mold in the room and decided not to stay, yet I was still charged a fee. When I reported the issue, I was told that I could simply sleep there for one night and change rooms the next day.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Lúc nhận phòng mình được nâng hạng free. Tất cả đều ok chỉ có cách âm là chưa được tốt lắm. Nếu quay lại Đà Nẵng mình sẽ tiếp tục book phòng này.
Mình có nhờ dọn phòng vào buổi sáng và giao thẻ phòng cho lễ tân, nhưng mấy tiếng sau về đến phòng vẫn thấy như cũ. Mong ks lưu ý vấn đề này nhé!

Nell'hotel c'è una spa favolosa con uno staff carinissimo, una cosa fantastica; Un personale favoloso. L'hotel nel complesso è molto bello davvero in una posizione splendida fronte spiaggia, credo solo che andrebbe un po' curato di più in alcuni piccoli dettagli. Per il resto tutto ok in generale e con un aria condizionata perfetta. Un bell'hotel.

The rooms don’t look anything like the photos. Broken plug sockets, missing television with brackets on the wall, floor was filthy (my daughter walked from the door to the bed - 5 steps and her feet were black). Staff wasn’t welcoming whatsoever and never once greeted us when entering or leaving. Stayed out from morning to late night for 2 days, purposely not to spend any longer than required in the room.

Но когда мои вещи выносили из номера, персонал вытащил доширак из моего пакета и оставил себе!! Он входит в стоимость моего номера и я хочу забрать его с собой, так какого его просто молча забрали обратно?

It made getting around simple and stress-free, whether we were heading to the beach for the day or catching our flight. Highly recommended for travelers looking for convenience.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The hairdryer was not working during our stay, and the TV channels were not functioning properly. The power outlets were also difficult to access, and it would be more convenient if the room provided a universal power outlet or universal adapter for guests to charge their devices.
