Very old and decrepit hotel.
The private pool was a lovely edition and the bedrooms were extremely spacious with excellent on suite bathrooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful
Some of the sun beds were broken as was the sun parasol but after we informed reception they brought us a working parasol
The common areas of the house complex are very dirty, the living dining rooms of the house, and corredors are dirty, old furniture and not comfortable.
the rooms are big, beds are very nice.
We had the whole villa to ourselves & the pool was great to keep the kids entertained.
There was no air conditioning downstairs in the dining/lounge area, just fans. It would have been good for the family to all be together if it was cooler. We also couldn’t lock the downstairs doors from the outside, which made us feel as if we couldn’t leave things in the dining/kitchen/lounge area.
I booked this so called hotel at short notice. I had concerns about the booking. Myself and Hotels.com tried very unsuccessful to settle the issue. They couldn't even be better to reply
The pool was very nice The staff was very friendly and helped us out. Location was good
I stayed here recently and unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. There was no air conditioning in the main living area, which made it uncomfortably hot. There were also quite a few geckos and spiders around, which was a bit off-putting. The doors and windows didn’t close or lock properly, which made me feel unsafe during my stay. The living room has a lot of potential, but it really needs some improvements—adding curtains would make a big difference, as there was no privacy from the surrounding apartments. With a few small changes, this place could be much more enjoyable.
The beds are were really comfy and the staff were so helpful. Helped book our taxi to Danang, ensured our washing was done the evening before as we checked out at 8am. Great service
We could hear the hostel next door from the bathroom. This didn’t disturb us going to sleep when we wanted.
Lovely hotel. Very clean. Large room and balcony. Staff very helpful. Nice and quiet. Pool shared with only 4 apartments.
Location a bit further out than expected so taxi required to get to nightlife and Old Town
It's a nice location not to far from town
The private pool was lovely, the staff were friendly & helpful & they showed us through the villa prior to payment.
Kitchen was a bit dirty, the main living needed air conditioning or ceiling fans.
Great pool and dive shop on site
Pool & Ha My the receptionist, she was lovely, very accomodating & obviously embarrassed about state of apartments
Everything! Apt was dirty & run down. Nothing like Bookings.com description. Curtains were filthy & towels were stained, kitchen & fridge unhygienic. Kitchen sink & shower drain were blocked. No air con in large living area only bedrooms. No streaming TV or restaurant as stated. No pool towels. Loud music & yelling every night from backpackers accommodation next door
My room smells mouldy and the curtains look dirty and stained. Even my kids said it's the worst hotel they've ever stayed. Sorry to say that but I don't know why the rating is so high, and the location isn't near the old town, overall it's very disappointing.
The staff was excellent and always available to help with anything we needed. The rooms were large and comfortable and we had our own small pool. The location is less than a 10 minute drive from Old Quarter but there are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby so we could easily walk for food etc if we didn't want to Grab into Old Quarter. We had booked a "villa" with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a shared living room, dining room and kitchen. It turned out that there were 5 bedrooms in the building (over 3 floors) and we decided to pay for the 5th room so nobody had to share. Sadly the weather wasn't great during our stay but we did have fun in the pool one night after returning for dinner. It's a great place for a group as long as you don't plan to spend much time in the living areas.
The shared living/dining and kitchen area was one large open room but there was no TV and not enough seating for everyone to gather which was disappointing as we had hoped for a movie night together. There was a large dining room table but most of the chairs were stacked against the wall with a sign saying we could not move furniture. We wouldn't have chosen to eat there anyway because the kitchen provisions were old and didn't look very clean. Ultimately this wasn't a big deal as there were plenty of inexpensive restaurants nearby.
So much space! We felt very looked after- always a friendly and helpful face to assist. Excellent value for money. Tasty breakfast. Sadly the weather was rainy so we didn’t use the pool- but it looked great. Also had a brilliant massage- lovely oils and massage room at the property. Easy to walk into the ancient town, lots of nice places to eat and drink close by. Considering what it costs and all the facilities available it was an excellent stay. Not as shiny as the pictures but everything was properly clean and tidy, everything worked and the staff are wonderful.
Great stay, we booked the hotel for short stay 2 night. We visit Hoi an and choose to stay here.
The service was exemplary. Everyone was so attentive, especially at reception. F&B staff were so pleasant. Housekeeping was perfect. All in all 5 stars just for service.
Location is great distance tonight market and one small bann mi shop around the Conner that is great for us.
It was an excellent service. We enjoy our stay at the hotel. It is near to the night market and the bridge. The room is clean and comfy. We will come back again soon.
It was in between old town and the beach and had air conditioning. My, who worked at the front desk was amazing but unfortunately the other front desk staff were nowhere near as knowledgeable and helpful.
Fairly rundown compared to as advertised. Could have been cleaner. Housekeeping didn’t do much unless asked…we had hand towels on day 1 and although we asked we never received fresh ones. We had to ask for coffee mugs to be replaced with new ones and pretty sure the floor in our room never got swept.
Love this home-y hotel! Staff and especially Chi Ngoc (Rose) are very welcoming and hospitable! They greet you by name daily and had daily conversations on plans with recommendations/tips/and weather updates! We were able to check in early, and were welcomed with juice and a cold towel (the
Thanks to all staff of this hotel hotel.
What a perfect place to stay while in Hoi An. Cozy, without being too small, the food was excellent and prices great. In a perfect location a short walk to all markets but still quiet. The best part was the Staff, so friendly and helpful nothing was ever too much trouble, and
My family had good time when we stayed here.
the bed is comfortable and room is clean. highly recommend this hotel for everyone and we will comeback next time.
This has been an amazing place to stay. Everyone has been incredibly attentive and kind! A friend had an injury and they bent over backwards to meet my friends needs! The food was also very tasty! The location is right near the ancient town. Easy to walk to everything. The
Room service and house keeping was tip top and there were helpful and greet service.
Breakfast is very delicious and a lot of choice

Our friend recommended it, and I’ll happily pass that recommendation on.
The balcony offered a peaceful view of the garden, and the pool was a refreshing haven. The staff were friendly, offering assistance with local insights.
The hotel’s lush garden and natural stone pathways immediately transported me to a tranquil oasis. I spent my mornings on the balcony enjoying the soft rustle of leaves and gentle bird songs.
The staff were friendly and easy communicating with. They helped us with information, renting vehicles and even let us check out a day earlier beacause we had a bus to catch.
The room were big and pleasant but the floor could be cleaned better. It was very dusty every day😊
We found random notes about local culture posted in the hallway, interesting reads.
The location is approximate 20mins from Hoi An Old town by e-taxi. The breakfast is good but need to wait for long. The pool is big and nice.
The kitchen and the sofa at the common area not that comfort. A bit dirty in the room, the bed sheet etc...
Stepping onto my balcony, I was greeted by the sight of blooming flowers and gently swaying palm trees. The natural ambiance was enhanced by soft sunlight streaming through the windows. This harmonious mix of nature and comfort truly elevated my stay.
We never felt pressured to tip, which made the service feel more genuine.
The hotel's design is deeply rooted in nature, with extensive greenery and sustainable materials throughout. My room’s balcony overlooked a picturesque garden that changed with the seasons. It was an immersive natural experience that left me feeling refreshed and inspired.
I loved that the hotel offered a blend of modern amenities and a natural, eco-friendly environment. The room’s large windows and balcony allowed me to soak in views of vibrant local greenery while enjoying a gentle breeze. This balance of comfort and nature made my stay truly special.
I was impressed by the hotel's commitment to a natural, eco-friendly aesthetic that permeated every detail of my stay. The bed was luxuriously soft, and the balcony offered captivating views of lush vegetation. The pool was a cool escape, and the staff’s friendly service made ev
