Reviewed Oct 4, 2025Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and neat. The staff help me with an early check in and upgraded my room which is very spacious. The room is true to picture as shown. Room is clean, neat and doesnt smell. The coffee table area is my favourite work place after a day. The also have 2 free washing machine and dryer in the fitness center at B1 to use which is really thoughtful.
It's not that near to train station or cafes around. But no problem with that when you have the food delivery app. Delivery is cheap and fast, food get delivered to the reception and they will use the little robot to send the food up to your room which is super convenient. I wont go to the 2nd floor restaurant for food, not impress with the noodles. Its about 50 mins car ride from Pudong airport so do leave early.
