Hilton Garden Inn Guangzhou Airport Aerotropolis - Free shuttle to Airport

На букинге было указано, что можно оплатить проживание при заселении, в итоге с карты сняли деньги заранее, а потом ещё и при заселении попросили оплатить. Пришлось писать и звонить чтобы разобраться с возвратом денег. Только этот момент омрачил впечатление.

I requested for late checkout and they refused as our flight was in the evening so wanted to chek out a bit late myb around 5-6pm but made us to pay after we checked in around 0300am but still could not allow us a late checkout i was disappointed and paid for late checkout .

Hotel direkt am Flughafen und 10 min. mit dem Shuttelbus von T1 entfernt.

Leider sind die Fenster und Wände nicht schalldicht, daher merkt man besonders am Abend und in der Nacht, dass man am Flughafen ist.

The lobby and corridors had smell of cigarettes. Shower was not clean, my stay was only a night so it didn’t bother me much.

The rooms were clean and all the facilities were provided. We got and early check in thanks for that. The staff members were friendly

Location just 10 minutes away from guangzhou international airport and every one hours shuttle bus for airport

The place itself is great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. You are very close to the airport. However to do some tourism is not the best option.

It might call itself a Hilton chain or 4 stars hotel. But it only deserves 3 stars. No International tv channels, no service at all since rooms are not fully checked before offering to the next customer. Hygiene problem. An ordinary small hotel in the guise of Hilton.

Rooms were very Clean and Spacious.

We did enjoyed ourselves here, while waiting for next flight at midnight from this morning. Room surprised me with stylish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We slept well for couple of hours. It was a bit of challenge to contact hotel for the shuttle service from airport to hotel but eventually got it sorted, thank you.

The restaurant had great food with comfortable lounging area and very spacious. Staff was exceptional and very accommodating.

The front desk staff was great! Very help and answered all of our questions. Even though the ac wasn’t that cold we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet food was delicious!

Clean, comfortable. Shuttle worked once located. Was OK for a shower and rest between flights (we had 8hr layover). Any shorter than this and I would probably opt for a lounge instead.

Need to get a 24hr transit visa to get to this property - bear this in mind. We were lucky and arrived at 5am so there was no queue. If you had to queue a few hours I'm not sure it would be worth it. The shuttles only came hourly. We just missed the shuttle at 5:13am, so had to wait an hour until the next one, despite calling the hotel. We couldn't get a cab because no ATMs in the airport and our cards wouldn't work - maybe take out yen before hand. In the future, I would probably opt for a hotel closer to the terminal that I could walk to. Obviously no internet in china, unable to call the hotel etc. Found airport staff that helped us do this. Need proof of hotel stay for the visa, so make sure that's loaded before you land as won't have internet there.

Actually it is not in the vincinity of the airport. Quite far.

Good for a short stay (near the airport)

The hotel room was fairly new, very large, and had a small kitchen, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. However, there was an error between Expedia and the hotel where they thought our party of 5 was due the day before. Just as well we had emails with evidence, and there were rooms available. Also there needs to be more knowledge around where to catch the shuttle bus and times for it. Not everyone has a local phone to call the hotel when you arrive in Guangzhou. A lot of time was wasted on this.
