Очень удобно, что есть бесплатный трансфер из/в аэропорт. 10 минут в пути и вы в отеле. Быстро заселили. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. Отдохнули 5 часов между рейсами. На завтрак не успели, так как надо было ехать в аэропорт, но нам предоставили ланчбоксы. Персонал на ресепшн очень приветливый и внимательный, говорит по-английски.

Everything was great. Staff are very helpful and some can speak English and some need translation. My room was huge and the bed very comfy and the AC really working good. Breakfast is awesome and delicious. Location closed to airport but kinda far from the city center. Hotel very recommended. 5 *****

I liked the most is the 24 hours shuttle bus service. It took us direct from T2 Gate 43 to the hotel. But you have to keep eyes on the shuttle bus:-) It also provides good breakfast. We didn't have enough time to have breakfast the second time and the staff provided take-away breakfast for us.

I am very sensitive to cigarette smell and I smell it in the corridor and the lift. I don't know if the hotel is able to do anything because it seems quite common in China.

Very modern rooms with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds.

Breakfast options are mostly to Asian tastes of course, not good western options.

Чисто. Уютно. Идеальное, чистое постельное белье. Тропический душ кайф.... Тапочки и т.д. на вопрос вернулся бы сюда еще раз ? однозначно ,Да!

На завтраке, кофемашина одна сломана, у другой капучинатор пену льет! Трансфер работает странно, хорошо что у меня есть wechat. без него найти автобус будет сложновато.

يوجد باص للنقل من المطار للفندق لكن للاسف الباص يقف عند البوابة رقم 14 بالرغم ان الفندق كتبوا لي انه يقف عند البوابة 13 ومع ذلك رفق السايق ان يقف لي وحصلت معي مرتين واطررت ان استاجر تاكسي بقية مرتفعة ..سايق الباص يرانا ولا يقف وجميع باصات الفنادق الأخرى تقف معاملة جدا سيئة وايضاً تعامل الموظفة عند الخروج كان سيء

- Easy to get to/from Guangzhou airport, even after midnight (and the airport staff were very helpful in contacting the hotel and directing me to where to wait for the shuttle bus) - Easy check-in - Good breakfast and the wait staff alerted me before it finished at 10AM - I left my phone in the hotel room, and they delivered it to me at the airport departures - My room was really quiet

Отличное расположение, близко к аэропорту -10-15 минут. Трансфер круглосуточно каждые 30 минут. Автобус отеля останавливается напротив 13 выхода. Номера большие. Кровати удобные. Постельное белье чистое и хорошего качества. В номере есть чайник, чай в пакетиках, вода. Хороший завтрак. Удобно добираться до города на метро с аэропорта, примерно 45-50 минут до центра.

Номер был прокуренным. Но открыли окно и включили кондиционер и стало нормально

The information about catching the shuttle at theairport was totally missing. We ended up paying a taxi nearly as much as the hotel just to get there. That despite repeated email requests in advance for but stop information.

Breakfast was really good. Lots of choices. To get the free shuttle bus, go to the airport information counter as they speak basic English. Ask them to call the hotel and the hotel will send the bus over. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes for the bus to arrive. Make sure you get the phone number to contact hotel prior to arrival.

Hotel staff doesn't speak much English but van be sorted out with translator.

The staffs were excellent especially manager Lenzy. She made our stay so enjoyable. Our greetings to y'all

The hotel is near airport with airport pickup and transfer back to airport service Reasonable hotel rate including breakfast, big room with very basis amenities.

The front desk staff almost miss my booking details maybe because we arrive very late in the evening

The location on google and booking is a nightmare, it is on the obesity side of the the location of the main street, inside a complex you have to go through to arrive the gate, thx driver was good enough to figure out and open Chinese map also it was not easy for him
