Free and convenient shuttle service from and to the airport. The room was clean and comfy. Good value for money. Friendly staff.

Staff only speak Mandarin , not even Cantonese or English

Everything was perfect and exactly as in the pictures. Receptionist could speak English and that added up for convenience.

Номер удобный, для троих было две кровати (одна двухместная).

Холодильник слабый, вечером негде перекусить, даже сендвичи в номер не смогли заказать, завтрак скудный.

Las camas increíblemente cómodas, una pasada, luego tienen servicio de bus que te recoge de la terminal cada media hora incluso si no vienes justo de tu viaje, es decir, mi pareja y yo fuimos a ver la ciudad y al volver paramos en la parada de metro del aeropuerto y también nos recogieron, son un amor!! El desayuno buffet también muy rico y medio occidentalizado, por si te da la nostalgia de comer con tenedor (créeme, te dará ;)

Lo único que pondría como negativo es que me da la sensación de que no se habla mucho inglés, entonces para comunicarnos para el bus y todo pues no sé, no es tan sencillo si no hablas nada de chino (yo hablo algo). Además nosotros elegimos ese hotel porque llegábamos a las 2 de la mañana y solo estábamos un día, pero está lejos de la ciudad, tipo 1 hora. No recomiendo para estancias largas. A menos que quieras quedarte en un pedazo de hotel y no te importe irte por la mañana y volver por la noche sabiendo que son 2 horas en total entre ir y volver de la ciudad (lo cual es una opción también por supuesto).

Very convenient location, with free shuttle service every 30 min to the airport. Clean room with great furniture. Breakfast was OK. A lot of different Chinese local food along the streets near the hotel.

The shuttle bus queue (830am) was too long so we had to wait a bit longer for the next bus. Do budget a bit more time to get to the airport especially if you have an international flight to catch. Or take a Didi if you are running short on time.

Отель очень достойный. Добирались на такси. Таксист довез приблизительно. Не нашел сам отель. Благо, была вывеска с названием на китайском, через прохожих и нашли вход. Завтраки хорошие, персонал доброжелателен, номер большой.

我们是在半夜到达酒店的，前台员工不会说英语，只能通过手机翻译与我们沟通。 一男一女两位员工态度非常不友好、不礼貌，缺乏专业素养。 我们不理解，为什么夜班前台的服务人员会对客人表现出如此不礼貌和冷淡的态度。

Попросила номер на верхнем этаже !! С видом на самолеты!!! Развернула диван к окну и весь день наблюдала самолеты !! Очень классно !!! Шумоизоляция отличная самолетов не слышно !!!

Room was new and very well appointed. Good gym and very nice breakfast (albeit with terrible coffee). The things that were good were very good. A super comfy room and bed with lots of provided amenities (hair dryer, toiletries, slippers)

I didn't have data or phone to contact the hotel for the free shuttle from the airport but figured it was close, so I'd just walk or get a taxi - terrible idea! I made a lot of incorrect assumptions 🙄 The roads aren't really walkable - designed for traffic and no-one had heard of the hotel which was a problem because the address was only written in English in Booking.com, which my taxi driver couldn't read. 3 phone calls to the hotel later, we finally found it. It's not far off a main road but lots of little roads to get from that main road to the hotel. What should have been straightforward became a big dea with the language barrierl. It's about a 10 minute drive if you go direct which is still further than you'd expect given how physically close it is to the airport . Also - be sure to have cash for a taxi! Also didn't love the very minimal English spoken by the check in staff. Glad I didn't have any difficult issues to resolve because their enthusiasm for helping wasn't great. No English TV channels but maybe that's normal- it's not an English speaking country 🤷‍♀️

Room is very clean and the cleaning ladies are very friendly and polite. They always cleaned my room.

No closet, No TV, No place to store your clothes. I had to leave all my clothes in my luggage. Also, you should have an international menu especially during the Canton Fair.

Super comfortable modern room. Large King bed. Projector in room for entertainment. Separate toilet and bath so that multiple people can get ready, esp for those early morning flights. Great Service. The hotel packed us breakfast since departure was before the restaurant opened. The free shuttle bus to the airport was one time and very efficient.

I.liked the rooms they were spacious , beds are nice and big. I like how it's very close to the airport. Staff are friendly but it was so hard to communicate with them, not being able to speak English, thank goodness for the translator app but that was still a bit tricky too lol at the end I started using sign language 😅 it worked lol

I didn't like that lack of communication buy staff when I had messaged them on booking.com that we needed to picked up at the airport, we waited for like an hour and a half, I kept calling the hotel no one would answer so I figured I might as well catch a cab. The room i was in the air con was blowing out a very unpleasant smell. I was surprised to see people smoking inside the hotel in the elevators , so if your taking kid just be aware of that.

Nice rooms. Well located. Very clean and breakfast was very good.

Basically no one is speaking English. I’m not expecting so much but the hotel is 3 km away from one of the biggest international airports in all Asia, and it’s a bit annoying to have all this communication issues.

Viviane was amazingly helpful as the rest of the team. The shuttle bus is much convenient

Location is excellent from the airport. The shuttle was good especially for the Canton fair.

The cleaners could do better Their notices and writings are all in Chinese! English as a global language should be added. The food was only Chinese style! Including continental dishes will be very good.

I paid twice once I booked thru the app again when I check in they told me once u check out your first money that u paid will be refunded but I didn't got my money back.

The breakfast was very good, the room was very clean, and there was a free shuttle bus. It is relatively close to the airport.
