Belle Marivent Boutique Hotel

Strategické místo - kousek na pláž, kousek zastávka autobusu do centra. Personál je více než úžasný, snažili se vyjít vstříc a připravili mi překvapení k mým narozeninám. Postele jsou fantastické a pokoj je vybavený vším, co potřebujete i nepotřebujete. Snídaně se podávají ve vedlejším bistru, což nevadí a nabídka je dle mého dost pestrá a objednat si můžete cokoliv a v jakémkoliv množství - a je to velmi chutné a ještě s obsluhou. Na hotelu můžete během dne využívat koutek s malým občerstvením - ovoce, voda, káva, jogurt a sladké - to potěší každého.

Bohužel nás hned na začátku "zapomněli" upozornit, že již několik dní nejde klimatizace, což byl opravdu dost velký problém. Okna jsme měli do rušné ulice přímo nad zastávkou autobusu - takže noci byly příšerné. "Průvan" jsme se snažili vytvořit otevřením dveří na balkon a dveří na WC - což na komfortu nepřidá. Při ceně téměř 10 tisíc/noc bychom očekávali větší komfort. A "bazén" je spíše marketingový tah, protože velikostí a hloubkou 50 cm se spíše jedná o brouzdaliště.

Close proximity to the beach and the friendly staff.

Location is pretty far away from all decent restaurants. Restaurants close by are pretty dingy. The breakfast restaurant (which is separate to the hotel) was not the greatest. We had no Aircon for our entire 5 night stay as it was out of order. Staff apologised profusely but it was still not fixed during our stay which really was not on.

The hotel was great. Truly boutique, great location about 5 minute walk from a number of restaurants and bars and bus stop right outside the hotel that had very frequent buses to Palma centro. Staff were amazing - couldn’t do enough. Big thanks to Pablo especially who was lovely!

Small thing, but the lighting in the room and switches were super inconsistent- the light switches seemed to do different lights at different times! Only a small thing though.

Only thing is the guy told taxi cost 30euro from hotel to airport the day before while the other day the lady helped call the taxi that cost 45euro.But it’s a private Benz mini bus.Though it is too big as we don’t have any baggages,just me and my 13 year old son ,it’s still a good experience on the mini bus.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Palma, aber mit dem Taxi ist man in nur etwa fünf Minuten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber das Personal. Die Rezeptionistin und auch alle anderen Kolleginnen und Kollegen waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es wurde wirklich alles möglich gemacht, damit wir eine schöne Zeit haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

A great experience in this hotel. It felt very boutique being a small number of rooms and the reception team were very helpful.

Fantastisk service og god beliggenhed! Personalet er utrolig sødt, hjælpsomt og altid smilende. Rengøringen er helt i top, og rengøringsdamerne er super søde. Hotellet har desuden en rigtig god beliggenhed med nem transport til Palma, og stranden ligger kun 7-10 minutters gang derfra. De varmeste anbefalinger herfra!

Hvis man booker her, skal man være indstillet på, at morgenmaden skal hentes på en anden restaurant, og at udvalget er en smule kedeligt. Værelsesløsningen med bad, toilet og håndvask placeret i selve soveværelset er heller ikke helt gennemtænkt, hvis man rejser flere sammen og har brug for privatliv eller har forskellige sengetider. Til sidst er det værd at nævne tagterrassen - den er rigtig dejlig og brugbar, men som tre kvinder følte vi os desværre ret ukomfortable, da mænd fra nabobygningen indimellem stod og kiggede direkte ned på os når de skulle ud og ryge, mens vi solbadede.

Att vi inte var informerade om att restaurangen på hotellet inte fanns kvar så vi fick gå över till en annan restaurang och äta frukost som var lite mindre och ibland svårt att få bord.

Location is not in the centre of Palma, but very well connected (buss stop right in front of the door, takes ca. 15 min). Walking distance to the closest beach and a shopping mall. In front of the Spanish Royal family summer house, you can visit the garden for free if they are not there.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, the location was a few minutes away from the beach and this perfectly complemented the fantastic amenities the hotel had to offer. I highly recommend this incredible spot to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway!

The hotel stands out for the spaciousness and brightness of the room, which also had two separate areas, providing extra comfort. The staff were very helpful and made it easy to arrange an early check-in, which was especially useful so my wife could work remotely from the hotel on our first day. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a great feature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nice views.

The location is not ideal for walking, as the area is quite built-up and has a fair amount of traffic, which makes it less pleasant for a relaxed stroll. That said, the noise is only noticeable outside and does not affect the comfort of the room. The only nearby place for a pleasant walk is the gardens of Marivent Palace, but they are not always open, which limits the options for walking.

Byliśmy na Majorce po raz pierwszy i Marivent Mediterranean Petit Hotel okazał się strzałem w dziesiątkę! Od momentu rezerwacji na Bookingu aż do samego wyjazdu otaczali nas troskliwi, uważni i niezwykle życzliwi ludzie. Naszym zdaniem lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna. Blisko do centrum, a jednocześnie w nocy można spokojnie spać. Dodatkowo tuż obok znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, co bywa bardzo wygodne. Niedaleko jest też centrum handlowe Porto Pi. Sam hotel nie jest nowy. Z tego co zrozumiałam, przeszedł remont. Jednak tak nienagannej czystości ze świecą szukać! Mieliśmy pokój z tarasem. Morza nie było widać, ale z wielką przyjemnością spędzałam tam czas przy filiance kawy w otoczeniu zieleni. W pokoju był bardzo wygodny materac, co dla nas ma ogromne znaczenie. Wzięliśmy ze sobą zatyczki do uszu, ale przeleżały w ogóle nieużywane. Pod sam koniec teoretycznie mogłyby się przydać, ale w pokoju są „magiczne” drzwi, które służą jako dodatkowa izolacja akustyczna. W zasadzie można ich nawet nie zauważyć, ale dzięki nim nocna cisza została natychmiast przywrócona. Wygodna łazienka i kosmetyki o pięknym zapachu. Po powrocie do domu chciałam kupić coś z tej linii przez internet, ale niestety mi się nie udało. A szkoda. Chciałabym jeszcze raz bardzo podziękować Pablo, Ivannie i Gabrieli. P.S. Nie pamiętam, żebym kiedykolwiek pisała tak długą opinię, a mogłaby być jeszcze dłuższa 😊

Jedyną rzeczą, która nam się nie podobała, było to, że czas wyjazdu nadszedł tak szybko!🤷‍♀️

The staff here were amazing , nothing was too much trouble. Coffee corner was complimentary and a nice added touch for the mornings . Comfy bed and good shower .

I loved this place , but if I had to give anything to improve I would I say the lighting in the room feels quite dark , all the mirrors are tinted apart from 1 small mirror An extra light would be helpful for doing make up and hair . But it is a very cosy lighting .

Überaus freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, herzliche und persönliche Betreuung. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist sehr gut, der Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab.

My mum and I enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at this hotel. We stayed in a junior suite with patio - the space was perfect for our needs. When we arrived the staff had put up balloons in our room and left a bottle of prosecco on ice with two glasses, to celebrate my mum's birthday. The bed is described as 'double' but it was much larger than a standard UK double bed. The staff really were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and happy to help with any requests. We visited the beach and went into Palma using either a bus or Uber. Uber varied between €11 up to €26 - depending on price surges. The staff offered to book taxis - which we did use to get to the airport on the way back. This was €35 cash or card. The Uber from Palma airport to the hotel was €26. The bus was €2 and the bus stop was conveniently located outside the hotel. The breakfast was more or less next door (the hotel is too small to fit in a restaurant currently) but the breakfast was delightful! The walk to the beach was around 5 minutes and the staff will provide beach towels. The beach was lovely and the location of the hotel means you have a lovely balance between beach and city. The lady, who was working in the evenings when we stayed, was so helpful providing tips on where to visit in Palma. We tried bar Abaco at her recommendation - which was an experience! The hotel was very clean, tastefully decorated and the lobby smelled amazing. The rooftop pool has a honesty bar and it was really pleasant to spend time up there as the sun was setting. A small beer was €3- payment was at the end of your stay. In the lobby there is a tea and coffee corner. We used this a few times - in the morning there are pastries and cookies as well as drinks available. All in all, we had a fabulous stay and we are already eyeing up a visit for another time. Thank you so much for making our birthday stay so special 💗

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Lage, um mit dem Bus zb nach Palma zu fahren. Hotelzimmer ist gut ausgestattet, von flauschigen Handtüchern zu bei Bedarf Heizlüftern.

Durch die verkehrsgünstige Lage ist es eher schwierig, mit offenen Fenster zu schlafen. Das ist tatsächlich der absolut einzige negative Punkt. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

The location is great, so easy to get into and home from Palma City by bus. Also, a 5 minute walk into Cala Major with its lovely beach, shops and restaurants. The weather was a little chilly in late March but the room was super cosy. Great breakfast next door in Porto Zulema Cafe

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir, dass wir unser Zimmer bereits früher beziehen konnten, da es schon verfügbar war. Das hat uns den Start in den Aufenthalt wirklich erleichtert und war alles andere als selbstverständlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst – vom Service bis zur Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Bushaltestelle, das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück (u.a. frisch gepresster Orangensaft) wird in einem 50 m entfernten Restaurant serviert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer waren eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher. Die Ausstattung war geschmackvoll-modern, die Matratze ausreichend hart.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein, das Waschbecken ist im Zimmer. Sollte man wissen, wenn man das Hotel bucht.

Die Lage ist top! Der 4er Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür weg. Das Personal ist unfassbar hilfsbereit und hat meinen Aufenthalt somit zu einem ganz tollen Moment werden lassen. Danke an Gabeiela, die mein Abenessen gerettet hat.

Mit dem Bus ist alles sehr einfach & gut erreichbar. Fisch-Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

Parksituation am Hotel für Leihwagen schwierig, jedoch 300 m entfernt ist ein öffentlicher freier Parkplatz.

Very clean and tidy. Comfy beds and a fantastic team looking after you. This place is great. It is small but if you are looking for somewhere to have as a base and then get out and about then this place is perfect. Theres a bus stop just outside which means you can get around really easily. Pablo was fantastic and really helped us so much while we stayed. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed so thank you so much! The only thing it didnt have was an iron but I think they did have a laundry service. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. You can take a short 5 min walk into Cala Major and get to the beach and some lovely resturants (check out Scratch!) or take a longer walk past all the boats in the marina to Palma and take a look around the cathedral and more resturants. I didn't check out the roof bar but we stayed out of season so cant comment on that. And there was hardly any noise from the road once the door was shut. We will definitely be back, thanks again!!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond to make our anniversary very special!!! The hotel was in a lovely location, 5 minutes from the beach and a 15 mins bus ride from central palma. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. the rooftop area was peaceful, clean and enjoyable. we had a lovely time!!

Que el desayuno fuera en un bar cercano (supongo que porque era invierno y habíamos pocos huéspedes). La calidad del desayuno fue muy buena aunque hacía un poco de frío en el bar.

Hotel sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Ein Plus für Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher im Zimmer, sowie im Foyer. Frühstück direkt im Cafe daneben - man kann sich quasi auf der Karte alles raussuchen. Personal im Cafe mittelfreundlich :-)

Das "Pool" ist eher ein Planschbecken für die Füße, aber schöne Aussicht und genügend Platz auf der Terasse

The facilities, coffee/tea corner, friendly and helpful staff and cleanliness of the hotel was just exceptional! Additionally, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which makes it very easy to commute. There are a few nice beaches nearby - the location is really great!

The floor tiles on the rooftop were a little bit wobbly, but honestly, this is just a minor thing!

I love the place and people who work there! They were so helpful and so kind! And the hotel is really well taken care of..its clean and the bed was so comfortable that even after 5h of sleep i felt rested. Also they have a very cute personal touch, they wrote me a cute letter in the room❤️

Nos gusto mucho estuvimos en la suite habitación 01 super bien pero el colchón un poco duro por lo demás todos muy bien gorje es un amor todos no atendieron muy bien el desayuno a la Carta está súper bien nosotros volveremos otra vez lo que si alguien se puede llevar alguna bebida podía tener tapones de eso que se pone en la botella nosotros nos dejamos el champán casi entera y nos la queríamos llevar para terminar de brindar 🥂🥂 pero por todo super bien muy simpático Jorge gracias por todo un saludo Neila

Breakfast was wonderful …just next door at the restaurant …,excellent service ..the staff remembered us each day…Perfect coffee and fresh orange juice and good made to order ..could not fault it. The room was lovely ..everything we needed ..very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, nothing was a trouble to them We loved the roof terrace ..so relaxing and everywhere was spotlessly clean

The minibar fridge in the room Wasn’t cold…I didn’t mention it to staff because we didn’t really use it ..Im sure they would have resolved the issue straight away as they were so helpful.

No resturant and bar facilities! Roof terrace closed unless pressure applied to use the sun-beds! Roof Sun terrace is blocked from sun after 3.30pm daily by much taller and ugly looking apartment buildings positioned to the south west right next door!
