Uno de los grifos goteaba (habría que repararlo). Fué bastante confuso el obtener las llaves y el acceso al parking. Las personas de recepción no pertenecían a "The Laundry Rooms" sino que eran empleados del edificio de apartamentos. Aunque nos dieron las llaves cuando los trámites del registro estuvieron realizados, no pudieron ayudarnos con el checking que era complejo. Tuvimos que realizarlo todo por teléfono y a través de la app, incluso estando físicamente en la recepción.

They don't pay staff to check you in. Instead they have the apartment security do it for free without paying him extra for doing extra work. (The security guard was epic! He was super cool and definitely deserves to be paid for the extra work he's doing)

Tricky to communicate when I needed help. And, the WINDOWS were shockingly FILTHY. Overall, the place was clean, but those Filthy dirty windows were a definite turn-off!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Breakfast was not included. Location is great and quiet. It's near downtown area. Owner /staff are very helpful and accommodating. Will stay there again.
We found it difficult to communicate with the AI parking attendant. We went out to go to church early in the morning and it took us almost 15 minutes to get out. So we didn't go back to the garage. My husband just passed the time outside and waited for us to get our things and carry them and checked out.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026We liked the space that an apartment style hotel gives, the cleanliness and bits of colour included in the decor. The building was very new so the room had little wear and tear.
The couch’s seat depth was too long for a comfortable sit without back pillows. The individual night lights in the bedroom do not allow for private reading if the other person wants to go to sleep in a dimmer lit environment. There could have been more hangers. Only 4 altogether in hall closet and bedroom for 2 people.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Modern clean one bedroom apartment in a high rise condo building. Has all amenities, and stylish decor; second bed is a sofa bed. Great location right on Kitchener-Waterloo LRT line (Central Station closest station). Balcony is good size with sliding glass door. Building seemed fairly quiet while we were there.
Not saying I did not like it, but be prepared after your Booking goes through to receive all communications, forms, and payment links by text. There were lots of texts with good and timely information, just a heads up that is how it works.

No warning of how high the place was, child is terrified of heights, couldn't go near the windows or wear his glasses, was a very traumatic weekend for him. Bought and left spatula for eggs, bc there was none. Frying pan is so warped was difficult to cook, and no toaster.

Location is good, access to apartment is very easy even at night and the support team replies immediately. The apartment is equipped very well. All necessary facilities are in place.

The parking was abit annoying. We had to wait to enter and exit the building even with a verified licence plate. Would be better to give a key or card to enter and exit. The room was very hot, it seemed after turning on the ac there still want enough cooling in the bedroom.

Bowling alley does not function. This is the 2nd year I have booked here at Christmas. As far as I can tell it has NEVER worked. Management needs to address this or stop advertising the bowling. Dec 23/24 night the GO trains stationed beside Laundry Buildings grew so loud lasted from 3 am till 6 am - I thought there literally was a helicopter hovering outside my window. GO trains definitely violated sound levels for residences. This city ordinance Should Not Be VIOLATED or allowed to happen EVER.The next night there was no noise

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025Stayed 3 nights for business in the area. This is a new condo rental with very clean modern unit, and firm comfy beds and very clean sheets and towels. You have full kitchen to use, and condo amenities. I feel safe staying here with easy access into building once you registered using all the links they sent. I got free parking cos of Expedia vip access. This is second time staying already and it’s quiet and safe just like any other residential condos.
