Les chambres n’étaient pas super propre à notre arrivée.

Accueil au top, emplacement idéal , restaurant bar, plages, piscine. Propreté top, disponibilité du personnel .

Les personnes à l’accueil sont adorables, surtout le monsieur qui parle français. Tout au long de notre séjour, il a répondu à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Un grand merci à lui!

Clean, comfortable, great location - excellent bar staff The breakfast until 1pm is a great addition - it’s perfectly fine, decent choices.

Beds are extremely hard Cockerel across the road is blinking noisy from around 4am but not a fault of the hotel.

Las habitaciones bien y las camas todo perfecto pero falto mejorar un poco la limpieza.

Location was perfect near beach, shops, in center of Magaluf. Rooms were also okay.

Food was horrible, I couldn’t find anything for eating. I don‘t know how even sweets can be disgusting. Better not to offer anything, instead of something like this.

Creo que por ser septiembre la piscina cierra temprano, pero que fuera hasta las 6pm fue lo que menos me gustó.

Proveli smo prekrasnih 10 dana u ovom hotelu i zaista možemo reći da smo otišli puni lijepih dojmova! ❤️ Soba je bila odlična, uredna i udobna, a pogled na prekrasan bazen dodatno je uljepšao naš boravak. Čišćenje sobe bilo je svakodnevno . Posebno moramo pohvaliti hranu – ponuda je bila odlična i raznolika, a brunch s neograničenim švedskim stolom pravi užitak. Sve je bilo ukusno, svježe i lijepo pripremljeno. Posluga je bila savršena – osoblje izuzetno ljubazno, uslužno i profesionalno, uvijek spremno pomoći i učiniti naš boravak još ugodnijim,posebno osoblje na recepciji. Sve u svemu, hotel koji ćemo rado preporučiti i kojemu bismo se s veseljem ponovno vratili. Hvala cijelom osoblju na prekrasnih 10 dana i gostoprimstvu! 🥰🌴☀️

Nešvara patalpoje kur duodami pusryčiai, purvinos lėkštės, supelijusios salotos, kapučino kava iš miltelių. Vonia įlipus juda, nuolat stringa liftas.

Blizina plaze,restorana,prodavnica. U toku noci ne cuje se buka sto je dobro za sve one koji zele odmor ili dolaze sa decom. Bazen je odlican u slucaju da je lose vreme i niste raspolozeni za odlazak na plazu. Ima mogucnost da se ostave koferi i da se iskoristi jos jedan dan na plazi ili bazenu ako imate kasni let (hotel nudi migucnost da se istusirate i presvucete iako ste odjavljeni iz sobe). Jos jedna prednost je mogucnost da narucite hranu ili unesete hranu u sobu.

Pojedini zaposleni ne govore dobro engleski i zbog nerazumevanja jezika daju pogresne informacije

Great location, the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, the pool and bar is awesome.

Second time staying at tent calvia beach, definitely stay again lovely clean rooms and swimming pool is excellent, the food is really good with a good selection and open until 1.30 and can use as often as you like. Location is great too.

There really isn't anything I would change al in all excellent stay .

I was really disappointed that people are smoking in the balcony... even talking loud at nights in their balcony.....was bad really coz they woke me up 2 am in the morning AND TV IN THE ROOM..OMG WHY YOU MAKING PPLS LIFE THAT DIFFICULT TO CONNECT THE TV ....WAS SITTING 1 HOUR BUT IT DIDNT WORK STILL ALL U NEED TO DO IS SMART TV ..

Chambre bien agencé, balcon spacieux avec vue sur la piscine. Hôtel situé à 5min de la plage. De nombreux transats disponibles. Brunch jusqu'à 13h30.

Accès à la piscine jusqu'à 18h seulement. Buffet répétitif. Cadre un peu impersonnel (dû à la taille du lieu). Check in et check out sur bornes automatisées.

L hotel è assolutamente pensato per i turisti che arrivano a tutte le ore ed hanno bisogno magari di un posto dove attendere l orario per andare all aeroporto senza girovagare.infatti è presente una lounge con cuscini,divani,tavoli,e addirittura un angolo ristoro con piatti e posate per la consegna e poi uso di cibo delivery.la piscina è grandissima, pulitissima e con varie altezze per adulti e più piccoli ma anche per chi si vuole stendere e prendere il sole .per la sicurezza sono presenti uno/due bagnini per tutto l'orario di apertura e non è cosa che tutte le strutture hanno .la camera è abbastanza grande con due letti singoli uniti ed un grande divano divisi fra loro da una TV con supporto girevole,per cui è visibile sia dal letto che dal divano.anche il bagno ha una giusta dimensione con vasca ,prodotti da doccia fissati alla parete ed l asciugacapelli vero,non quello da palestra.sul terrazzino vista sulla piscina erano presenti due sedie un tavolino ed anche uno stendibiancheria al muro, comodissimo.il punto forte è il buffet dalle 8 alle 13,30 illimitato per cui puoi fare tutti i pasti che necessiti.di fronte alla sala buffet c è un pergolato con tavolini e sedie per godere del tempo libero dopo la piscina o per consumare il cibo.la struttura ha anche una zona lavanderia aperta 24/24 con distributore bevande ,come anche il bar è aperto 24/24.abbiamo usufruito anche del deposito bagagli mentre facevamo colazione, utilissimo se non vuoi portare in giro le valigie in attesa di partire e passare un altra giornata al mare o in piscina.la spiaggia di Magaluf dista circa 10/15minuti a piedi sul corso centrale pieno di negozi,bar,pub,fast food e ristoranti per qualsiasi necessità e gusto. Abbiamo passato veramente una bellissima settimana,rilassante e con tutti i confort.

Se devo trovare un difetto è la struttura armadio aperta a vista senza cassetti ma niente di grave

Pulizia da migliorare sia nelle camere che nelle zone comuni.

La propreté est irréprochable, le buffet est varié et très bon, l’espace piscine est immense et très agréable. Personnel à l’écoute et très gentils.

Nous avons rencontré un petit problème à notre arrivée de nuit : nous avons dû régler une seconde fois la réservation pour pouvoir accéder à notre chambre, alors que celle-ci avait déjà été payée en ligne… Heureusement, la situation a été réglée très facilement dès le lendemain matin avec le responsable, qui a procédé rapidement au remboursement.

Сподобалось що поруч декілька пляжі, територія красива, басейн.

В номері був запах плісняви, особливо у ванній, територія навколо було шумно в ночі, сусіди поруч з обох кімнат шумно поводилися і курили, запах диму і трави вночі, через це я не могла спокійно виспатися вночі, для дітей в басейні не можна користуватися надувними матрасасами і кругами через що моя дитина була розчарована, на територій готелю курили хоча це заборонено але ніхто не робив зауваження. Сніданки були одноманітні, одне теж кожен день, нічого вареного окрім варених яєць 🙄 лише фаст фуд, для вегеиаріанців нічого не було, овачів було мало і декому не вистачало навіть огірків, тому ми витрачали додатково кошти на їжу в інших закладах!

Milhões de quartos, muita gente, nenhuma privacidade e tranquilidade nos lugares de uso comum. A região de Magaluf é péssima.

había humedades en las paredes, el personal de limpieza limpiaba lo justo … no nos pusieron papel higiénico en 4 días que estuvimos allí, la ducha llena de pelos cuando llegamos … el agua del grifo sin presión, la taza del inodoro se movía todo el rato … las zonas comunes muy calurosas y la TV se encendía todas las noches sola !!

L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel polyglotte au petit soin !! Un check-in et check-out rapide et efficace. La piscine, la salle de sport et le buffet à volonté une merveille !! La suite est idéale et spacieuse et l’hôtel est super bien situé (il y’a tout autour pharmacie, médecin, supermarchés, restaurants, boites de nuit…).

La playlist en continu de l’hôtel de 10h00 à minuit 30 c’est insupportable (en journée sur la piscine c’est agréable mais passer 21h00 il faut arrêter…). Malheureusement, l’eau de notre douche était froide et nous avions tenter de joindre la réception 2 jours de suite sans réponses… Et la tuyauterie dégageait une odeur après chaque utilisation. Je pense que des rideaux moins opaque ou volet seraient beaucoup plus agréable pour la nuit (surtout en été avec le soleil qui se lève tôt).

Wir wissen nicht wo wir Anfangen sollen, wir mussten das Zimmer mehrfach wechseln: 1. Zimmer zum Pool: Musik am Pool von 9am-12pm, Laubbläser um 7am 2. Zimmer mit Bergblick: ab 4:30 Uhr fangen täglich die Hähne zu krähen an (auch bei geschlossener Tür) -> Zimmer sind überhaupt nicht schallisoliert, laute Partygäste, eine Kakerlake, Schimmel im Bad, Gestank im Badezimmer, Badezimmertür ging nicht zu 3. Zimmer: war besser, da Laubbläser erst um 8 morgens anfing - uns wurden 100€ aus dem Koffer gestohlen, das Geld haben wir nie aus dem Koffer genommen - in die Jahre gekommen und eher schmutzig -teils unfreundliches Personal - wir wollten stornieren, denn mit durchschnittlich 5 Stunden Schlaf ist es kein Urlaub mehr. Die Buchung war „non refundable“, daher hätten wir das Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Erst meinte das Hotel, dass sie nicht stornieren können, weil Booking.com das Geld hat. Nach einem Anruf bei Booking, welche dies verneinten, konnte das Hotel es nicht stornieren, weil das ein „head quarter“ entscheiden muss. Wir hatten wirklich schöne Tage auf Mallorca, aber das Hotel war wirklich sehr schlecht.

Eu gostei das áreas comuns e da cama.

O chuveiro era péssimo, quando eu colocava na temperatura quente a água perdia a pressão e eu não conseguia tomar banho, precisei tomar banhos gelados por causa disso. Quando cheguei o chão não estava bem limpo e sentia bastante areia no meu pé. A tampa do vaso está solta e fazendo muito barulho e os onde pendura as toalhas está quase caindo.

In più per 3 giorni su 6 in cui abbiamo soggiornato l’acqua calda non ha funzionato e lo staff non si è mostrato disponibile cercando una soluzione, hanno solo ripetuto che non dipendeva da loro e non potevano farci nulla

Il nostro soggiorno purtroppo non è iniziato nel migliore dei modi. Siamo arrivati in hotel alle 23:30, ma ci siamo ritrovati senza stanza. La motivazione fornita è stata che gli ospiti precedenti avevano danneggiato tutto, eppure il loro check-out era fissato per le 12 e nessuno ci aveva avvertito in anticipo. In più, non abbiamo ricevuto alcun aiuto nel cercare una sistemazione e più che altro una soluzione a tutto ciò.

The reception team is great. Young beautiful lady (I'd like to marry her in my next life) and cool fella Gabi did their best. Breakfast was more than enough)) Clean big pool. Our room was clean and quiet, I slept like a baby. A/C was working perfect.

De uma forma geral todas as comodidades do Hotel eram excelentes: o quarto, os espaços comuns, a piscina e o ginásio. O pequeno-almoço também era bastante bom, com bastante variedade. Óptima localização.

Alguns produtos do pequeno-almoço poderiam ter melhor qualidade (sumos, doces, queijos, etc). Faltava também alguma variedade de frutas e queijos.

the service in tent mojito suites is nice but it has nothing to do with this hotel

they overbooked from the website. when i arrived, they asked me to stay in another hotel (tent mojito suites) which is cheaper than the price I booked here and also further from the main streets. This is not acceptable for me.

De locatie was net aan voldoende

De kamer was niet zoals geadverteerd, andere foto’s. Daarnaast zijn de kamers erg luidruchtig en hoor je alles van de buren en de gang. Hierdoor is je nachtrust flink verstoord. Maar het ergste was het ontbijt, waarbij alleen de meloenen een voldoende hebben gekregen, de rest was plastic en de koffie was niet te hachelen.

L’endroit était sympa propres et nous avons tous à proximité. Dommage que la piscine ferme à 18h et qui manque d’animation le soir. Sinon vraiment tous été parfais ainsi que le petit déjeuner très copieux. Merci encore ☺️ Le personne étaient très sympa.

Hotel je smješten u Magalufu, blizu plaže i restorana, ali dovoljno udaljen od buke i partijanja. Ispred hotela je u cijeloj ulici besplatan parking. Doručak traje do 13:30h i dostupan je veliki izbor hrane. Naš apartman je imao balkon i pogled na bazen koji je bio izuzetan. Svaki dan su nam promijenjeni ručnici i složen krevet od strane osoblja.

Krevet nije bio udoban, madraci se razdvajaju, a jastuci su jako mekani i tanki. S obzirom da se nismo dobro naspavali, ovo je jedina zamjerka.

Nous étions trois personnes mais le 3ème lit n'était pas fait (le linge de toilette n'était prévu que pour deux)
