Little off the beaten path. Location was quiet and wasnt too sure about the safety

Front desk staff made me feel welcome and safe (as a single woman traveller). The area is a bit sketchy but up and coming. View from the room into an empty plot with debris and strong smell of Marijuana from neighboring rooms (no fault of the hotel). The 35 cad for overnight parking is steep.

IT was expensive but did not provide daily cleaning.

It was so clean and well equipped. It was so safe at entry to the lobby and our room. Location suites us although a distance from the town would put some off, but only a 25min walk. Near nice bars and restaurants.

Nothing......I even enjoyed the balcony over the lorry park.

L'établissement est récent, bien entretenu et propre. Les installations et les équipements généraux sont de qualité. Toute la communication est très fluide et peut se faire via WhatsApp. Le quartier est animé ... Mais (il faut le savoir) l'hôtel est à 30/40min en Tramway du centre ville.

La première nuit, nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises par le train, puis vers 7h45 par des bruits de travaux. Le deuxième matin, réveil à 8h par des voisins qui parlaient dans le couloir. Le pommeau de douche est fixé très haut sur le mur (sans flexible réglable/amovible), ce qui rend la douche des jeunes enfants particulièrement compliquée. Le matelas du canapé-lit n'est vraiment pas fait pour 2 personnes, même 2 jeunes enfants; il s'affaisse et forme un creux important au milieu. L'emplacement est moyen, ce qui rend le rapport qualité/prix vraiment pas intéressant. La vue quelconque depuis la chambre qu'on a eu (voir photo)

The studio was modern and had all necessary amenities. Location was good too, nice are with restaurants and bars.

There was an issue with the air-conditioning but the staff helped us out.

Property is well equipped and had everything we needed. Spacious accommodation which was very clean with nice views. Nearby places to eat and public transport handy. We would use this property again if visiting Toronto.

Tops: The staff were warm and friendly and so accompdating. The room was impeccably clean, bright, great size for studio and lovely layout and view from balcony. The admin checked in on me (via texts) to make sure all was good. Love the no key system. The bed was super comfy! They made my stay so pleasant in Toronto. I will be back.

The kitchen was well equipped, the washroom too. Everything was clean and the balcony view was nice. The staff is very friendly and resourceful as well

The entrance was out of the way so I had a hard time finding it. The Roku TV wasn't connected to the Internet at first so I was stuck and cannot continue past the section I was setting my checkout date

Superbe appartement, grand et propre, très bien équipé. 2 salles de bains et 3 chambres fermées avec lits très confortables…on n’a rien à redire. Sans oublier que le service et l’accueil a été fait avec tellement d’amabilité!!

Location wasn't very central to downtown but was a quick Uber away. Would have loved to have had free cable TV available to watch the World Cup but only had the option to use our own accounts

Amazing apartment with an amazing view, clean, comfortable, with lots of amenities, suitable for daily living, or for a short stay, where you can cook your own meals, very close to tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, public transport and the airport. Very kind and polite personal, communicative as well, very easy to register online and get access codes for check in. Maybe one of the best properties in the area.

The room was lovely and had a European feel to it. Even though I only stayed for one night and didn't make use of all of the amenities. It would be a great place to stay for a few days because it had a complete kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having a balcony. It provided a nice view. Loved the positioning of the bed right in front of those patio doors. It was lovely drifting off to sleep with the skyscape in full view.

Super emplacement! Vue exceptionnelle sur Toronto. Terrasse incroyable. Confortable. Idéal pour deux couples et/ou les familles!

Seul bémol aura été l'odeur omniprésente lors de notre première nuit et le lendemain en lien avec les clients nous ayant précédés. Ces derniers ont probablement cuisiné sans ventilation. Il s'agissait d'une très forte odeur d'épices imprégnée dans les draps, les serviettes et les tissus de l'appartement (sofa, coussins, tapis, etc.). Nous avons dû faire ventiler l'appartement toute la nuit et le jour suivant pour faire réduire l'odeur. Ultimement, au bout de 2 jours, l'odeur s'est dissipée bien que toujours présente. Le personnel de la réception a été avisé, mais peu de solutions nous ont été offertes autrement que de faire ventiler en ouvrant les fenêtres et le fan de la cuisinière.

Modern and functional. The washer and dryer were really handy and it was in a great location near the west village. Easy to get to street cars.

Not close to subway and the bed was small and a little uncomfortable. Not lots of space to have 2 bags.

The noise ….. each bedroom had ear plugs… this was not made clear when I booked… very noisy bathroom extractor fan… if I had known I would not have booked the place…. Never again… guests should be told all the facts…

Horrible experience finding the parking lot and moving around the premises due to the ridiculous system they have. Carless and full dependence in electronic means is just stupid, confusing, not practical, a waste of time and energy.

The location is perfect, especially if it’s your first time in Toronto, as it’s close to bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets if you don’t want to eat out every day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and very friendly.

We like a firm bed but honestly our bed was rock hard - not good. Apartment was also close to the rail line with some noise - but not too bad.

Good communication beforehand with the property ensured we were up to date with access arrangements on our arrival. We also received a warm welcome from reception staff who provided useful advice about our apartment and local facilities. The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and en-suite facilities easy to use. A very comfortable staff and all staff friendly and helpful throughout.

We’ve stayed at a Sonder before in nyc and loved it so we decided to stay at one in Toronto & it didn’t disappoint. The only reason I took a star off was cause the mattress was soo stiff after 2 nights our back was hurting. But the viewssss omgggg the balcony was everything but it’s was pretty far from the downtown area. Expedia stated Roger center was a 5 min drive but it was actually 15min and on bus 30min depending traffic. But overall we felt safe and cozy. We were walking distance from 2 supermarkets and bunch of bars restaurants and a Tim Hurton’s. Check in was superrr easyyy the gave a code and worked every time.
