Rooms are spacious, all you need is there, staff is extremely nice and helpfull, location is perfect (downtown but not busiest street), close to restaurants and shops, sounds from the street are okay, super easy check in and check out, also the information you get before and during your stay. Just really perfect for a city visit!

Bath tub is a bit slippery. Maybe a anti slip mat would help.

The general level of maintenance of the place. It's an old property that has been rebranded and refreshed as an upscale boutique hotel. The location was super noisy especially at the weekend, it's right on a main road and you have people shouting and screaming and partying until late at night. There is no daily housekeeping and it's self service for towels and other bits, cleaning is at an extra fee. The fitness room is quite bare and the bench was faulty and unstable when I first tried to use it. We stayed here twice and the second time there was no hot water in the room, which had to be fixed. The design is also quite impractical, the bathroom is separated by a glass wall so little privacy, nightstands have deep curved edged and have very large lamps on them so they don't have much space to place things on top of them, one side of the bed has no electric sockets, general finish of the place is quite shoddy, pealed plaster, smudged silicone sealant in corners. It felt more like a budget hotel with slightly nicer furniture, but not 4 star like indicated on booking.

Dry helpful staff. Comfortable bed and all very clean.

First off, the staff...we got a great welcome, they were extremely friendly. Our room was ready ahead of check in which was fantastic after a long journey to get there. The location was excellent....right in the heart of the entertainment district.

Nester Finn made our trip easy from start to finish. Easy check in and lovely room. Plenty of space and had everything you may need in it and an extra communal Cupboard if you needed extra tea / coffee / towels etc. any question we had we could text the front desk and they came back promptly. Short walking distance to everything in Toronto.

The beds were very comfortable, there was a large soaker tub which was great after a long day of walking, the staff were very kind and sent a text during my stay with a check in and asking if there was anything they could offer to make my stay more comfortable, and the wifi connection was great - I had no problems with speed or the connection dropping. Its also centrally located and there were excellent food options, usually within a 4 minute walk, in all directions of the hotel.

The only things that I could ask for are a grab bar to help get in and out of the tub and a full length shower curtain as it did not completely surround the tub.

Mi sono fermata solo per una notte in questo hotel e mi sono trovata benissimo. La camera era molto pulita, accogliente e confortevole. L'organizzazione del check-in è stata impeccabile: ho comunicato il mio orario di arrivo e mi hanno inviato comodamente via WhatsApp il codice d'entrata e il numero della stanza. Ottima la posizione, con la fermata della metro a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Nota di merito anche per la presenza del deposito bagagli, utilissimo per girare la città senza pesi. Consigliato!

Il bagno bello ma veramente poco funzionale: la porta di vetro pesante e che non sta aperta, l’accesso alla vasca ( dove c’è la doccia) senza maniglia x tenersi ( il bordo è alto) e il pavimento della vasca scivoloso. Il cassetto dell’armadio non si apre perché batte sulla porta. Se stai 2 gg niente pulizie. L’ingresso è di fianco a 3 bidoni della spazzatura e il nome coperto da un sacchetto nero!

Very responsive staff. Very close to restaurants and entertainment venues. They had lockers for your luggage before checkin and after checkout so we were able to leave our luggage and explore the city.

It’s on a fairly busy street throughout the day and evening, so it was very noisy.

Location was great, staff was very friendly and the check in process was very convenient.

The bathroom was not cleaned. Hair in the shower, already water damage on what looks to be a new place. The shower leaked on to the floor which is a design flaw. The bathtub is beautiful but is incredibly difficult to get out of for the shower.

Lage ist super, Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, Zimmer war geräumig und angenehm gestaltet. Check-In war sehr unkompliziert, die Sanitäranlagen waren sauber und gepflegt. Alles relativ OK verarbeitet.

Die AC in meinem Zimmer war unbeschreiblich laut und hat gepfiffen. Außerdem lag das Zimmer im zweiten Stock. Die Fenster zur Straße sind zwar groß, aber überhaupt nicht gut verarbeitet. Man hört alles, zumal es eine stark befahrene Strasse ist. Habe kein Auge zubekommen, nicht schlafen können.

The workers were wonderful… Very helpful. The location was quite good.

The bathtub is very very tall… It was very difficult to get in and out of and I am fairly tall… Plus, it was very, very slippery and felt dangerous. A rubber mat to put down would be helpful. It is also very loud in this area. I was woken several times during the night by sirens and honking horns. They do offer earplugs which I don’t wear, and they also offered a noise machine for people who like that sort of thing

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were friendly. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions provided in advance.

The shower was spacious, but unfortunately it fell short in several areas. The water pressure was weak, the temperature fluctuated significantly throughout the shower, and there was visible mold on one of the shower walls. Additionally, the door to the toilet was unusually heavy and awkward to open and close, making it inconvenient to use.

Location is 10 min walk to Rogers stadium

Tiny room, no washing and dryer machines in the property . additionally, missing our request to provide scheduled house keeping for the room.

Excellent location to restaurants very central to everything downtown. Bed was really comfy. They upgraded us to the penthouse which was nice.

The mats in the rooms needed cleaning and the carpets in the foyer also quite stained. Which to me is a put off. Would have liked a TV upstairs in the bedroom.

El hotel es cómodo y funcional, no tiene instalaciones para desayunar o algún salón, pero está correcto. El personal muy amable, también tienen taquillas donde puedes dejar las maletas.

Se oía bastante el ruido de la calle para ser bastante nuevo no tiene buen aislamiento en las ventanas.

A stylish and very comfortable choice for a city break. Although the room is compact, the panoramic windows create a wonderful sense of being immersed in the urban landscape. The location is excellent, close to the very heart of the city, while the room itself was spotless and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommended for a short stay in Toronto.

Good experience. It was accessible and easy to reach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the temperature was easy to adjust. Also, the room includes some useful items such as: towels, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. The place is close to good bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. I totally recommend it for short stays in Toronto.

Just a recommendation about the bathroom. The door was heavy, which could be a problem for people with disabilities.

There was a smoke smell throughout my entire stay. As if someone was smoking. I wish could give more point but the small was pretty awful

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, um Einiges zu Fuss erreichen zu können. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und sauber und viel schöner als das Hotel von aussen vermuten lässt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Zugang zum Hotel mi einem Türcode gibt einem für Nachts ein noch sichereres Gefühl. Das Angebot in der Hotel-App passte uns gut.

Im Zimmer gab es ein, zwei Mängel, die reparaturbedürftig waren. Aber nichts schlimmes, was uns eingeschränkt hätte.

The location is probably the only highlight.

Before arriving, I was getting plenty of unnecessary emails. Getting into room feels like being criminal as one needs to go through a tedious process of ID and face verification. The room is extremely noisy from outside trafic. Doors into the bathroom are really heavy and hard to open. There were black hairs on a bathtub wall from previous customer. The wifi password contains symbols I barely know where to find on the keyboard, making it annoying to type. Lastly, they have ignored (or missed) my message request for days. I would discourage anyone from booking this hotel, it is not worth the price.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen in Downtown Toronto. Der Zugang beim Eingang und zum Zimmer erfolgt mit einem Code. Es hat auch ein Gym, das ebenfalls mit dem Code betreten werden kann. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und modern und das Bett sehr bequem. Es hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Teekocher, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, einen Schrank, ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, viele Spiegel, ein grosses Waschbecken etc. Es ist ein bisschen laut, man hört sowohl die Strasse als auch andere Gäste auf dem Gang. Aber in einer Grossstadt habe ich damit gerechnet und trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen. Es stehen auch Ohropax und eine White Noise Soundmaschine zur Verfügung. Am Abreisetag kann man sein Gepäck in der Lobby in einem kostenlosen Schliessfach aufbewahren.

Das Badezimmer hat schon ein bisschen abgewohnt gewirkt, es gab einige unschöne Stellen bei den Platten oder unter dem Waschbecken. Die Funktionalität war aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Auch war der Duschvorhang war zu kurz.

Great location Very luxurious room for the price The check in and e-entry stuff all worked perfectly A problem with our room was sorted out very quickly and efficiently by excellent on site staff and the help line. We liked the " low touch" model and would stay with Sonder again.

Bathrooms are a bit too "design over function" but that's a taste issue.

Room was nice and clean and bed was comfy. Great location. There were lots of great restaurants within walking distance and near train station.

Beautiful bathroom but not very practical. Nowhere to hang towels and no room by the sink for makeup bag or toiletries. The tub was very deep…hard to get in and out of without slipping.

Tamanho do quarto é enorme, banheiro também, tinha ate banheira, o que acho que seria dispensavel, cama grande e confortavel, localização excelente (é o melhor). Não dá para avaliar o pessoal pois ele e tipo Airbnb, ou seja, entrada com senha e sem interferência de qualquer pessoa.

Informação antecipada de que existia estacionamento mas na verdade eles são públicos e pagos (aproximadamente CAD 30,00 por dia). Para pessoas nao antenadas a fazer tudo on-line nao recomendo pois todo acesso é via senhas e enviadas ao e-mail ou celular.

The hotel canceled my booking money the morning that I'm supposed to check in. Citing overbooked. Which is ridiculous.

No staff so hard to get extras. Needed app to communicate and it took quite a while to respond.

The location is perfect! The rooms were clean and cozy.

The bathroom was the only concerning thing. The bathtub in the room I stayed is a fall risk. It has no traction nor any rails for someone to hold themselves to get in or out of the bathtub. Each time I took a bath/shower, I held on to dear life trying not to fall/trip getting out of the bathtub.

Consistent messages via booking dot com, the Sonder app and email. I have literally been plagued with messages for weeks in the run up to the stay and then after. The messages are confusing. I would suggest you stop this as it actually took away from the stay.

Very comfortable and clean room. Location is good, although the city is big and so there is no one central location to see it all. We really appreciated the free luggage storage on site since our flight home wasn't until 5pm. We loved the taco & sushi bar right next to Sonder (The Haam). It was excellent.

No service. We were informed that there was daily 'refresh' service to change towels and empty garbage ... oh, except at this location. When we finally reached someone by 'chat' we were informed that daily service, while available, was not available at this location. Also it had to be requested. I requested it and they said that the app had to be downloaded and requested on that. Why for one night do we add another app? When I asked for a number to speak with someone to make arrangements I was informed that there was only a general number to call Site service was virtually non-existent. If we wanted this experience we would book an Airbnb....this is a hotel after all.
