Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Amazing property location close to restaurants. Large well decorated rooms with two bathrooms and tons of storage. Kitchen and bedrooms were clean and comfortable.
The master bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower and the walls and doors were in need of washing.

This property is located in a condo building. The buidling address and entry to the parking garage are not well marked. The check-in process was arduous and frustrating. If a traveller is not prepared for a fully electronic experience, or doesn't have the time to complete the check-in before arrival, or doesn't enjoy having to download apps in order to get into your unit, then this is not the experience for you. After downlaoding the app that provides an access code, it was unable to provide a code. Fortunately the staff member on duty when I arrived was helpful and brought me a fob to use. My phone battery was very low which only added to the frustration in downloading an app and communicating with the host's representative before the battery was gone. Had I lost use of my phone, access would have been impossible. At the end of a long day's journey, this was far from a relaxing experience. The staff member who assisted in check-in was very pleasant and helpful.

Very expensive for the location, quite hard to find the room as the elevator system is really odd and there were any staff members to ask for help. For this price I would have appreciated a concierge. Hotel prices without the experience.

Getting access requires you to download an app which was annoying on international data charges, and meant my daughter couldn’t come and go independently as she didn’t have data roaming enabled. It also didn’t work first time every time. It felt like a ghost town, we didn’t see any staff and barely anyone else around so not sure I’d have felt safe staying there alone.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Location by the gasworks was excellent. Easy access to great restaurants and viewings of the World Cup games on the big screen were a great addition during our stay. Beds also super comfortable and the staff were very attentive when messaged via text or WhatsApp. Kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of towels provided for the stay. Washer and dryer on site was also super handy!
The couches are a bit small if you’re staying for an extended period and there are more than 2 people. While the apartment itself was really clean, the balconies were pretty filthy so it wasn’t overly appealing to spend time in that space which is unfortunate because the views over the city are great. The shower/bath wasn’t draining in one of the bathrooms and didn’t have maintenance on sight to address the issue immediately. We ended up having to sort it ourselves. Parking is also really expensive, especially if you’re renting for longer than a couple of days ($35 per day).

there was confusion about how the key worked as we got in the building no problem but the door was a bit finicky. Fortunately someone answered the phone at 3:30 AM to tell us we had to touch the phone to the lock for it to open. We were grateful to get in, but felt bad for whoever had to answer the phone at 3:30 in the morning.

Reviewed May 17, 2026This was our third stay here. New building. Apartment is clean and spacious. With great light and views. Located in the Gaslight district within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. A big grocery store not too far away. You have a fully equipped kitchen. Staff are extremely responsive if you need anything. There were a few extra kitchen items we wanted and they were brought in by the housekeeping staff - you just need to ask. Comfortable bed and pillows.
This is not so bad and also good. You download the key on an app on your phone. This is very easy. This time we easily got into the garage and the building with this key. However, we couldn't get it to work on the apartment door. Thankfully, a wonderful staff person (you text them) rushed down within seconds with a fob which allowed us to access that door for our stay. We have another stay planned and they said just let them know and they can bring us a fob.

The shower also did not work properly, the faucet continued to run while the shower head was also running which caused the tub to fill to your ankles with water. This also was insanely loud and not overly comfortable to take a nice shower in. I have used the laundry rooms before and never had an issue, however this room was disappointing.

Consistently being harassed that my Shih Tzu was barking… he’s a small dog in a dog friendly hotel. Our room was right beside the elevator. Obviously he’s going to bark when he consistently hears people by the door while they wait for the elevator or are exiting the elevator. We were attending my daughter’s wedding and our stay was nothing but stressful to say the least including all our guests that booked the evening before and the evening of.

Responsive staff - brought us hangers, cork screw, and dish towels. Loved the toiletries in the bathroom. Loved the view from the balcony. Great sunrises. Amazing amenities (including a bbq and outdoor terrace) on the 6th floor.
I was anxious with only receiving entry info on the day of checking in. However, once received it was very detailed. Needed some (any) hangers (which George brought us) and hot mitts to take things out of the oven (George brought us extra dish towels to do this). Would have loved to have some chairs on the balcony. Also, maybe have some directions for the tv en suite.

I am not sure I totally enjoyed the lack to front desk service and that check in was online but that being said I had a concern about dogs on the premises and it was very quickly resolved.
