The windows did not open, The hotel overcharged me on departure. No breakfast available, and dinner at the hotel expensive and below average. Shame. Disappointing stay despite the good location.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The Staff were very polite and very friendly , very clean hotel which is hard to get nowadays. The rooftop bar is EXCEPTIONAL never had a hotel like that . We had terrible experiences before with MTL Hotels and now our faith has been restored. We will only book here every time we come.
We needed more rooms so our friends can join us but they were sold out , not bad tho . Great place

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Nice hotel and incredible location, close to good restaurants and the metro station, I really recommend staying in this hotel. The room is great; there was no noise to disturb at all, but it is true that the rooftop is really crowded as mentioned in other comments.
Cleaning was a bit late; for a few days, we had to leave the room after walking all day so it could be cleaned. Also, there is free coffee in the room, but only for 2 people, and not always restocked.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Location is perfect; right across the street from the metro (orange line). Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Security is always watching the entrance. Underground parking is great and there were lots of parking spots available. Lots of places to eat around.
Wifi didn't work, even after signing in. Not a big deal as we were out most of the time. Housekeeping only came some of the time, so not sure if that is something you need to specifically request for every day. I also miss the days when hotels had included breakfast; the breakfast here is from the restaurant on-site, at an extra charge of course.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The Marriott brand is well known worldwide and overall we had high expectations for our stay. Unfortunately, our room was located on the 9th floor directly beneath the rooftop bar. The loud music continued late into the night, making it difficult to relax. During check-in, I mentioned to the staff that my mother and I had just arrived after a long journey and were very tired. I wish this had been taken into consideration when assigning our room. A quieter room away from the rooftop bar would have made a significant difference to our experience. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests, especially those looking for a peaceful and restful stay.

Le check-in devait être à 16h00. Je n’ai pas eu de chambre avant 16h45. J’ai réservé et payé pour une chambre avec deux lits queen, j’ai eu deux lits double. L’insonorisation était horrible. Je ne sais pas quel événement de musique se déroulait, mais j’ai été tenue réveillée par la “boom boom” de 20h à minuit alors que je devais le lever à 4h30 pour aller courir un marathon. Extrêmement frustrant et désagréable.

I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t have free parking, I didn’t like that the staff treat guests that booked their stay through a third party App (booking.com) are not treated as good as the guest booked their room through the hotel website. The front desk employee asked me if I was part of their loyalty program during check in which I replied No and the conversation stopped there. He didn’t ask me if I wanted to join the program and are the perks of being a part of the program.

Il manque des prises pour brancher des équipements européen. Il ne faut surtout pas oublier un adapteur.
