De ruime kamers. Aparte slaap- en woonkamer. Leuke buurt aan het water vlakbij de havens en restaurants. Vlakbij het vliegveld.

De ingewikkelde, digitale incheck procedure. Geen front desk. Niemand aanwezig. Naar binnen via een code. Geen voorzieningen. Relatief duur. Het is niet echt een hotel.

It was a perfect location, clean, great facility and easy to get in and out. The staff were easy to contact.

Pire expérience hôtelière que j'ai connue (malgré mes nombreuses réservations depuis de nombreuses années), totalement à déconseiller. L'ensemble de l'établissement est totalement chaotique, les 2 seuls points pas trop négatifs sont l'emplacement en bord de canal et le salon avec un équipement assez confortable. Le reste (c'est à dire finalement l'ensemble de l'établissement) est détaillé dans la partie suivante.

Pour le reste (accrédité par les nombreux avis stupéfiants d'autres contributeurs) : * Catastrophique pour l'accueil client inexistant : nous avons dû nous battre pendant 1h30 pour enfin réussir à entrer dans la chambre, nous étions à 2 doigts de devoir dormir dans la voiture par dépit ! * Aucun mail par anticipation reçu pour effectuer en avance le check-in obligatoire, car l'accueil client n'existe pas : il s'agit d'un concept totalement inefficace d'hôtellerie gérée uniquement à distance et avec tous les dysfonctionnements qui vont avec ! * Bruit permanent de ventilation au plafond de la chambre qui empêche de dormir * Instructions d'emplacement de chambre confuses (même numéro de chambre dans plusieurs bâtiments, d'où risque de confusion) * Chambre principale sans fenêtre : à déconseiller aux claustrophobes * Apparemment des coupures d'eau chaude récurrentes * Manquent certains équipements de cuisine Nous avons été au moins 2 arrivants simultanés en galère totale pour arriver juste à avoir un code d'accès à la chambre : nous-mêmes chambre 107A, ainsi que le couple de Madame et Monsieur Stephen CHENTOW (chambre 109A). eux aussi posant une réclamation avec demande de remboursement, compte tenu des conditions catastrophiques d'accueil, notamment monsieur CHENTOW étant en situation de handicap.

We stayed here in July and had to come back in August, the location is so very beautiful, lovely vibe walking on the waterfront. I'd highly recommend staying here as it has a parkade, short distance to Fisherman's Wharf, several piers to gaze at the ocean, access to all things you'd need to enjoy your stay.

That there was no lobby which we are use to but it didn't deter anything.

The air system is SO NOISY and you can’t turn it off completely. A real problem the property should address. That said, if you like sleeping with white noise, you’ll be happy.

Zee mooi en proper logement, heel goed gelegen, vlot bereikbaar en vlakbij commercieel centrum. Een aanrader op voorwaarde dat het probleem van de ventilatie wordt opgelost !

De ventilatie maakt ontzettend veel lawaai en doet heel veel teniet van alle andere positieve elementen. Als je 's nachts niet kan slapen van lawaai, heeft dat grote impact op welbevinden van het logement. Een héél groot aandachtspunt. Ik zou zelf niet meer reserveren ondanks de zeer mooie en goede (!) kamers.

Appartamento molto ben rifinito, dotato di tutti i confort. Nuovissimo, direttamente sul molo di Richmond.

Views were great, quiet atmosphere made it relaxing, lots to see and do within walking distance.

I have stayed here twice before, because of the location and the kitchens in each unit. The 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom I stayed in back in November was lovely. I've stayed in 106 back in March. And this time around, I was in 101. There's easy parking either in the garage or on the street. They allow pets. The rooms are pretty spacious, the airconditioner works really well.

Some things could be better maintained. The bathtub in suite 101 had a lot of dents in it, the door frame needed some painting done (somebody came by without a heads' up and asked if he could paint it. I said no, because I was not notified, and I didn't want to deal with the smell of paint). There is nobody on site in case you need anything. I have stayed here twice before so I know the drill, but many others might be confused. I received check-in instructions a few hours before I was due to check in, which might not be convenien for those traveling from abroad without wifi or cell service. The other thing is that the layout of some of the suites is weird. You open the door and the bed is right there.

A small dog was barking early in the morning. I wish it was more soundproof.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und super ruhig und die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet.

Im Bad gab es praktisch keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen außer einer einzigen Stange. Auch die Badewanne mit Duschvorhang fanden wir jetzt nicht so toll, da hatten wir schon in günstigeren Hotels richtig tolle Duschen mit Glasschiebetür!

Really comfortable, quiet and attractive location near the river.

The digital key was a slightly weird concept but turned out to be convenient, even if the welcome of a human was missed.

The location is remarkable, absolutely lovely. Its not close to Vancouver (a 45 minute drive and up to 1.5 hours on public transit) but instead its like a little beach town, very walkable. The room would have been fine except with the pull out couch pulled out it was tiny and difficult to use.

This is not a hotel! This needs to be clear in the description on Booking BEFORE you book. The whole thing is automated, there are no people at all, and the communication is weird. If your phone battery dies you will never get into your room. Everyone had a problems! We had the right code, but the wrong room number, at 2AM it took us almost an hour to figure out how to get in the room.

Worst check in ever. Took us a long time to receive the code to enter the building. No instructions on where the entrance is so we had to walk with our luggage a lot. Nothing really going on around there during the night.

Sehr moderne und wirklich saubere Wohnung. Die Betten sind groß und bequem, das Bad hat zwei Waschbecken und eine gute Dusche. Steveston selbst ist ein schöner Ort direkt am Wasser und ein angenehmer Kontrast zu Vancouver — als Abschluss einer Reise sehr zu empfehlen. Obwohl das Hotel normalerweise ohne Personal vor Ort arbeitet, war beim Check-in eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin da, die uns bereits vor dem Gebäude in Empfang genommen und alles erledigt hat.

In der Wohnung, also auch in den beiden Schlafzimmern, läuft eine Lüftungsanlage, die sich nicht abschalten lässt und ein deutlich hörbares Laufgeräusch erzeugt, das an ein defektes Lüfterlager erinnert. Nachts habe ich mit meinem Handy 40,2 dB(A) im Mittel gemessen — als Dauergeräusch ohne Abschaltmöglichkeit ist das für einen Schlafraum viel. Ich bin geräuschempfindlich und konnte nur mit Gehörschutz schlafen. Bemerkenswert ist, dass das Klimagerät im Zimmer ist im Vergleich dazu sehr leise ist. Der Check-in-Ablauf war im Vorfeld recht komplex zu durchschauen. Ohne die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort wäre das vermutlich umständlich geworden. Für längere Aufenthalte würde ein Geschirrspüler fehlen. Für zwei Nächte war das aber kein Problem und ansonsten ist die Kitchenette sehr gut ausgestattet.

No full time desk staff. They ask for online registration, and it's a nuisance. Requiring a six digit code to get into the building and the room is also annoying.

Beautiful neighborhood. Room was very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We arrived early and once we were able to locate staff, they allowed my father to rest in the room while they finished getting it ready for us to check in.

Not a huge fan of the portal, but if requiring advance on line check in, then this should automatically prompt an email notification with the access code and the final email with further directions should come at least a day prior. Mine was sent 20 min before check in.

Ideal location for the Tswassen Ferry to Vancouver Island. Restaurants and shops nearby and very walkable. Quiet and peaceful area. Own entrance/exit. Would stay again despite cost if going to the Island.

Expensive. No need to pay for parking as could park on street without the cost. Air conditioning/ventilation was noisy the whole night long and could not turn off.

Modern, well equipped rooms with everything you need. The area is just great and perfect for a relaxed stroll. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Well, this is not for you if you’re sound sensitive. You can’t open the windows, so all rooms are air conditioned and therefore fairly noisy. Once you turn the aircons off, you’ll still enjoy the sound of a ventilation system, that can’t be turned off and will annoy you all night. Pillows were way too soft, but that’s a personal preference. The car park is probably just for smaller cars and overpriced. There’s usually parking on the street nearby.

We stayed two nights (booked separately) and were able to stay in the same unit for both nights.

See my previous review. I got the dates mixed in my reviews. The very expensive night was for the Wednesday 7/7/26, reasonable rates for the second night on the Thursday. 8/7/26 as FIFA cup was over.

A very clean, ground floor unit and very easily accessible from the carpark. The staff were very accommodating and we were able to have an early check-in.

Due to anticipated FIFA cup visitors, the one night cost us almost three times the price as we booked early. The price dropped dramatically, when it became obvious that the FIFA CUP tourist numbers were dramatically lower than anticipated.

Le logement est neuf, spacieux, très bien équipé. Le bâtiment est situé près de la rivière avec une promenade aménagée jusqu'aux restaurant du petit port de pêche. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le lave linge et sèche linge qui nous ont permis de rentrer avec des vêtements propres. L'hôtel est situé à 15 km de l'aéroport ce qui fait une nuit très agréable avant de repartir à un prix plus que raisonnable par rapport aux tarifs de Vancouver.

Le seul bémol est le bruit de la ventilation qui est gênant pour dormir. A revoir. Aucun contact avec du personnel ce qui pourrait être gênant mais très bonne réactivité par mail. Le prix du parking à rajouter.

We felt like the price was elevated due to the FIFA to an unaffordable cost. We were in town for a specialist surgery appointment and may have stay longer and made a holiday out of it if it wasn’t for the price.

Great property bad management

Not a clean room at all with spider and whereas we asked for early check in with new born baby and three children we were let to wait till the end for fixing the room for us but still nothing was fixed

Information obtenue après appel et contact avec heureusement une personne présente jusque à 20h00 le premier soir. Les climatisations en hauteur sont éclairées en permanence et très lumineuses: on dort moins bien la nuit…

Die Lüftung ist ziemlich laut. Wenn wir ein Zimmer für 3 buchen, wäre es toll, wenn das Sofabett bereits aufgeklappt und bereit wäre

Comfortable and clean beds. Overall cleanliness was good.

I thought I booked a place overlooking the Fraser River and got a noisy ground level unit facing the residential street. All the pluming in the ceiling made noise all night like a waterfall. For the amount of money I spent, I expected a lot more. We were not facing the river. That was the whole reason booked this hotel. I have many choices and travel to Richmond a lot. This is my first time at this location and probably my last unless you care enough to make it up to me.

Nice facilities.

We prefer standard hotel check-in with staff. The contactless check-in was ok but could be confusing and needing to add on parking last minute was a little stressful, but thankfully staff was responsive. The biggest downside was the cost and only one bathroom for 6 people. We like the typical breakfast that is included with stays at other hotels so that was a downside to this hotel as well. Also the air conditioners were quite noisy - when running there was constant trickling of water down a pipe sound. Lastly, there was a used coffee pod included with the complimentary coffee.

Lage in Stevenston sehr gut (ist aber nicht schwierig - ist ein kleiner Ort). Super Ausstattung mit Küche und Waschmaschine/Trockner. Rest nicht überladen. Passt super.

Clean suite, amazing location and overall great experience.

A very tiny detail - We had a change in plans and wanted to extend the stay by a night. However for some reason we weren’t able to extend the stay on the same booking, so I booked another suite for the extra night. I messaged the place a couple of times asking for support with a place to store our luggages if we need to move out of the original suite, but only get vague response that they’ve put a notes for cleaning staff. So I still wasn’t sure if we’ll secure a spot for our luggage even when we have checked in. The issue was resolved quickly though, after I gave customer support a call on the day of, so all was well! Shout out to JM. Lesson learned - if we stayed here and needed support next time, we’d pick up the phone and give them a call :) or better yet, call them to extend the stay if the app doesn’t give an available option.

We loved the location on the Steveston waterfront…close to shops, restaurants, walks. We liked having a kitchen, wifi was good, bed comfortable.

Some minor housekeeping issues but management responded promptly.

Convenient, great location close to the waterfront, underground parking, nice kitchen with kettle, cooker and fridge/freezer, TV in lounge and bedroom, good shower facilities, washer and dryer, comfortable bed, private outside seating area.

Steps up between the street, or the elevator from the parking garage, and the hotel entrance, which are difficult to negotiate with luggage! The left side entry and exit from the parking garage was a bit confusing. The room door code lock was a bit temperamental and objected to us trying the handle before it had flashed green, then locked us out for a while.

Comfortable well designed 1 bedroom suite overlooking river n boardwalk. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Best part is location in Steveston village. Easy to park on streets.

Need more hooks in bedroom and bathroom. Glowing light from air conditioner in bedroom was annoying

The fact that it calls itself a "hotel" when there is no reception and you have to let yourself in using a key pad pin. It's more like Airbnb. It's got plumbing going throughout the ceiling and all you can hear is water running all night

A convoluted method of accessing the property. Felt over the top needing to provide so much official information on myself, as well as my guests to gain the access codes.

The property is clean and in a great location and check in and check out we’re incredibly easy

It would have been awesome to have some seating in the outdoor patio however I understand that seating likely wouldn’t fit in that space and there was a bench not far from the patio door that you can sit at. The only other complaint is they have a Nespesso but no creamers in the fridge and we didn’t want to buy a thing of cream for a 2 day stay. Some little creamers in the fridge would be nice.

Everything in the apartment was wonderful, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, with a great view and excellent location.

It was difficult to reach the staff during our stay. We had an issue at check-in because there had been a car accident right outside the apartment, which damaged our balcony. With police and fire trucks there, we tried contacting staff but were kept on hold for a long time. Since we were traveling with two young kids, the wait was very stressful. The staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a larger apartment away from the crash, which we appreciated. However, the access code they gave us did not work, and we had to call several more times before we were finally able to get in.

You need to improve on bedroom darkening drapes. The sheer drapes over the patio door in the bedroom make it very brite in there early in the morning.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Geräusch der Klimaanlage störte uns, aber ließ sich nicht abstellen.

Lovely modern waterfront apartment. Modern decor and comfy bed! Stunning location with great views of the river/ocean and a lovely walk along the front to the Japanese heritage site. Modern check in approach and cool to have your key on your phone.

Water pressure is really poor throughout the property especially the shower. Hair dryer was also very old and could do with replacing. Most frustratingly their is an air vent in every room that is loud and won’t turn off, you can also hear people in other rooms using the toilet etc - not great when you are trying to sleep!

We arrived early and the housekeeping staff were very accommodating and stored our luggage. They also got our room ready for early check-in. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Steveston. We will be back.

Since we arrived early from our cruise ship, it was somewhat difficult not having a front desk to work with. The staff member we contacted through messaging was very responsive and we were able to get into our room early.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The place is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

There is no address posted on the buildings associated with this hotel. The Uber dropped me off at the GPS address for the hotel. My access code didn't work. I got assistance from another person who was checked in. However, neither of us could get the code to work. She finally realized that I must be in the building next door. I headed over there but could find no obvious entry to that building's main floor for my room. I called the 24 hr/7 days/week help line and left a message that I was outside in the rain and needed help finding the correct entry point. In the meantime I wandered around til I spotted a small sign about 9 inches square down a path about 50 feet from the street. IMPROVE YOUR SIGNAGE! P.S. No one ever called me back from your help desk. The room was icy cold and the thermostat was not intuitive. It would have been helpful to have instructions somewhere (not in the room and not in instructions sent).

Access is very convoluted. Access instructions not very clear. Park in the underground parking and then find where the exit to the hotel was not clear. Where to park was not clear.
