De locatie is heel fijn, de metro is op 5 minuten afstand. Ook zijn er veel winkels op 20 minuten loopafstand.

Het feit dat je via Booking.com een bepaalde kamer boekt, maar deze niet bestaan op die locatie en je hebt er wel voor betaald. Contact loopt enkel via Whatsapp als je door de chatbot loop heen komt. Stopcontacten die het niet doen.

When I arrived, the employee was not helpful at all. Myself and another guest were not clear about check in process. She said she was on a break, then disappeared and left 2 guests sitting in the foyer waiting with no clarity. It was very hot in London and ventilation in the room was limited. The window opens very small. No air-conditioning.

À la segunda noche se inundó la habitación porque ingresó agua pluvial desde el WC ya que afuera diluviaba. También nos caía agua a través de luminarias del cielo raso. No nos cambiaron de habitación, solo nos ofrecieron una para terminar de dormir esa noche (porque la exigí) y al otro día limpiaron la nuestra y como tenía alfombra quedó húmeda y con feo olor durante el resto de la estancia. No tiene ventilador de techo, solo uno de pie y menos aire acondicionado. Estuvimos durante una ola de calor a finales de junio con temperaturas a la noche de casi 30 Grados. Exigí compensación y solo me reembolsaron al mes media noche de la estadía.

Easy to find, hassle-free check-in with minimal interaction, clean room, and everything we needed for a short stay. The room was also a decent size for two people.

The room was far too hot, the fan wasn’t very effective, the curtains didn’t close properly and let in light early in the morning, and the bathroom was very small.

Almost everything,. Good location close to two train 🚉 stations but Gloucester Road Station is the closest 🚉 and then Earl's Court Station 🚉,.. Supermarket 🛒 and fast food Burger King and KFC coffee ☕ 🍪 places,.. Are by the station,.. And they have some partner with some places like for coffee, breakfast, and gym to attend,. But I didn't use those,. it worth coming back,. I could go out late and take the night train,.(The Piccadilly Train line )

They could have been a little 🤏🏾 fridge under the table, for guests who will maybe buy some water or thing to drinks that could be nice,. 🙂 (A little fridge) I did by milk and water and the milk I have to buy small one every day because if I buy one big it will go bad,. Struttura accogliente, pulitissima e a pochi passi dalla fermata gloucester road, quartiere residenziale molto elegante silenzioso e pulito. Camera provvista di tutti i confort e i servizi del caso e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nonostante non sia presente una reception fisica lo staff è super disponibile tramite chat, piattaforma per l’accesso alla stanza digitale all’avanguardia e molto intuitiva! Inoltre ho apprezzato molto la presenza di supermercati fast food e caffetterie vicinissime alla struttura. Sicuramente torneremo!

Curățenia a lăsat de dorit, chiuveta era înfundată, iar pe jos lângă pat am găsit o ață dentară cu mâner. Am încercat să luăm legătura cu proprietatea, dar nu au mai răspuns. Am fost cam dezamăgiți din acest punct de vedere. Noi am închiriat 3 camere, dintre care, a noastră, camera G04, nu a avut ventilator și nici adaptoare pentru prize. Geamul din camera se deschidea cam 15 cm și avea vedere la o curte interioară unde funcționau AC care băgau căldura în cameră. De asemenea, capul de duș era fix, nu era mobil, fiind foarte inconfortabil.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was convenient, and we had everything we needed for our stay.

There was no fridge in the room, and the bathroom was a little small. However, these were only minor inconveniences and did not affect our overall stay.

Found a flea in the carpet. Repair work had left the hotel entrance in a rather haphazard state. The shower could have been cleaner, and there was a brown stain on the window frame. The window also couldn’t be opened fully.

A lovely little hotel in Kensington, really conveniently located and with lots of amenities nearby. I booked the AC room which was welcome in August. The room had all I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had excellent communication from the check in team - I had luggage and the lockers were full, so I was able to check in early for a small fee, which was really appreciated! My third time staying in a Bob W and I probably will again!

I would say there isn’t enough locker space for such a large hotel. The shower is also very small, even for a compact room.

On leur a laissé environ 1000 euros. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos des chambres, ils ne les montrent pas toutes. Oui il y a une très belle chambre mais les autres ...

No reception, everything is online and it’s hard to reach someone when there’s a problem. Rooms and corridors are not ventilated. It was extremely hot in the rooms. Couldn’t sleep at all!

I have stayed at this property several times and very much enjoyed my stay. This was prior to management changed. I was disappointed. This stay was not value for money. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, direkt an den Klimaanlagen der Anderen, das war sehr laut sodass man nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen konnte - dadurch sehr warm. Das Bad war sehr groß, aber sehr spartanisch, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten.

The door was unlocked and stuck I can’t close I contacted the room service and we stay until 11:30 night trying to fix it . I was really tired after coming from long trip. I don’t expect that . For me i was totally unacceptable.

My requested luggage was not delivered to my room, but that was entirely due to a lack of clear communication on my end. Despite my oversight, the hotel staff handled the situation with great kindness and professionalism. I apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely thank you for your help. The room was clean and my stay was very comfortable. If I visit London again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Great location in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Housekeeping is not provided daily unless you pay an additional £45 cleaning fee each time you want the room cleaned. Also, everything is handled through the app, there is no front desk or staff available to welcome you or assist you in person, which makes the experience feel less personal.

We stayed in an AC room which was perfect for the August heat. Room was spacious and bed was very comfy.

Das Konzept ohne Rezeption und ohne Zimmerschlüssel finde ich etwas mühsam. Gebäude und Zimmer nur durch einen Code zugänglich. Ich denke, gerade für ältere Leute die nicht alles Digital wollen sehr umständlich. Zimmer und Bad eher klein, zum Teil mit Schimmel im Badezimmer.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schönes Viertel, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Es hat kontaktlos alles super geklappt. Gemütliches Dachgeschosszimmer, für 4 Übernachtungen optimal. Das Frühstück im Café Filo war hervorragend und lecker, da hat sich auch der kurze Fußweg gelohnt.

Uns war nicht bewusst, dass eine Reinigung des Zimmers optional und somit kostenpflichtig ist. Der vorhandene Safe konnte nicht genutzt werden.

The room is indeed extremely compact. The sink was clogged, and there was a fan on an improvised table that made no difference in the temperature, even with an open window. Felt like sleeping in a sauna; the room definitely was not suitable for summer. There were 2 shampoos and no body wash. The shower controls were terrible to handle; there was no grip at all. The safe did not have batteries, and the answer I got was that since it had no staff, they wouldn't have reception to help in case of a problem. I had to take my documents with me, as there were people accessing the room for maintenance and no functional safe.

Bir hafta kaldığım için 1 kerelik ücretsiz oda temizliği hakkım vardı, bence gayet yeterliydi, çünkü odada pek de vakit geçirmiyorsunuz Londra'da olunca. Odadaki ses yalıtımı gayet iyiydi. İnternet harika çalışıyordu, eğer uzaktan çalışması gerekenler olursa bence internet gayet yeterli olacaktır. Otele, odanıza girişler hep size iletilen kod ile yapılıyor, bu da çok kullanışlı, çünkü anahtar ya da kart gibi bir şeye bağımlı kalmıyorsunuz. Odada su kesintisi oldu çok kısa süreliğine, daha ben fark ettiğim gibi ekip çoktan fark etmişti, tesadüfen lobide karşılaştığımızda benimle odama kadar gelip düzelip düzelmediğini hemen kontrol ettiler, o kadar hızlılardı. Resepsiyon katında ihtiyacınız olursa fazladan havlu, tuvalet kağıdı, çay, kahve, şeker, süt, kulak tıkacı vb. gibi şeyleri temin edebiliyorsunuz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim, tekrar tekrar kalacağım bir otel! :)

Tesisin bulunduğu konum çok sakin ve nezih. Kısa bir yürüyüşle metroya ulaşım sağlayabildik. Odalar çok geniş değil ama yeterliydi. Su ısıtıcısı, ütü, ütü masası, elektrikli ısıtıcı oda da mevcuttu.

Oda temizliği ilk etapta iyi gibi görünse de detaylı bakıldığında tam temizlenmemiş alanlar vardı. Tekrar oda servisi ile iletişime geçilip temizlik istemek durumunda kaldık. It was essentially an entirely Self service hotel. No bed making service provided. It felt very expensive for a hotel that had no staff on site.

Επισης επισημανα οτι το ενα φως διπλα στο κρεβατι ηταν χαλασμένο αλλα δεν το έφτιαξαν παρολο που επισκέφθηκαν το δωμάτιο για να διορθώσουν την τηλεόραση. Επισης δεν υπάρχει καμια φυσική παρουσία προσωπικού στην υποδοχή οποτε αν χρειαστείς οτιδήποτε πρεπει να στείλεις μήνυμα. Επισης δεν εχει ψυγειακι το δωμάτιο

I like this Hotel. It is clean, fairly new. Checkin and checkout are easy. Communication through whatsapp is quick and responsive. It is very close to my daughter's apartment so the location is perfect for that but also it is in a lovely part of London. Walkable to many attractions and quaint, charming neighbourhoods.

There is no air conditioning on the top floor making impossible to sleep. We did have 2 portable fans but it made the stay unbearable. So looking forward to a relaxed stay and ended up having no sleep at all. Also no teabags to be found at the property. Because of heat of the room I would not return to this hotel. Also asked for a confirmation on early check in and even after Whattsapp, email and the Bob W app I never received a reply.

The hotel has no respect for the privacy of their guests. Will walk into your room for any small reason without notifying you at all. There is no AC, only a fan that can’t cool anything and the room felt like an oven. You can find a lot of better places for better rates, I cannot believe they even charge the amount they do for such an outdated and poorly managed hotel. Nobody works at the front desk either, you will have call staff at a remote location and during the day, it takes a very long time for a reply. I really regret paying £1,600 to stay here, it was so bad that I ended up taking the loss and booking somewhere else to stay

There was no air conditioning, it was far from the metro, it was extremely expensive, the room was tiny, I couldn't even take a shower, and I weigh 55 kilos, imagine that. I didn't fit. It was a really bad experience. The weather was extremely hot, what kind of hotel doesn't have air conditioning? I paid about 458 Euros for two nights, it's absolutely not worth it. They give you one code that opens the main door, the room, and the luggage room. There's no staff and it's not safe at all. There's excessive noise between rooms. Worse than dorm rooms. Breakfast isn't at the hotel. You have to walk a long way to a cafe. It was an awful experience. I come to London every month, and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

- no staff on site in case of issues - on the first night we only had freezing cold water in the shower, even though there was warm water in the sink. after contacting the staff on whatsapp I was told they will look into it, but didnt receive ant further reply that evening. a guy came in the morning to take a look, but the water fixed itself until then. looking at previous reviews, this looks like it happens often and it was insanely inconvenient - we got the basement room which has little to no natural light. even though the days were sunny we had to put the lights on - room was freezing cold at night and we had to pur the heater on, even with it being mid june and 25 degrees outside

La pulizia del bagno. L'assenza di aria condizionata combinata alla posizione della camera (posta al sottotetto) hanno reso ogni notte trascorsa nell'albergo un vero incubo viste le altissime temperature raggiunte in questi giorni (oltre 35 gradi). La stanza era praticamente un fuoco. L'unico aspetto positivo è stata la disponibilità dello staff nel fornirci due ventilatori.

Das online checking hat überhaupt nicht geklappt. Erstens wurde ich schon Wochen vorher mit Mahnungen zum Checking bombardiert und als ich es dann ein paar Tage vor dem Eintreffen machte, war es ultra kompliziert und hat am Ende beim Eintreffen nicht funktioniert. Grosser Ärger! Drei anderen, verschiedenen Hotelgästen ging es genau gleich. Erst ein Anruf, auch etwas kompliziert, löste das Problem. Nie wieder!

I liked the location and the fact that the room was not as small as in other London hotels that I have stayed in. I liked that they provided plug adapters, cables, ironing table and iron. And a coffee machine. And AC.

I didn't like that the shower head was fixed and I didn't have a hair cap. In addition, I think that more attention should be payed to dust cleaning. Not a serious issue, but it was a detail that I noticed.

Бесконтактное заселение без ключей - надо будет скачать приложение отеля на телефон, там будет код от двери, который можно будет легко запомнить. В номере есть фен, гладильная доска с утюгом, вентилятор, обогреватель, чайник и кофемашина неспрессо. Горячая вода без перебоя. К сожалению, в Лондоне с ней бывают сложности. Вай фай отличный. Если какой-то вопрос, поддержка отеля отвечает мгновенно. Удобное расположение. Улица, в целом, тихая и красивая, но всё равно звуки есть. Однажды ночью кто-то в районе трёх часов орал "please open the doooor". Возможно, кого-то выгнали за плохое поведение)) Звукоизоляция в номерах скорее 7 из 10. Слышно, если кто-то очень громко смеётся или хлопает дверью от номера. Но это всё равно не напрягало. Лифт есть. Удобно оставить багаж, если приехали раньше, либо позже выселяетесь. Два момента, на которые действительно стоит обратить внимание, как я считаю: 1) нет кондиционера - спать с открытым окном. Возможно кому-то будет шумно иногда, так как окна выходят на улицу. Плюс на свет залетают букашки; 2) узкая душевая кабина. У меня российский размер 44, для меня было комфортно. Я считаю, что для своих 3-х звёзд вариант отличный.

It was very cold (at the end of march), the heater provided couldn’t heat the room. Also, the very thin walls, the guys from the next room were having sex at 4 am and kept us awake.

Das Hotel entsprach der Beschreibung, es war alles sauber und funktional. Die Lage hat uns als Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von London gut gefallen. In kurzer Entfernung fahren mehrere U-Bahnlinien und Busse, zum Teil ohne Umstieg bis zu beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ebenfalls sind fußläufig mehrere belebte Straßen mit Restaurants etc zu erreichen.

Da wir während der Hitzewelle über Pfingsten in London waren, war es im Dachgeschoss leider sehr, sehr warm.

Ik sliep op de bovenste verdieping en daar was het enorm heet en benauwd. Zelfs met raam open en waaier aan. Het ontbijt restaurant is 10 min lopen vanaf het hotel en gaat pas om 8u open. Dat moet je wel weten met het oog op afspraken.

Incredible value for money. Great location. I got a compact room with AC on level 1 and it did not feel small at all. I was so pleasantly surprised for the price! Highly recommend although I can’t speak to the smaller rooms.

No in person reception but the online and phone assistants were helpful.
