Όλα ήταν υπέροχα και πολύ καθαρά.Ειχε πολύ όμορφο και καλό πρωινό και πολύ καλή υποδοχή.Η κυρία Κατερίνα και η απογευματινή ρεσεψιονίστ ήταν και οι δύο υπέροχες πολύ φιλικές και εξυπηρετικές και πάντα με ένα υπέροχο χαμόγελο.το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα το ξαναπρωτιμήσουμε...

Όλα ήταν πραγματικά πολύ όμορφα..

Very quiet and clean, perfect location

Property was really well located in the centre of the old town so everything was very easy to get to. Staff were very nice and very helpful with booking taxis etc. Room was a great size and always kept really clean. Would definitely stay again :)

Fridge in the room wasn’t very cold but wasn’t a huge issue that would put us off staying again!

Très bon accueil. Logement très bien situé, peu bruyant bien que central. La suite Knossos est pleine de charme, avec un jacuzzi privatif en toit terrasse, qui compense largement la petite piscine intérieure déjà intéressante. La décoration est recherchée, le petit-déjeuner copieux et excellent.

la piscine était inaccessible le matin du départ, mais cela ne nous a pas gênés.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hôtel dans son ensemble, notamment sa propreté et son charme. Le personnel était très sympathique, accueillant et agréable. L’emplacement dans la vieille ville est également idéal, avec énormément de restaurants et de commerces à proximité. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour !

The staff were welcoming. The hotel and our room were beautiful. Continental breakfast with local cuisine was excellent. The pool is small, but we didn’t book with a swimming pool in mind, and it was perfect for a cooling dip before relaxing in sun of the courtyard. I would recommend this hotel to any prospective traveller.

The room's decor is very nice, very modern. It was on the edge of the Old Town. 3 minutes walk to restaurants and shops.

You need to park car 6 minutes walk away, a big hassle if you have luggage. You cannot drop luggage off and then park car! Airconditioning didn't work that well. You cannot drink water & only very small bottles are provided. The breakfast was dreadful.

Lovely lovely location. There was so much space for our kids and the pool was perfect. The breakfast was also delightful. There were new things every day to eat! The other highlight for me was the rooftop jacuzzi and view from our room. It was an absolutely delightful place to relax after the day. I spent every night looking over the city and reflecting on the day.

Amazing location right in the heart of the Old Town. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and exceptionally clean. The entire hotel smells wonderful, and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool is small but perfectly adequate and a lovely bonus. Overall, everything felt stylish, comfortable and very well maintained.

The breakfast could use a little improvement in terms of variety, but it was still perfectly adequate and enjoyable.

L'isolation phonique du plancher haut en bois de notre chambre au rdc. Nous entendions tous les bruits de pas de nos voisins de l'étage supérieur. C'est extrêmement dérangeant pour trouver le sommeil.

J’étais avec ma fille, on aurait préféré deux lits plutôt qu’un grand lit. Mais je savais en réservant et le lit était suffisamment grand pour pas se donner des coups de pieds

Camera stupenda, moderna ma tipica con legno al soffitto e pavimenti e arredi nuovissimi. Il bagno straordinario con una doccia molto grande e due lavabo di design separati. Il letto aveva due topper, cuscini in memory forniti su richiesta. Comodissimo, abbiamo dormito divinamente. La struttura nel complesso è davvero curata e bella. Si trova nel centro pedonale e fornisce una convezione gratuita con parcheggio pubblico appena fuori la zona pedonale. Personale accogliente e disponibile

We loved the way Mansio was designed and how it was set up inside. The rooms were extremely comfortable and it felt like it was right next to the main part of the town

The only thing we found was the local play area nearby would be quite loud in the evening, but it wasn’t ever a real problem sleeping as we had ear plugs

La chambre était très propre et soignée, le petit déjeuner est bon, la piscine n’est pas grande mais suffisante. Je ne peux que recommander cet hotel.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette oasis de fraîcheur au coeur même du vieux Rethymnon. Le patio avec sa jolie petite piscine est vraiment très agréable. La chambre au rez de chaussée était très bien agencée et dehors il y avait même un petit étendage pour pouvoir faire sécher nos maillots de bain et serviettes de plage. L'intérieur de la chambre, comme l'ensemble de cet hôtel, donne un sentiment de chic intemporel. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très copieux et il y a la possibilité d'obtenir des oeufs de diverses manière sur demande. Nous avons décidé de le manger dehors à l'ombre d'un parasol au bord de la piscine et c'est vrai que cela contribue à entretenir le côté exclusif de cette vieille demeure magnifiquement rénovée. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié l'option de pouvoir profiter d'un grand parking à 7-8 min à pied de l'hôtel. Un vrai plus !

Everything was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and the fresh breakfast was such a lovely surprise. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The location was ideal, the staff were kind and warm, always smiling and treated us so well. Our room was perfect, like a mini home away from home. The breakfast was great, simple and delicious. Demitrios makes great cappuccinos and omelets, always with a smile and a song ❤️ The location is in the heart of Old Town Rythemno, perfect for accessing restaurants and shops and the sounds of the locals in the square in the evening was comforting and then the calm and quiet that follows is so peaceful since no cars are allowed in the old town and you are just far enough from the busier streets. We move the little added treats like a tiny bottle of Raki upon arrival and a bottle of white wine half way through our trip. The tiny pool in the courtyard proved to be a welcome addition on hot afternoons. Just a dip was all you needed to feel refreshed. The hotel itself is spotless, so clean and welcoming. They are environmentally aware which we truly appreciated. No plastics, efficient use of lighting and organic towels and linens all made locally did not go unnoticed. The beds are very comfortable as well and the water in the shower is so soft, my hair has never looked better! All this to say, this little hotel turned out to be a true gem and a perfect pied a tier for our week in Rythemno. Oh and the beach is about a 15min walk away, no car needed. The hotel also offers parking just outside of the old town walls, a pleasant 5mins walk from the hotel.

The only thing I would add is filtered water to drink since it is so hot in the summer months. We purchased water bottles at the local market but they are in plastic. I would suggest having a main water filter station in the eating area and having glass bottles or ceramic pitchers we can fill ourselves and bring back to the room. But that is it - all else was wonderful!!

The hotel is beautiful and located right in the middle of the old town. Even with the central location, it is quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to visit again!

Parking is in a nearby lot. On Thursday you must move your car for a local market for part of the day. However, the hotel staff is very helpful in finding other parking and we didn't find this to be a major problem.

La posizione centralissima e hotel molto bello

Ein sehr schönes Boutique Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt von Rethymnon. Es war sehr ruhig Nachts und zu den Restaurants und Bars nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Zum Strand sind es 10 min zu Fuß. Aber damit konnten wir leben.

Hôtel situé dans la "vieille ville", il faut donc garer sa voiture dans le parking public proche, mais le coût est pris en charge par l'hôtel. Chambre très bien aménagée et décorée avec goût, très confortable ; un peu sombre car en rez-de-chaussée. Très bon petit déjeuner.

L'organisation du petit déjeuner : salle où sont proposés les produits très petite, et salles pour consommer un peu bruyantes car beaucoup de clients dans l'hôtel

Emplacement et atouts : L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de la vieille ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Le lieu est atypique et plein de charme. J’ai apprécié le mini patio avec table et chaises, la petite piscine pour se rafraîchir, ainsi que les « heures calmes ». Le petit-déjeuner est complet, sucré comme salé. L’envoi d’une vidéo pour accéder à l’hôtel et à la chambre en arrivant tard est aussi une très bonne attention.

La chambre était trop petite, trop de mobilier, au point de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir nos 2 grosses valises. La décoration est vieillissante et certains éléments sont abîmés. (Housses de coussins déchirés, penderie avec gros accros…) La salle de bain présente des traces de moisissure et beaucoup de fourmis. La porte vitrée entre la salle de bain et la chambre laisse passer la lumière la nuit. Le ménage était proposé trop tôt, vers 10h30, ce qui était gênant chaque jour. Le soir, le parc voisin avec jeux pour enfants peut être très bruyant. Grosse déception concernant le parking annoncé comme inclus : il s’agit en réalité d’un parking public, sans place réservée, souvent complet. En plus, il devient inaccessible le jeudi à partir de minuit, ce qui nous a obligés a déplacer notre véhicule tard et à payer un autre parking non prévu. De plus la procédure avec le départ du parking était erroné puisque nous avons attendu en vain l’employé du parking qui n’était pas présent ce qui nous a obligé à attendre en vain!

Edificio muy bien renovado ubicado muy cerca de los restaurantes y sitios de interés. Las habitaciones son cómodas y confortables. Los baños están muy bien decorados. Es mucho más bonito que en las fotos. El desayuno es muy bueno, con comida griega y gran variedad. Nos hubiera gustado estar más días.

Wil je een fijn verblijf in Rethymnon, dan ben jij hier echt goed. Heel dicht bij de gezellige stad en toch zo heerlijk afgelegen. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Personeel was echt lief en bereid om je te helpen met alles.

The location was superb and the fact that the hotel provided free parking, close by in a public carpark, was exceptional. It was wonderful to stay in the old town, there is a fantastic atmosphere. We loved the room and our breakfast was fantastic.

Geweldige locatie om te verblijven. Pal in het hartje van het centrum en oude stad. Dus eigenlijk ideaal om te verblijven, ook de gastvrouw (denk uitbaatster) is gewillig om te helpen en mee te denken en uitleg te bieden wat je zeker dient gezien te hebben en of gedaan te hebben.

het geluid onder onze kamer was niet te doen, dit is ook een reden geweest dat wij een dag voor het normaal vertrek zijn vertrokken naar een andere locatie. Onder onze kamer was volgens ons de keuken voorzien, wij hebben geen idee hoe het zit met de geluidsdemping van de plafonds en vloeren. Wij weten alleen perfect wanneer ze beginnen voor te bereiden in de keuken en wanneer dit gedaan is. Dit was eigenlijk onze wekker, we moesten zelf niet zetten... rond +/- 6 a 7 uur lokale tijd wisten wij dat ze aan het voorbereiden waren.
