L’accueil du personnel très souriant et prévenant. Les équipements du logement à la déco soignée et la literie confortable. Avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner, copieux et composé de spécialités traditionnelles crétoises - un plus !!! L’emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur de la ville.

Pour les personnes véhiculées, très compliqué de trouver une place de parking gratuite proche de l’établissement en haute saison. Un parasol sur la terrasse serait appréciable afin de profiter pleinement de cet espace qui est très agréable.

Una struttura gioiello. Situata a poca distanza a piedi dal centro storico, parcheggio pubblico a 3 minuti a piedi. La struttura è davvero incantevole, come la stanza con ogni tipo di comfort e soprattuto pulitissima. La colazione servita al mattino nel bellissimo cortile interno è davvero ottima e varia e le signore che preparano sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità eccezionale. Raramente si trovano strutture così belle, confortevoli e tranquille! Plus del soggiorno è la gentilezza del personale.

Ein sehr interessanter, authentischer Ort. Das Alte und die Geschichte sind bewahrt geblieben. Dabei wurden Komfort und Behaglichkeit mit Geschmack geschaffen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit verdient der Innenhof des Hotels. Historische Artefakte, Vegetation, ein kleines Pool mit Wandbrunnen… Hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels direkt im Stadtzentrum. Dabei störte der Lärm der Stadt nicht. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich und wird individuell im Innenhof des Hotels serviert.

Die Lage ist super, quasi am Eingang der Altstadt. Zum schönen Strand sind es etwa 20min zu Fuß, aber es ist ein schöner Weg durch die Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war recht klein, aber völlig in Ordnung. Es gab einen Smart TV, konnten vorm schlafen noch ne Serie gucken. Der Pool ist sehr klein, aber zum erfrischen ist er super

El alojamiento era muy bonito y céntrico. Estaba bien equipado y la piscina era muy de agradecer. La zona donde está ubicado está en una zona tranquila a la vez que céntrica.

El desayuno estaba muy bien y muy completo. Como pequeño comentario de mejora, quizás estaría bien que dispusieran de alguna leche vegetal o sin lactosa para las personas intolerantes.

Mitten in der Stadt, total ruhig gelegen, Supermarkt vor der Tür, Parkplätze (sogar mitten im Sommer) immer in der Umgebung zu finden. Maria macht jeden Morgen zauberhaftes Frühstück für alle, bringt alles an den Tisch… mit einem immer herzlichen Lächeln und guten Tipps für die Region! Die Anlage ist super hübsch und komfortabel! Abends kann man bis in die Puppen ausgehen und dann Flussläufig nach Hause, wo dann beim schließen der Türe am Haupteingang eine kleine Ruheoase wartet. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber dennoch herrlich, für uns und unseren Sohn war er wunderbar für ein bisschen Abkühlung in der Sommerhitze!

Have stayed previously so knew the quality of the room and facilities. We had a studio this time (We had an apartment last time) Excellent breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff.

Room lighting could be bet better with brighter lights at both sides of the bed and a little more storage for clothes in the studio room.

A beautiful, well kept small complex in the old town. Very handy for the bus station and only a walk out the door to shops, bars, restaurants and all the lovely old town has to offer. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast was perfect and such a bonus. Different every day. The small pool was great after a hot day out and the kids loved it!

Localización muy créntrica pero a la vez tranquila, la habitación es amplia y bonita, el desayuno muy rico, poca variedad pero de calidad, y a destacar el buen trato recibido por parte del personal, que nos atendió durante el desayuno.

La piscina y el desayuno están situados en el edificio de al lado, pero son dos minutos andando.

Il contesto molto bello; pur essendo in centro, la struttura è distante dal rumore dei locali/ristoranti/shops. L'appartamento accogliente come nelle foto. Letti davvero comodi.

Ci vorrebbe un armadio per quelli che, come noi, sono rimasti per più giorni. Colazione migliorabile in quanto non sempre all'altezza: lo yogurt non sempre disponibile, i dolci sempre gli stessi e serviti molto freddi/scongelati da poco, marmellate solo due e non buone, sinceramente.

Very clean, welcoming place, beautifully presented. Our appartment was within the central block so very easy access to the pool area - which was a great bonus! - and breakfast. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was a lovely experience every day. Great location in the old town, but on the edge so that we didn't have to walk far from where we managed to park the car.

The pool is very small which we could see from the photos, but it has the biggest filter I've ever seen which seems a shame as it takes up so much room!

Nous avons eu des punaises de lit, nous avons dû batailler pour être relogés que 2 nuits le temps de traiter et encore pas tout le monde! Limite c’était nous qui avions amené les punaises.Pas de réception donc s’il arrive quelque chose en journée comment faire?pas de miroir en pied sauf dans le placard, la salle de bains est minuscule alors que c’est une chambre familiale.le petit déjeuner n’est pas hyper varié ni produits locaux.

Perfectly nestled in the old city – still not in the annoying hustling & bustling part of it. The venue is beautiful, the pool very practical, the breakfast of the roof. Loved the staff. Not too cheap but worth the money.

C'è un grosso problema con l'acqua, sembra in tutta Rethimno, ma ho qualche dubbio. Alle 19:00 la pressione è talmente bassa che si fa fatica a fare la doccia.

Das Frühstück wurde zu sehr gelobt - es gibt kein Buffet, sondern man setzt sich hin und kriegt zu zweit jeden Tag ca 2 Scheiben Toastbrot, eine Art Eierspeise, 3 Scheiben Tomate/Gurke, 2 Scheiben Käse, 3 Stück Wassermelone und ein kleines Gebäck - es war zwar am Ende sättigend aber defintiv nicht was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sauber aber man muss sich entscheiden zwischen Privatsphäre oder komplett dunkles Zimmer, da die Fenster etwas ungelegen sind und bei uns direkt im Erdgeschoss auf die Straße hinausgeschaut haben.

Κάθε μέρα καθαρό δωμάτιο, όμορφο και ήρεμο περιβάλλον, σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, ωραίο πρωινό και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, οι εξωτερικοί χώροι του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ όμορφοι και προσεγμένοι

Λίγο μικρό το δωμάτιο αλλά όχι πρόβλημα ιδιαίτερο, θα χρειαζόταν απλά ένα εντομοκτόνο να υπήρχε.

Se cerchi un posto in centro è l'ideale. Appartamento su 2 livelli spazioso e con terrazza al secondo livello con vista fortezza veneziana. Maria, la signora delle colazioni gentile e disponibile anche oltre orario.

Non facile trovare parcheggio e non vicinissima la spiaggia cittadina (ma, entrambe le cose sono logica conseguenza dell'essere in centro della città vecchia).

Très bien situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Les logements ont une décoration très soignée aussi intérieurement qu’extérieurement, mention spéciale aux plantes qui sont magnifiques. Logement n°11, climatisé, très confortable avec une terrasse sur le toit très agréable en fin de journée et une vue mer depuis la cuisine. Ce qui fait le caractère exceptionnel de ce lieu, c’est le petit déjeuner près de la piscine préparé par Maria et épaulé par Ilina au ménage, deux femmes adorables qui sont au petits soins pour notre bien être et qui ont le cœur sur la main. Nos échanges ont été des plus agréables et toute la famille était triste de les quitter. Les enfants ont pleinement profité de la piscine. Nous avons egalement sollicité l’équipe pour un soucis à notre arrivée, ils ont été très réactif et tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. Vous pouvez réserver ce havre de paix les yeux fermés

Tout était parfait, mais le stationnement était un peu compliqué à certaine heures en pleine saison estivale.

The property was delightful. About five rooms and suites built around a shared courtyard with a plunge pool, it felt like a nice compromise between a private villa and a hotel. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff, particularly Maria who prepared breakfast and kept an eye on the place, were lovely. The location, on the edge of the old town, is great, with free parking round the corner (albeit we sometimes had to search for a space) and a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants. The generous breakfasts were slightly different every day, which was nice.

A couple of little things - the air-conditioning was set to switch off automatically after a set period, which was a bit stingy (it was very hot when we were there), and the TV in our room didn't work. I didn't intend to spend much time watching Greek TV anyway, but given that the TV took up space it might as well have been in a functioning state. I wouldn't make a big deal about these points, but they could be improved.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Lovely traditional breakfast made by Maria daily. Very friendly ladies. Clean and comfortable apartment and loved the pool! Central location in the Old Town yet quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Host took 2 days to respond to query. Even though we knew check out was 11am and we were able to leave our suitcases, we were only able to leave them until 3pm and our pick up was not until 6pm. You are unable to access the building after 3pm (when ladies left) so ended up walking round with our suitcases for a few hours which was a bit inconvenient.

Loistava sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa. Todella rauhallinen paikka vaikka ravintolat vain muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Aamupala todella hyvä ja riittävä, joka aamu erillainen. Ihana henkilökunta. Huone todella viihtyisä ja siisti. Alakerrassa oli parveke ja yläkerrassa kattoterassi. Sisäpihalla miellyttävä auringonotto alue ja pieni uima-allas.

The place smelled bad. The shower had no hot water one night, no water pressure, uncomfortable pillows. The kitchen was barely stocked.

Super vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, heel leuk ingericht, kamers zijn groot genoeg. Ligging is top in het oude centrum, je staat overal dichtbij, maar je ziet niet in de super drukte. Zwembadje is klein maar zitten paar ligstoelen rond dus je kunt eventueel nog wel wat relaxen. Parking is ook gratis dichtbij!

Enkel een wat kleinere badkamer, maar die was wel in orde.

Easy communication with the property previously to our stay, where transport from the airport and other queries were dealt. Excellent location, steps away from restaurants in old town and public parking + supermarket. Lovely atmosphere and cozy room. Nice breakfast provided daily. Very friendly staff, willing to help on top of any language barrier!

Best of both worlds: own apartment with the ability to cook and kickstarting the day with a served breakfast. Great for families with young kids to have a small and beautiful pool.

Wunderbare Lage, eine tolle Wohnung (suite 11), sehr freundliche Menschen. Die Innenhöfe sind kleine Oasen in der Stadt, und es ist erstaunlich ruhig, obwohl man mitten im Geschehen ist. Ein Zugang zum Meer (Treppe/Felsen) ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, in der Nähe des Restaurants ΘΕΑ ΘΑΛΑΣΣΑ (nordwestlich der Unterkunft, gutes Essen und toller Sonnenuntergang von dort). Absolut empfehlenswert! Geparkt haben wir öffentlich und kostenlos südlich des Fußballplatzes.

Nous étions dans le bâtiment secondaire, chambre avec balcon donnant sur la cour intérieure donc au calme. C est propre et récent, bien équipé. L emplacement dans la ville est parfaite : parking à 5 minutes et cœur de ville également. Le petit dej.....waouh : tous les matins différents, des spécialités, en quantité largement ce qu il faut. Quant au personnel , d une gentillesse . Nous avons passés 3 belles journées.

Attention si vous prenez des chambres en RDC ou côte rue ça risque d être bruyant.

Our suite was exactly what we needed for the perfect getaway. The space felt calm and welcoming the second we walked in. Tastefully designed with plenty of room to unwind.

Kamer voelde helaas wat vochtig aan, kan ook door het mindere weer komen een aantal dagen.

Un logement pépite , calme , très joliment agencé à l extérieur comme à l intérieur . Un havre de paix dans la vieille ville de rethymnon . Un personnel très attentionné , un petit déjeuner maison délicieux et servi avec le sourire .

Hele fijne accomodatie in het centrum van Rethymnon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vooral ook het ontbijt en de gastvrijheid van de mensen is super. Vooral Maria is een topper en maakt het je graag naar je zin! We hebben erg genoten 😊

Es gibt ein Nebengebäude das etwa 300m vom Hauptgebäude entfernt ist, das heißt man muss zum Frühstück oder zum Pool immer zum Hauptgebäude.
