Immaculate! The property is pristine. It has everything from home to home living. The one bed apartment I stayed in had a dishwasher, properly stocked kitchen and even had washing liquid and tablets for the dishwasher for convenience. Fresh towels in the bathroom with lovely scented shower gel. Two TVs with Netflix. One in the bedroom, the other in the living area. Just fabulous. There’s also a convenience store within the property.

Very clean, comfortable and has lots of accessories like Iron and hairdryer, which was really helpful.

I thought it would have been helpful to have some basic toiletries like face tissues and a shower cap. Parking was a bit tricky, the NCP car park which we expected to drive into was closed and it wasn't obvious we needed to go into the B4 car park.

Clean, everything you need. We arrived late, so the shop linked downstairs was a great shout for grabbing some drinks and food. Not just a hotel, it's a little self contained apartment. Full kitchen, even a washing machine. If you're travelling on business, definitely recommend!

Hotel targeted by beggers. However, it's a real problem everywhere. The great distance you must travel by car just to reach the hotel across the road, is annoying.

Me parece que hacia mucho calor en la madrugada, no dejo las ventanas abiertas porque quiero el silencio, y el aire acondicionado por ventilación nunca me ha gustado porque siento que no da lo que escojo como de grados de temperatura, me gusta muchísimo el frio y al ser persona calurosa ese aire acondicionado a mi no me hace efecto y me hace pasar malos ratos durante las horas de sueño

Good value for money, very central, good to have a kitchen when travelling for work to save on costs. Great having the NCP carpark right next door for £10 a day.

Would have benefited for having a toaster and some other additions like foil, salt/pepper etc so you don’t have to buy everything for a couple of nights. The clean wasn’t as thorough as I would have liked in some areas.

Pięknie urządzony pokój z dodatkowym pokojem w którym mogłam pracować. Super lokalizacja. Sklep na dole w którym mogę kupić wszystko na ogromny plus. Bardzo miła obsługa i bardzo bezpiecznie. Czysto, kuchnia wyposażona doskonale. Internet działał bez zarzutów przez 3 dni. Zdecydowanie to będzie miejsce do którego wrócę.

The hotel was good but I book this hotel as it stated the parking was £15.70 for 24 hours, when making payment, it was £35.00. When contacting the hotel, they stated they have no responsibility on this and need to contact the parking company to get a refund. I have had no response and out of pocket

Unfortunately the ac in the room didn’t work and the tv was temperamental, I had balloons set up in my room but was told that they needed helium so the staff couldn’t do it to then later for me to go and check the packet in my room and it had a straw provided to blow into the balloons with.. the staff and the reception seemed like they had a chip in their shoulder and weren’t very welcoming

Stayed here 3/4 times now and really enjoyed everything about the hotel, 100% clean, 100% modern, very polite staff,

after my recent stay 25th 26th August, everything was great as always, however only the same week / week before travel lodge had been in the press for allowing a random stranger into someone's room with a key card, on my final evening stay someone randomly stormed into my room before a set alarm I'd made 2 hours before hand and ruined the stay as you can quite imagine, I was unable to settle after , after my door had been scanned with a card and someone entered my room! after my 150 mile drive home thinking about it and off course reporting to the hotel, I'm still yet to know an answer after a cctv review of the floor! I've no answers after a genuine report back from the hotel saying they will look into the matter and report back immediately! 12 hours later, my issue is obviously not a concern to them as I've not heard a thing! but if you don't feel safe somewhere you don't feel safe somewhere, and if there was a genuine reason the 3 minutes in the lift from reception to room and forgetting the issue room number and entering a genuine stays room just isn't correct?

Didn’t know about the £100 deposit for rooms, and because I had 2 rooms I had luckily the £200 but some may not. It is for damage so I can understand but I wish I had known beforehand

We were next to lift so was pretty noisy (we assume the sound was the lift) we are deep sleepers but woke us both a couple of times.

Kitchen was convenient and was fully equipped with everything needed. Bathroom and room were clean.

Deposit was only mentioned once booked even though it was a non refundable booking. It was also much more than the cost of the room. So a disclosure before booking would be ideal.

The location is great, the shop is handy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The decor in the reception area is modern. The decor in the room is modern too.

The price hike for the weekend we stayed was half the price the following weekend, when we booked again. This is disappointing when we checked the price.

I travel to Birmingham for work fairly often and have stayed in some dodgy places!! But the Aparthotel is amazing - I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Immaculate, safe, comfortable - I literally have no complaints and look forward to staying again next month.

It’s not very well isolated, you can hear absolutely everything from the guests above and near. Extremely noisy.

Beautiful deluxe one bedroom apartment, great facilities. Very modern. Excellent location. Very polite, helpful chap on reception when we checked in. Shop with a good choice of snacks and drink open til late.

I didn't realise the accommodation was pet friendly and that pets are allowed in every room. I found hairs (human and pet) on our floor at check in, and I had an asthma flare up during the night which I only get if there's dust or animal hairs about. So, although we initially said we'd stay there again on first look at the room and facilities, due to no option for a pet-free room (confirmed at check out), we won't be able to. I barely slept and coughed so much through the night I used my daily allowance for my inhaler in the time we were there. So not recommended to anyone with asthma / allergies. At check out, we used the pick up / drop off outside of the hotel - but after pulling in realised the exit was blocked by a van belonging to the Nisa which is attached to the hotel. Apparently it couldn't be moved as no one had a key. So we had to reverse out onto Quiensway, the main road, which was extremely dangerous but we had no choice. Very poor form to totally block off an area we were advised by reception we could use to load the car, and then not have a key to move the vehicle.

Lovely staff and good location

A wonderful place to stay in Birmingham. The rooms were cosy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, especially the beds. The blackout curtains kept the room completely dark, and the soundproofing made it peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.

Proximité du centre tout en étant au calme. Possibilité d’y aller rapidement à pied. Ligne de tramway proche. Hôtel récent et supérette juste en bas. Chambre propre et confortable. Mention spéciale pour le lit. On y reviendra certainement si on repasse par Birmingham.

Big shower spacious, bed was comfortable, was overall clean and tidy. Kitchen appliances were easy to use.

No cleaning supplies provided not even dust pan and brush or a surface cleaner. We had to buy it ourselves. Nobody came in and changed towels even after putting sign on door so we washed them ourselves. And air con when it eventually worked wasn’t very good. Price of romantic package upgrade wasn’t worth the money.

The apartment had luxury to it , the facilities were excellent and it was very comfortable. Our apartment was very clean, with cooking equipment. Big thanks to’ Booking. Com, don it again. I also like to say, big thank you to our friendly staff’ Waly smooth booking in and a great smile. I like that.

Not that there was anything to not like, but there was everything to like.

I enjoy staying here every time I travel to Birmingham, the apartments are cosy. I booked a room and was not impressed by the cleanliness of it so called reception and they immediately upgraded my room and apologised, me and my partner were very grateful at the service we had received. Also the Nisa Local thats connected to the hotel is a nice touch, comes in very handy. Look forward to my next stay.

There is not much to not like to be honest.

The location to the city centre shops, restaurants etc is great a couple of minutes and you’re right in the thick of it. We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The staff were so friendly and helpful whatever you needed nothing was too much for them. There’s access to a shop next door open until 2am. The apartment itself was very clean & spacious we didn’t spot anything we needed that wasn’t there. Everything has been thought of.

The only thing I would say the front of the hotel is on a busy main road. Our room was on the other side so unsure what it would be like to try and have the windows open at night whilst trying to sleep.

Fantastic size for the 2 of us. With the insane weather that week I was so glad I booked somewhere with Aircon and where you had more to the room than just a bed to sit on. Great to have the shop downstairs where you could also fill up the ice bucket from the room. Fully functioning kitchen and the bathroom and toiletries were lovely. Perfect location in terms of city centre and not too noisy from outside.

The rooms aren't particularly well soundproofed from within. You can hear a lot from rooms nearby.
