We did not get an upgraded room as per the booking.com reservation The fact that we were there during the earthquake on the 10 of August and their emergency exits were full of bags, packs of towels, boxes and a ladder.. all blocking the stairs needed to run before the building could have collapsed. The toilet, the basing and shower are not private at all and your partner can see your underwear, hear your farts and watch you every time you wash or brush your teeth.. room was not spacious at all... even though we were meant to have a free upgrade

The room is tiny, no windows, no night light, and the bathroom is completely enclosed in glass. So if you are showering and someone is using the toilet, you can see each other. Weird

ATENCION:HAY HABITACIONES SIN VENTANAS DE DIMENSIONES MINIMAS, algo que no avisan. En mi caso ibamos un grupo familiar con reserva de mas de 10 habitaciones. Al ver la habitacion sin ventana y espacio que me dieron para mi marido e hijo les explique que no cabiamos en ella, y me enseñaron otra mas grande para que entraramos. Mi sorpresa fue que al llegar por la noche querian aplicarme un cargo extra sin previo aviso por la mañana... otra falta de informacion mas. Y finalmente... no nos avisaron de que si no pones en la puerta el cartel que tienes dentro de la habitacion no te cambiaran las toallas ni haran la cama. En nuestro caso nos quedamos sin hacer la habitacion casi todos.... en definitiva . Un absoluto desastre y muy lejos de ser un hotel 4 estellas. No suelo escribir nunca salvo para poner cosas buenas y pero en todo lo que he viajado jamas me he encontrado algo asi. Ya les informe alli que iba a escribir una reseña desfavorable, para que al menos , evite a mas gente que le pase como a mi. Hay mucha alternativa de hospedaje cercana y similar en precio, por lo que no merece especialmente la pena hospedarse aqui. No creo que les vaya muy bien si siguen asi.

No privacy del bagno, che non era una "stanza" separata ma aperta nel resto della stanza. Pareti delle stanze molto sottili, che in alcuni casi hanno fatto sentire rumori provenienti dalle stanze accanto. Colazione buona ma sempre uguale, quindi stando più giorni puó diventare ripetitiva.

No me gustó es que en las fotos ponen piscina o yacuzzi y al llegar ahí te indican que es un valor adicional ($) a pagar por persona para poder hacer uso de aquello, osea publicidad engañosa, no me gustó el baño no se tiene privacidad debe ser junto la ducha con la taza no que quede de lado a lado osea fatal 🥲 el aire acondicionado goteaba y me mojó la ropa pero no me quejé porque no tienen número para llamar a recepción desde arriba había que bajar y que pereza

El aire acondicionado gotea, al menos el que nos tocó a nosotros. El ruido… es una consecuencia de la ubicación pero se enfatiza más porque las ventanas tienes como unos respiraderos que no cierran y hacen que entre más ruido. Así mismo pudimos descansar todas las noches bien.

We didn’t enjoy the tour the hotel recommended. The guide was very rude and I didn’t even get to sit with my partner for the entire partner. People had taken over several seats with bags and we asked if we could sit together but the guide never helped us do that - we were the last to be picked up for the tour. This was super disappointing as I needed my partners help to translate and I felt I missed a lot because of this

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, caminable a sitios de interés, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a colaborar, el desayuno está rico aunque podría ser un poco mas variado, las instalaciones del primer piso que cuentan como zona común tambien son muy agradables.
La habitación es extremadamente pequeña, los baños igualmente, adicional las paredes de los baños son en vidrio, lo que da un ambiente particular sin contar que es incomodo si uno viaja con amigos y no con pareja. la ventana de la habitación es diminuta, los enchufes quedan lejos de donde podrían ser utiles para conectar el telefono o algo adicional. las habitaciones tampoco son muy iluminadas.

The bed is extremely noisy, to the point that it is impossible to sleep. Any movement causes very loud sounds. The bathroom is also very small, and the toilet was not properly cleaned. There were visible urine splashes on the glass wall left by the previous guest.

En alguna habitación no hay ventanas, ni tampoco secador de pelo. Ya lo comenté en recepción pero es más de lo normal que el servicio de limpieza haga mucho ruido sin necesidad. Entiendo estén trabajando pero en silencio dependiendo a qué horas se agradecería. El bar podría estar abierto más tiempo para poder tomar algo de manera habitual.
