Oh my gosh… what a stay. Broadwick Soho absolutely nailed the guest experience from start to finish. It's one of those hotels where you genuinely feel looked after, rather than simply checked in and out. The hospitality was exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, every member of staff was warm, attentive and incredibly helpful. What stood out most was that this level of care didn't disappear once checkout was approaching. Even on my last day, the team remained just as engaged and accommodating, which made the experience feel genuinely hospitable rather than transactional. A special thank you to Greg from the Guest Experience team, who truly embodies what great hospitality looks like. His warmth, attentiveness and genuine care were a huge part of why this experience stood out. Team members like Greg are exactly what transform a beautiful hotel into one guests can't wait to return to. The pre-departure check-in was such a thoughtful touch. On my final evening, the hotel called my room simply to ask whether I needed any assistance before checking out the next day. It's a small gesture, but one that says a lot about how much they value the guest experience. The interiors are stunning. Every space feels bold, colourful and full of personality. The design is vibrant without ever feeling overwhelming, and every corner of the hotel feels intentional. The location is hard to beat. Right in the heart of Soho, you're within walking distance of some of London's best restaurants, bars, theatres and shopping. I also found it incredibly easy to explore neighbouring areas like Mayfair without relying heavily on transport. It was very peaceful. Despite being in one of London's busiest and most energetic neighbourhoods, both the rooms and the public spaces were remarkably quiet. Once inside, it felt like a calm retreat from the buzz outside.

Honestly... nothing. Every touchpoint felt thoughtful, the service remained consistent throughout my stay and I left feeling exactly how a great property should make you feel. They've certainly earned a returning guest in me. I have no doubt that I will be back.

We stayed at the end of our 2.5 week trip, and kept commenting that it was our favorite hotel. It was clean, well designed, and so considered. We felt really taken care of and will choose Broadwick next time we’re in London!

The most incredible fit out. Absolutely stunning. Stay here if you want the wow factor. Wow doesn’t come cheap but then the fit out is next level amazing and I think beats many of the established fancy hotels at a similar price point. And while the restaurant and bar is open to the public, there is an equally breathtaking room reserved just for guests. My room was nice too. I didn’t upgrade. But it’s the public spaces, hallways, lift, even the toilets that make this such an exceptional hotel.

At this price, breakfast should be included as should the mini bar. Add it into the price and it would make guests feel more valued. A welcome cocktail on arrival would help to settle in too. Had I not asked for a hotel tour, I am not sure I would have been told about the guest lounge either. Finally, walking into a hotel for the first time with a ‘welcome back’ is very disingenuous when i am arriving for the first time. I could tell it was an automated response. But staff were all lovely even if told my breakfast was included when it wasn’t.

Trying to find and keep a seat at the terrace bar was a joke...i am paying guest and was made to feel less important than someone off the street Apparently our room was an upgrade on m booking, there was not even a dressing table for my partner to do her make and things

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The room was beautiful, the bed was SO comfortable, the hotel was exquisitely styled from top to bottom. The breakfast was excellent, the staff across the Flute, Nook and Dear Jacky were all so friendly, attentive and very well trained, the door staff were so helpful. This is a proper 5 star hotel. There’s no pool, gym, leisure facilities - it’s 5 star based on quality. My new favourite London hotel! Will be back…

Room rate is expensive compared to competitors

The room was beautifully decorated, although small. The hotel was central for everything, so I couldn't fault it. Breakfast was amazing. Staff very friendly, and couldnt do enough for you.

We stayed in room 101, and there was a noise constantly through the night that sounded like a lift system. I did say something but nothing was really said. I think the toilets on the bottom floor could have been cleaner. We went on the last day to use them and they were dirty - not what you would have expected for the £1000 we spent on two nights stay. Also the service charges on everything was a bit steep - bearing in mind what was paid for the weekend.
