Reviewed Sep 3, 2026This is an exceptional hotel with first class service and delicious food. It’s now our favourite London hotel and we will definitely return. The staff could not have done more. Javier looked after us at the start and every member of staff was thoughtful and attentive. For once a totally faultless stay in a hotel where undoubtedly the customer is their first priority. Many thanks to all who made our stay so memorable.

Some hotel staff members are not at the required level for supposably one of the best hotels in London. The breakfast dining room is as beautiful as a painting however the breakfast its self needs improvement. The open buffet is very limited.

Nota 10. Além disso, a localização é fantástica, a rua liga Westmister a Trafalgar Square. Adorei e recomendo.
Tudo perfeito, gostei de tudo.
