The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive to my messages. The decor was modern and stylish and colorful. I love the purple chairs in the lobby and the neon light in the corner of our room gave a little pop of color. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge! It has the vibe of a night club, it's very lively. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The location is nice for walking around, shopping, and The Globe, The London Eye, all with in a half hour stroll.

The view was meh. even though at check in the man said he gave us an upgrade, the view certainly wasn't upgraded. All we saw was a courtyard, but we were only there for 1 night.

The staff here were all incredibly welcoming and made it so relaxing and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, Aris helped us get settled in and took care of everything we needed during our stay.

The place was beautiful with such a relaxed cool vibe. The staff were extremely attentive and lovely. The room was spacious and modern, very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The food at Gordon Ramsay restaurant was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the board in the lobby with all the quotes on - the quote changed regularly and we always looked forward to what it would say when we passed! I genuinely can't fault anything about this hotel. We adored it and had a wonderful stay!

We did wish there was a hot tub/pool at the spa, just a steam room and treatments available.

The staff was indifferent and unmotivated. Most of the hotel's leisure areas were closed for private events, and we felt like we were in the way. The pillows didn't smell good (though the linens themselves were clean). A 5-star hotel that doesn't even provide water in the room—there’s just a water dispenser in the hallway, like in an American motel. We booked a big room with patio.The patio was neglected, ugly, and wedged between office buildings. Overall: a disappointment.

We have stayed here now a couple of times. Everytime we stay here we love it more. So clean, lots of space in the rooms and around the hotel. Very friendly staff!

Room and bathroom were spacious with a nice chair for reading and resting. The room had good soundproofing and was great for sleeping. Sheets and pillows were very comfortable! Walking distance to many nice restaurants and transportation options. The hotel is nicely scented. The big plus was the water dispenser by the elevators that included sparking and still option!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, an der Themse, zu Fuss können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht werden! Subway in der Nähe, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer. 2 Bar's im Haus.

Die Speisen, sowohl im Restaurant als auch in der Bar waren sehr gut. Leider gibt es keine Speisenangebote für Vegetarier/Veganer.

We made a last minute booking but apparently when we arrived at check in, it took forever for us to get our room card due to the booking marked as a ‘no-show’. We requested a late check in at 1pm which was approved but we had house keeping come into our room three times which affected our sleep.

I really liked how clean the rooms were, and especially enjoyed the bathtubs. The fizzy water fountain was also a nice touch. We booked connecting rooms, which was really convenient and something that was difficult to find at other hotels. My wife and I also really enjoyed hanging out at the upper-floor bar. Having a DJ and dance music created a fun atmosphere, and they had good drinks and some nice snacks as well. The location was amazing—very central and convenient, making it easy to get out, explore, and do things around the city.

The check-in took a little longer than expected. We waited around 5–6 minutes after arriving as there was only one person at the front desk helping guests. The breakfast was also just basic and nothing special. I had stayed at the nearby Novotel and Waldorf, and I found the breakfast there to be much better.

Fantastic hotel, it has a very cool vibe and is in a great location only a 10 minute walk from Waterloo and right on the riverside. The staff were amazing, customer service was excellent. The room was so comfortable, the bed was huge with super soft sheets and the marble bathroom was gorgeous with lovely products to use and a big, powerful shower. We will definitely be back!

Corridors a little dark, new restaurant for breakfast staff did very well for first use, on paper it probably looks fine but in practice needs refining, not enough room to pass people at some points, first days really could have done with some more team members working, those that were there working way too hard to keep it moving. But well done to them all.

Good location for London South Bank (Waterloo Station and Tate Modern). Funky nautical design in public areas. Nice spacious modern room, comfortable bed and quiet location. Good (but not great) breakfast in the new Gordon Ramsey Restaurant.

It wasn't cheap but probably good value for the location. The view from our room was of an internal courtyard.

This hotel is amazing, it's stylish, comfortable and welcoming. All the staff without exception were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was perfect with an amazing view of the Thames and St Pauls. The 12th floor bar is worth a visit, great cocktails and stunning views. Location wise it's hard to beat with easy walking to many of the sights of London.

It's a shame the restaurant was shut when we stayed, it was one of the reasons we booked Sea Containers in the first place as we'd eaten there before but understand that refurbishments have to take place sometime and we'll be back to try the new Gordon Ramsey restaurant!

The atmosphere at this hotel is truly extraordinary — fresh, youthful and sophisticated, while at the same time incredibly vibrant and full of life. The food is absolutely incredible, and the staff truly made our experience exceptional from beginning to end. Our suite, with its two balconies overlooking the River Thames, was simply breathtaking. The view was so close and immersive that it almost felt as though we were right on the river. Waking up to magnificent views of St Paul’s Cathedral and the iconic London skyline was simply magical, especially in the evening when the city lit up.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area and offers beautiful views of the River Thames. It is an excellent choice for guests who appreciate calm surroundings, relaxing walks and scenic river views. The staff were excellent, welcoming and very attentive. They genuinely cared about our comfort and made every effort to fulfil our requests.

The breakfast selection was rather limited and could benefit from more variety.

3rd time staying here. Great location by the river and lovely holiday vibe on the Southbank. Extremely clean , quiet rooms, great atmosphere in hotel and comfortable bed and room. The staff are outstanding, special shout out to Natalie on the desk and Christian in the Lyaness who went the extra mile.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in and they managed to get us our two adjoining rooms within 45 mins. The view of the river and London City from our room was beautiful and unexpected. The room itself was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The shower was great and the bath amenities delightful. Our teen boys appreciated having their own room with their own beds, which adjoined to ours. The location of this hotel was maybe the best part, as we were able to walk anywhere in London from this location. Plus its proximity to Waterloo and Blackfriars made it easy to catch the underground or a train.

We ate one morning at the breakfast buffet, which seemed very overpriced for what it offered, although the food was good. There was really not much to not like.

Algo único a lo que le podría pega es que al no ser una habitación con vistas al río, es bastante oscura, necesitando un artificial incluso durante el día. Por lo demás muy contenta.

The location of the hotel was excellent right at Southbank and the property itself is stylish, modern, clean and luxuriously comfortable. I've stayed here three times now and will always stay here when in London.

A minor inconvenience was that the modern design of the shower only has a half glass pane which requires some maneuvering to ensure the entire bathroom doesn't get wet when in use.

Location was brilliant but the outstanding part of the hotel is the staff, every single person was wonderful!!

Stock des Hotels haben einen stattlichen Preis, sind es aber wert: grandioser Ausblick, unheimlich viel Platz, sehr sauber, 2 Balkone, 2 WCs, 2 TV, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, unlimitiert kaltes Wasser in einem Spender am Gang und ein eigenes Suite-Team… der Service des Suite-Team war ab Ankunft perfekt und sie haben versucht, all unsere Wünsche innerhalb von Minuten zu lösen… Kontakt nach dem einchecken per WhatsApp was die Kommunikation unheimlich erleichtert hat, insbesondere beim buchen von Eintrittskarten oder touren über das Hotel… wir hatten quasi ständig die Möglichkeit, dem Team Fragen zu stellen und Wünsche zu äußern. Bequem dann alles auf die Zimmerrechnung. Das hotel selbst ist in optimaler Lage (7 Gehminuten von Waterloo Station, unmittelbar an der Promenade wo sich immer was tut), hat ein tolles Restaurant/Frühstücksbereich mit Terrasse und eine sensationelle Rooftop Bar mit Blick in den Sonnenuntergang! Und wer mal nicht unter Leuten essen möchte, dem sei der Room Service empfohlen: sehr flott und das Essen ist wunderbar !

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ma ci sono alcuni aspetti che, a mio avviso, potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere l’esperienza degli ospiti ancora più completa. La moquette della camera non era perfettamente pulita e, soprattutto, ho trovato carente la presenza di informazioni pratiche all’interno della stanza. Non erano disponibili istruzioni chiare su come utilizzare al meglio il televisore, il sistema di illuminazione o la cassaforte, né indicazioni facilmente consultabili sugli orari della colazione e sugli altri servizi offerti dall’hotel. È un peccato, perché la struttura dispone di servizi interessanti che rischiano di passare inosservati. Per esempio, ho scoperto solo piuttosto tardi che al piano -1 è presente anche un cinema. La programmazione era indicata su un cartello collocato su una colonna vicino al corridoio che conduce al ristorante, in una posizione che personalmente ho trovato poco visibile. Sarebbe molto utile trovare in camera un piccolo flyer, una brochure oppure un QR code con tutte le informazioni essenziali: orari, ristoranti e bar, cinema e relativa programmazione, spa e altri servizi disponibili, oltre a semplici istruzioni per le dotazioni della camera. Sono piccoli accorgimenti, ma farebbero una grande differenza, soprattutto in una struttura di questo livello, permettendo agli ospiti di conoscere e sfruttare pienamente tutto ciò che l’hotel offre.

Die Lage ist super direkt an der Themse. Die Erreichbarkeit ist gut und das Personal wirklich freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktional ausgestattet. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Öffenbare Fenster wären schön gewesen, aber die Klimaanlage war gut platziert und gut einzustellen. Die Service Charge am Ende (% vom Zimmerpreis) hatte ich nicht erwartet und wurde nicht genau erklärt, das finde ich schade.

I thought the staff was wonderful I enjoyed the cold water on my floor and the little flicker thing that gave me a new saying everyday or every few minutes if you waited.

I know it's a cultural thing but I did want ice available but our phone didn't work in our room luckily our friends did so it wasn't a problem.

Second time going to this hotel, find it a perfect location and a lovely spot in London.
