Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Check in instructions could be clearer. Called the host early asking for parking lot as according to instructions written in booking.com but host asked me to Whatsapp on arrival, which was before 10pm. On arrival, my call wasn't answered and Whatsapp messages were not read neither. As I got almost scammed before booking via booking.com before, I got really frustrated thinking this would be my 2nd time, especially after long travelling from morning till late night, I was really urging for a nice shower and rest, not to mention my partner were actually not feeling well. Finally, went to asked at their reception and luckily that was the procedure, after certain hour (was much earlier than mentioned), key can be collected at the reception. Secondly, I got confused that my room will be a studio apartment but ended up was just a regular room which is quite small, after going through all the procedures like renting a whole apartment unit, long wait for lift, parking lot that you need to turn to 6th floor on the multi storey parking, can say 12 floors as they split each floors to A & B. Bottom line, I could spend the same amount or even less to get a hotel room with a lot less trouble getting to my room. Definitely no return!!

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026The room has a nice city view. Air conditioner, smart TV, kitchenette and wifi make your stay very comfortable. This place is very secure and quiet.
Lifts may take considerably long to come to you, or to get you where you want to go especially during peak hours. No laundry facility - washing machine as depicted in the pictures

The host was extremely helpful with anything we needed and very accommodating whenever we had questions, concerns, or small issues. Communication was smooth and they made sure we were always comfortable throughout our stay. ( the host always replied fast which was amazing) Overall, it was a really positive experience, and because of the excellent customer service, we decided to extend our stay for another 30 days. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

It is not acceptable for the same housekeeping staff to clean the bathroom, furniture, kitchen tools, and bed using the same hands and equipment. Proper hygiene procedures must be followed. Therefore, training for the housekeeping team is highly required. In addition, there is a drainage problem in the basin that needs to be fixed.

Security guard/doorman pictured below mocked my (western) girlfriend in gym, and quizzed her on my whereabouts when she entered without me, refusing to let go of her hand after trying to shake it. Also, the gym is dirty with no cleaning equipment or tissue in sight. The room is ok but the sofa is horrible. Also, you have to fight if you want a second key fob, which is essential if you want to be able to even use the lift within the building separately. I’d give it a miss.

The 3pm check-in time is extremely rough after flying for over 30 hours and arriving at 8am. The waiting area had zero restrooms. No complementary water, coffee, tea or anything other than chairs to wait for a mass check-in. Customer care needs to show up again in lodging...
