Kleine Dinge, wie eben fehlende Haken im Badezimmer oder das das Bett relativ hart war. Allerdings betrifft das auch das individuelle Empfinden weswegen das keinen Punktabzug rechtfertigen würde.

Estaba cerca de muchos sitios de interés, a los que se puede ir andando. La habitación era espaciosa y nos añadieron una cama supletoria gratis.

Había poca presión de agua en la ducha, y la cama era un poco dura.

Me gustó la rapidez del check in, esta cerca del centro, la piscina. Es de los mejores apartahoteles que hemos estado en Kuala lumpur en cuanto a instalaciones

La cama es un poco dura, y olía un poco el desagüe. Pero la vez anterior que estuvimos, al ser otra habitación no olía!

Großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Küche und Couch. Gepäck konnte am Eingang (gegen Gebühr) deponiert werden.

Verwirrend war, dass es in dem Gebäude auch ein Hotel hab, das aber nicht mit denn Apartments zusammenhängt. Die Rezeption ist aber die selbe. Für Zusatzwünsche wie getrennte Bettdecken wurde man an der Rezeption an eine Telefonnummer verweisen. Der Rooftop Pool schließt bei Schlechtwetter und war seicht und kalt.

Manque de sécurité ( pickpocket qui descendent des ascenseurs et nous ont volés alors qu’on peut logiquement accéder aux ascenseurs qu’avec une carte). Devoir payer un supplément pour le nettoyage de la chambre

Habitaciones amplias, el complejo en sí muy limpio, la piscina y las vistas espectaculares. Las vistas de nuestra habitación eran impresionantes.

Heerlijk zwembad op de 37e verdieping, prima kamer en mogelijkheid tot ontbijtbuffet (€6 pp). Locatie echt top! Hotel ligt pal naast de KL Tower en de ingang van het KL Eco Forest Park. Lopend naar Bukit Bintang ben je ongeveer 25 min onderweg.

Er zijn erg weinig ligbedjes aan het zwembad, waardoor het niet uitnodigt om daar een middagje te liggen… jammer, want het uitzicht is echt prachtig! Verder is de kamer wel wat verouderd en kwam er 2 dagen een enorme rioollucht uit het doucheputje.

楼下柜台 的厕所 是在 很臭 真的需要争强卫生 或者 保持 空气清新 这个也是第二次 这样了 办checking 的时候 很刺鼻 非常臭 还是一样 一进大厅都是大便味道 🤦🏼‍♂️

Location was great for me, walkable for most things. Room was modern and-well presented.

My only main was the constant noise. Doors slamming throughout the night and early hours. Also people letting their very young children run around screaming late at night!

It's... Okay. Just okay. A room for a LOT of improvement!

The photos of the pool are probably what is selling this place to people but if you're out for most of the day exploring KL you won't have much of a chance to use it anyway as it closes early - same as the gym - and the staff are GRUMPY!! It's very much a serviced apartment so don't expect much and communication between the third parties is very frustrating. Multiple individual people asked for receipt of payment more than several times, even knocking on the door at 7am and it was either utter incompetence or a borderline scam, to be honest. It also wasn't very clean and the air con didn't work reliably at all. The location is awful with no shops or transport nearby. I'm certain people are offered money off their next stay for a more favourable review (I was sent a message after we checked out about this) but I won't be going back. Usually these things wouldn't bother me and I'd just get on with it but all together, it just was not good and I wish I'd known!

Las vistas son espectaculares. El gimnasio y la piscina están muy bien. Tiene una cafetería y un combini en la puerta.

La ducha no tiene cortina y se empapa todo el baño. El ruido del aire acondicionado es insoportable de noche. Los ascensores son muy lentos y hay pocos para lo grande que es el edificio. Te mandan un correo ofreciéndote un descuento si les puntúas bien, en fin...

Sitio muy bonito, con unas vistas increíbles al skyline. Estábamos en la planta 35 con unas vistas increíbles nocturnas a la ciudad

Todo estaba perfecto

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la piscina all’ultimo piano molto bella anche se ci sono solo 5 lettini e negli orari di punta molte persone sono con i teli per terra. C’è la palestra e zone relax.

Non ci sono ristoranti nei pressi dell’hotel, ma con grab o a 10 minuti a piedi si trova scelta.

las vistas de la habitación eran increibles, la cama cómoda, la habitación en sí era estupenda tamaño grande, y con baño y pequeña concina todo equipado fantasticamente. Tiene un infinity-pool que depende de l ahora que vayas puede ser para ti, o estar lleno de gente. Tiene una pequeña tienda de esenciales en recepcion, y una carrito para cafes!

La hora de entrada es demasiado tarde, aunque puedes dejar la maleta, estaría bien que la adelantaran un poco. El tema de la fianza es un poco complejo.

Hotel spaziale. A poco prezzo un hotel praticamente in centro con piscina a sfioro, stanza stupenda con vista sulla klc tower e petronas towers. Personale disponibile e posizione più che ottima.

Assolutamente niente

Ci hanno dato la camera 23, odorava di fogna, un odore insopportabile; la camera è piccola e la piscina ha giusto 5 sdrai, pertanto ti ritrovi con gli asciugamani sulle piante e non hai modo di rilassarti. Onestamente per il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo un buon servizio e, soprattutto, che la camera non odorasse di fogna. Richiedono inoltre una cauzione di 50€, mai successo in tutti i viaggi fatti; l’ascensore è lento e ti ritrovi a perdere parecchio tempo.

Les points négatifs : - personnel pas très sympathique - la climatisation qui fuit - ascenseurs très longs - appartement moins confortable que sur les photos

Vista dalla piscina e dalla camera

Vetri della camera completamente sporchi e con macchie. Camera davvero piccola e soffocante. Piscina completamente disorganizzata, alle 15 non avevo teli da darci per asciugarci e se ne sono fregati. lettini due di numero, la gente si sedeva in terra. Attesa infinita per prendere le ascensori, nella lobby c’era sempre una coda senza senso.

La posizione è perfetta, a 15 min da chinatown e 15 min da KLCC. La stanza è spaziosa e con una vista molto bella, tutto pulitissimo. La piscina è aperta fino a 00 ed è possibile prendere in drink nella terrazza. La consiglio assolutamente!

A volte si aspetta un pò tanto agli ascensori

La piscina è bellissima e anche la vista sulla città dalla camera. Lo staff della security è gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono

Odore fortissimo di urina proveniente dalla fogna in bagno, le pareti della camera sono sottilissime e non è possibile riposare se i vicini parlano ad alta voce. Il servizio custodia bagagli è a pagamento (il prezzo è comunque basso)

Las vistas del hotel y que estaba cerca del centro

Cuando llegamos se habían equivocado de habitación y en vez de ponerme una cama de matrimonio con el sofá me habían puesto una cama de matrimonio y una cama al lado para un niño. Las ventanas estaban muy sucias y el cuarto olía mal. No teníamos toallas ni siquiera. Bajamos a que nos hicieran el cambio de habitación ya que había sido un error y no me la quisieron cambiar porque ala hora que era ya no había staff y que volviese al día siguiente. Tuve que bajar otra vez a que me diesen toallas ya que no teníamos y también nos pusieron problemas. El cuarto no es como en las fotos está muy descuidado y sucio. La lámpara no funcionaba. El personal fue muy desagradable y poco atento. Llegamos alas 11 de la noche cansados del vuelo y no nos ayudaron nada, solo nos pusieron problemas. Cuando llegamos también nos pidieron el recibo del hotel y tuve que ponerme a buscarlo, cosa que deberían de tener ellos ya. Espero que el depósito de 200myr que te hacen pagar por transferencia bancaria me llegue en los 7 días siguientes como han prometido.

Pulizia vetri non curata, è un peccato perchè rovina la vista. C'è un solo ristorante a bordo piscina e la cucina chiude alle 23. Coda per prendere l'ascensore: ce ne sono solo 4 per 39 piani di hotel.

La ubicació és molt bona i l’habitació tenia bones vistes. És molt fàcil la recollida de grab. Té un supermercat petit que és molt útil. La piscina i el sky garden estan molt bé.

Només hi ha 4 ascensors, en hores puntes cal esperar. Les parets son molt fines i s’escolta tot. L’habitació era diferent a la foto, la nostra no tenia el banc sota la finestra. La neteja tampoc era excel.lent.

Prettig verblijf gehad! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi zwembad. Handige plek om door taxi's opgehaald te worden.

Vooral een opstapeling van kleine dingen die verbeterd kunnen worden. Geen douchegordijn. De hele badkamer incl WC werd nat zodra je ging douchen. Schimmel achter de wastafel en Lang wachten op de lift. Weinig plek om handdoeken op te hangen (om te drogen). Weinig plek bij het zwembad om je spullen te laten.

Niet schoon, mega gehorig, afbeeldingen kwamen niet bepaald overheen. Heel lang wachten bij de liften ivm drukte.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very spacious, modern and clean with added perks of a washing machine and Netflix. The rooftop infinity pool was fantastic with incredible views of the city and the cafe is lovely too. It is in a very good location for easily exploring the city. We would highly recommend

La habitación era bastante cómoda.

Llegamos a las 14:45 y no nos permitieron hacer el cheking hasta justo las 15:00. Tratándose de 15m y teniendo ya disponible la habitación no sé entiende, a no ser que interese mas que se pague ppr dejar las maletas. Las vistas de la piscina son bastante normales. Es una zona sin ningún servicio en los alrededores.

Dit hotel in Kuala Lumpur biedt een verblijf met zowel hoogtepunten als duidelijke verbeterpunten. De ligging is uitstekend, wat het verkennen van de stad erg gemakkelijk maakt. Vanuit de kamer genoten we van een prachtig uitzicht, en de kamer zelf was goed uitgerust, wat bijdroeg aan een comfortabel verblijf. Ook het zwembad was proper en bood een fantastisch uitzicht, een fijne plek om te ontspannen na een dag sightseeing.

Helaas waren er ook enkele minpunten die de algehele ervaring beïnvloedden. Het was teleurstellend dat we moesten betalen om onze rugzakken achter te laten na het uitchecken. In de badkamer was er sprake van geurhinder, wat niet prettig was. De geluidsisolatie liet te wensen over, waardoor we last hadden van omgevingsgeluiden. Het ontbijt was duur en viel qua smaak tegen. Tot slot was het aantal ligbedjes bij het zwembad met slechts vier stuks veel te beperkt voor het grote aantal gasten, wat leidde tot teleurstelling. Ondanks de fijne locatie en het mooie uitzicht, zijn de genoemde minpunten wel iets om rekening mee te houden bij het boeken van dit hotel.

Уютный и просторный номер, где есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отзывчивый персонал, готовый помочь в любую минуту. Прекрасный вид из окна, классный бассейн и тренажерный зал. Много уединенных мест для отдыха

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour se rendre au night market, pavillon .. bureau de change a 200 m , Watson a 200 m également Service de consigne dans l'hôtel très utile si l'on se rend dans une île. Super piscine avec vue époustouflante

Lo unico bueno que tiene este hotel es la ubicación, y poca cosa más realmente... Las zonas comunes podrian ser preciosas si estubieran mejor cuidadas pero el mantenimiento no entra en sus planes... Un hotel que podria tener muchas posibilidades pero esta 0 cuidado. La piscina muy bonita pero el agua bastante sucia, y solo 5 tumbonas para el volumen de gente que se acomula en ella!! Espacio para dejar tus cosas mega insuficiente.

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que parecia una pesadilla. Nada que ver con las fotos que anuncian. Vieja, sucia a más no poder ( no solo de polvo, sino de manchas y sabanas sucias) y encima con cucarachas incluídas. Nada mas llegar nos salió una de debajo de la cama. Las sábanas manchadas de vete tu a saber que y llena de pelos. Del asco que me dió puse una labadora y todo. Cuando vi que era inviable dormir allí por el asco que sentí fuimos a quejarnos a recepción con las fotos que hice y un cogín manchado para que viesen lo sin verguenzas que eran de dar una habitación en estas condiciones. Entonces nos cambiaron a otra mejor ( mas moderna y más limpia, o al menos las sabanas) aunque el mantenimiento tambien bastante deficiente y la cama llena de muelles que por la noche no sabia como ponerme porque se me clavaban por todos lados. Les pongo un 3 porque almenos tubieron la decencia de cambiarnos de habitación (que no era para menos). En definitiva, para mi fue una pesadilla llegar de mas de 10 horas de viaje en avión, por la noche y cansada y que me encontrase con semejante panorama. Para nada recomendaria alojarse aqui.

Hotel molto bello e moderno, dista 10 min a piedi dal central market. Letti grandi e molto comodi, cucinino in camera se si desidera arrangiarsi un pranzo o una cena. La piscina all’ultimo piano è molto grande e con vista della città.

Il check in anticipato costa 50RM, e se voleste lasciare i bagagli in hotel è necessario pagare il deposito 5RM a bagaglio, che non è molto (circa 1€)

Lights blinking in 13a floor , called to service center was told to wait, the staff coming. After more than half hour waiting they said the staff in the lift going to my room, still they are lying, later I go to front counter from there they call the service center and they agree to change room, and my god the room in 18th floor is without towel, I have to get back to 13a floor to get the towel. And the worst part is that the staff came to my room at about 23:45pm to ask for room card. They should have alert me through SMS. Hope the management will look very seriously about the system and the staff.

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda al centro, che è raggiungibile a piedi. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, la piscina ha una vista molto bella. La camera era molto ampia e spaziosa

È una struttura ricettiva molto frequentata, c’è sempre un gran via vai di gente e usufruire degli spazi comuni può non essere molto rilassante. Non troppa cura in alcuni dettagli: un solo asciugamano, non c’è pulizia della stanza se non su richiesta e a pagamento. La stanza avrebbe necessitato di un po’ di manutenzione in più

El desayuno, caro para ser en Kuala Lumpur y la calidad mala. Lo reservamos solo un día por este motivo.

Posizione comoda per muoversi in città. Terrazza spettacolare, peccato per la piscina chiusa nel periodo in cui siamo stati lì. Camera ampia e con vista sullo skyline. In generale una bella camera, peccato solo per qualche segno del tempo su pavimento e mobili.

Le camere non sono ottimamente insonorizzate, si sentivano spesso i vicini. Materasso scomodo, si sentivano le molle. Doccia da migliorare, si allagava il bagno non essendoci protezioni. Durante il soggiorno (3 giorni), le salviette non sono mai state cambiate, inoltre ne forniscono solo una per ospite.

Given dirty towels twice, and dirty bed sheets with strange stains when we first arrived. Had a washing machine in our room which did not work, we asked for it to be fixed and received no reply. Nowhere to hang stuff in bathroom. Only four lifts (and one was broken when we were there) for whole building leading to long waits.

Het zijn individueel ingerichte kamers. Je moet dus geluk hebben. In ons geval was het minder. Tafel en stoelen met gaten in de zitting. Één lamp op nachtkastje die het niet deed. Kast zonder hang gedeelte, wel hangers! Kamer was niet slecht maar zou niet mijn voorkeur hebben

La situation géographique proche du centre a pied

La remise des clés trop tardive, aucune alternative nous a été proposé pour patienter, nous avons attendu dans le lobby de 10h à 15 h de l'après midi après un vol de 15h, accès impossible a la piscine c'est dommage, alors que d'autres clients ont été installés à la piscine / bar / restaurant en attendant leur chambre . Le lit n'est pas confortable. Le reste du séjour accès a la piscine compliqué, plus de place sur les transat et aucune serviettes, quand nous avons voulu nous installer sur le bord de la piscine avec uniquement les pieds dans l'eau comme nous n'avions pas de quoi nous sécher, le garde nous a gentiment demandé de rentrer entièrement dans l'eau ou de partir .

What an awful experience! As a returning guest, I was let down like never before. Instead of the Signature Suite I had booked for our stay, we were given a cheap, budget room that isn’t even listed here! When I asked to be moved to the room I had actually booked, the staff managing the room were extremely rude and unhelpful. They claimed there were no other rooms available, so we had no choice but to stay in that budget room for the night and contact them the next morning after 9 AM. However, I checked myself and saw that Signature Suite rooms were available! I had to ask the receptionist to call or message them, as they had completely stopped responding to me at some point. Unbelievable service! I would not recommend this place at all. To make things worse, there was a cockroach running around in the bathroom. In the end, I only managed to get a room closer to what I had originally booked by 3 PM the next afternoon! I wasted so much time trying to fix a mistake that was entirely their fault. At reception, we were told that these complaints had happened often with this company. They refused to give us any refunds. I have decided to take further steps, as the attitude and negligence of the customer service team were absolutely unacceptable. Attaching some photos of the room we had got instead of the signature suit we had originally booked. The only reason for not giving even worse feedback is that at the end we had been moved to a room that was closer to what he had booked. However, still not the same…

It would have been nice to have a door between the toilet and shower room.

Die Lage ist gut, der Blick auf die Petronas Towers ist toll. Wohnung ist schon ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Der Rooftop Pool ist ebenfalls ok, allerdings gibt es dort keine Liegen oder so etwas.

Internet war unzuverlässig, generell war die Wohnung bereits sehr abgewohnt. Man konnte deutlich sehen, dass keine hochwertigen Materialien verwendet wurden. Das Personal am „Empfang“ war mit Abstand das unfreundlichste, das mir je begegnet ist.

Very nice and spacious apartment. We loved the infinity pool and the spacious room. More seating at the pool area could be foreseen however not a big deal.
