The TV channels

Lots of fixing was needed to the unit. There was a small dead cockroach on the floor when I am charged rm45 for cleaning fees and rm26.50 per night for property service . Wall paper peeling from the ceiling edges. Couch was stained. No floor towel for bathroom and when I asked for it, they said will send it the next day only. Bathroom bidet water faucet was leaking. Too many to list.

No thing to hang for towels and no hangar. Does not know why many cockroaches.

Floor mats and towels are provided upon request. The toilet has an unpleasant odor, which may be due to the drainage system. Additionally, the furniture appears to be moldy, and the television is not functioning. Car park charges are RM10 per day. Visitors are required to park in the designated visitor parking area and obtain a parking card upon entry. The parking card must be returned to the security guard each time. The guard repeatedly asks how many nights I am staying whenever I enter or exit the premises, which raises the question of whether visitor records are properly maintained.

Friendly Lobby and security staff, Location was near the Taman Rimba (went for a good morning jog almost everyday), Swimming pool was fantastic, a lot of shops and restaurants just on the entrance making it easy to buy food and groceries

The room has no bathroom Floor mat, especially after coming out of bathroom with wet feet, the master bedroom toilet light was flickering and no response to fix, the small bedroom ceiling fan was not working - send message to fix no one came, the wifi password was not working for me. Garbage bag was not replenished, luckily can buy own one from the convenient store below.

The date of check-in, the receptionist was not experienced, and her nationality seemed to be either Indian or Malay. After a long day of traveling for my business trip, I found that the bed was not properly cleaned. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I asked for assistance to call and book a restaurant, but they didn’t even support such a simple request. They also didn’t explain how to check out if you needed to leave early. Instead, they seemed more focused on their own gossip than paying attention to booking details. Now, even one week later, I still haven’t received my invoice to claim with my company. You should avoid staying here because of several issues: the noise disturbance at 6 a.m. from Muslim prayer, the difficulty in finding your unit, and the unpleasant smell in the reception toilet. Security and other outsiders mix freely in the area, together with the Indian restaurant next door, making the environment even more uncomfortable.

The person in charge informed me upon arrival that the room I booked had a leakage problem and insisted that I switch to a studio room. I was very upset because they only told me at the last minute, leaving me with no other option. In fact, I only received a booking confirmation number via email without any details about the room number. I explained to her that my family consists of four people, and a studio room with only one queen bed would not be enough. However, she kept insisting there were no other rooms available. Out of frustration, I raised my concern and told her that it was unreasonable for four people to share one queen bed, especially since I had already paid for a room with one queen bed and two single beds. Only after about five minutes did she suddenly say that another room was available and asked me to collect the key. When I entered the room, I was extremely disappointed. The smell of cigarette smoke was very strong, and even the bed sheets carried the odor. I had to open the window, switch on the air-conditioning, and use the fans just to ventilate the room. On top of that, the floor was sticky and clearly not properly cleaned. Overall, I am very disappointed with the management and the poor service provided

Cleanliness: The room could have been cleaner. Amenities: There were no towels provided in the room. Service: The check-in process was handled unprofessionally. Booking Issue: I made an incorrect booking, and no compromise solution was offered. Booked this place like two times for my mother in law but it was disappointed. Definitely not worth the money to stay at this place. Whoever thinks to book this place, think twice again. Management does not seem to know who are their manager name as well.

We were three people in two rooms. One room doesn't have air conditioning, only one window and ceiling fan, The size of the room was just 25sqft. After closing the door it's really tough to breathe how they give rent this room? Why not two standard bedroom was offered for us? The money we paid simply wastage.

Poor check-in. There was someone else in the room upon check-in and we had to wait for the room to be re-clean. After re-clean towels were also not provided. Have stayed 3 times over there but this round the service and standard is very poor.
