ibis Styles Sepang KLIA

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es ist nicht so einfach für "mitteleuropäische Preiserwartungen" ein "günstiges" Hotel in SIN zu finden. Dieses hier kommt aber sehr nahe. Der Preis und die damit verbundene Ausstattung war gut. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es gibt auch Trinkwasser im Zimmer, damit man sich als Europäer nicht den Magen verdirbt. Das ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Personal war sehr lieb und alles lief gut. Es gab nullkommanull zu beanstanden.

Es gibt im Grunde nichts zu meckern. In einer Stadt mit einer so hohen Bevölkerungsdichte ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass die Hotels eher durchschnittliche Zimmergrößen anbieten bei dem verlangten Preis. Ich als Vielreisender auf der ganzen Welt habe die Zimmer dann doch als "grenzwertig" klein empfunden. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Unterm Strich hat die Zimmergröße keinen Einfluss auf die Gesamtbewertung.

Air conditioning unit was broken and leaked all over the floor, I reported this on the middle of the night and there was no urgency to get us in to another room. Secondly, both rooms were dirty (hairs in bathroom, stained towels)

Liked the pool, breakfast was great with a lot of variety. We could hear children next door at 1030pm but our noise cancelling headphones helped. Bed very comfortable. Shuttle was great, once we knew where the pick up point was(phoned them)

We would have liked to know the pickup point for shuttle at the airport before we arrived. Otherwise we had a great stay thanks very much.

The welcome from the front desk staff. The staff in the breakfast area were always on hand to help with anything and greeted you with a smile.The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.The massages I received in the spa were exceptional.

Location is excellent for travelers as it’s less than 10 minutes from the airport by car. Nice gym and swimming pool. Breakfast is decent.

The comment is about room’s noise. There seems to be no sound proof at all. I heard everything from the guy next room or anyone walking in corridor. Believe it’s why they give ear plugs.

The swimming pool was one of the best I have ever experienced. Very large, warm water, beautifully lit up at night with night time swimming available. Cleanliness was excellent. Handy to have free bus transfer to airport. Staff friendly and courteous. Dinner was lovely.

Quite a small and basic room, bathroom also very small - some overnight noise from the corridor as people arrive and leave for flights at all hours.

Located near airport but in the middle of nowhere, essentially you're there to catch a flight the next day. Enjoyed the massage at the spa located on site.

Room is overpriced, including buffet meals. It was hard to figure out the tv including the casting of programs from my phone.

La habitación era cómoda, limpia, el personal muy atento y el desayuno genial. Nos pasó que perdimos la cartera allí y ellos la encontraron, nos la guardaron y nos la devolvieron.

We loved staying here as the staff was extremly friendly.Visva at the front counter was so friendly spoke to the manager and upgraded our room from standard to superior also extended the check out time till 1.00pm.Visva had the best customer service qualities.The room was modern and clean.Bathrom was also very new and clean.Loved the pizza we ordered at the restaurant.Loved the breakfast buffet with variety of food.This hotel offered the bonus airport shuttle bus was very comfortable and convienient.Overall this short stay before heading to the airport to get back home was very pleasant and relaxing stay.Once again big thank you to front office Visva!We will recommend to our friends and family!

Stayed there for a night to catch a flight. The room was great with enough space and facilities. I was not expecting the hotel to be so spacious and nice based on the fact that I expected people staying there to just spend the night to go catch their flight the next day but the hotel was great with an amazing pool and great spread for breakfast. Staff were very nice as well. The caddie service to the room along with the free coach every hour to the klia terminal 1 and 2 were a great advantage.

Room is big, pool is big, gym also very good open 24 hrs as long as I remember, breakfast varied. Hotel has shuttle bus, and it was a nice luxury shuttle bus going to the airport and also area surrounding hotel.

AMAZING swimming pool, it was like a resort. Nice temperature and large. Our family room was enormous; Beautiful decor and very comfortable. We had the best stopover and our bathers dried before our early morning flight, which was a bonus.

I had an injury so used Grab to get a ride and it was a lot further (in time) than I thought it would be. There was a water dispenser in our room that we couldn’t get to work.

Clean hotel in a great location, only 7 minutes from the airport, with a free airport shuttle. There’s also a free shuttle to a nearby shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. The pool is beautiful and spacious. A great choice for staying close to the airport!

Wasn't that easy to get to from the airport as the courtesy bus hours did not meet my arrival time and KL is hot and sticky when you first arrive. However getting back to the airport was easy with the courtesy bus.

Almost new airport hotel, a convenient short distance from KLIA. We had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay to break up our long journey to Australia from London . The late check-out at 5pm and the convenient airport bus shuttle service back to the airport were both much appreciated .

Despite being a nearly new hotel, the hand basin in the room was not free draining. Hopefully not all the rooms have the same problem.

It was close to KLIA and offered a shuttle service every 2-hours. The buffet breakfast was great - it offered a large selection of foods and barrister-made coffee. The rooms were spacious and staff were accomodating to any requests I made. The bed was large and comfortable. The was a lovely big clean pool which I wish I had used. In room-dining was appreciated after spending time travelling.

I had to inform the front desk that the room didn’t have toilet paper but they did bring some straight away. There was a lack of information in the room regarding the services the accomodation offered so I just googled the information I needed.

This ibis is different from the ones in one single block, it's resort style with rooms scattered over a large area. Staff didn't warn that the room they gave me was one of the furthest from the main block, which was isolated and a bit scary at night. For single female occupant this is not really considerate. I don't think the rooms are that full until the point they couldn't offer a nearer or more occupied block.

We used the hotel as a stopover from a flight from Europe through to NZ. So it was not a holiday. But the free shuttle service was great. The hotel was wonderful with a great pool which we really enjoyed. The food service was good and the staff were very very good. We extended our stay for the rest of the day because we had a late flight and we were charged what we felt was a reasonable charge for the extra hours we needed. So this was a great stop over for us. Must mention that when we arrived in the room quite late at night there was absolutely no toilet paper in the room and we had to ring up reception to get some. Not great. But it came quickly and with a smile so who can really complain about that?

Not much...mentioned the lack of toilet paper in the room when we checked in...

Piscina muy grande abierta hasta las 22:00. A 10 min en coche del aeropuerto. Dentro del hotel también hay gym, restaurante y centro de masajes. Cama cómoda.

Ottimo hotel vicino all’aeroporto, perfetto per una notte prima di un volo. Camera moderna, pulita e confortevole, struttura ben organizzata e personale gentile. Molto comoda anche la navetta per KLIA, soprattutto per partenze al mattino presto. Buona anche la possibilità di cenare direttamente in hotel senza doversi spostare. Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero valido, scelta pratica, tranquilla e senza stress vicino all’aeroporto.

Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Une très bonne adresse pour un séjour confortable à proximité de l’aéroport.

They charged me more then on the booking app, but it was all good. Happy to have a last moment bed at 3am after a long flight. Pricey compared to other “branded” hotels in the middle of KL.

La zona de la piscina era muy agradable. Las instalaciones están muy bien. La cama era cómoda.

El tejado de la zona de las habitaciones no aislaba del ruido, todo lo contrario. Al llover, caminar pájaros o animales sobre el tejado el ruido era muy fuerte y molesto.

Está al lado del aeropuerto, cerca caminando no hay nada, la piscina es muy bonita y comoda. Las instalaciones son geniales.

El personal del restaurante a la carta son muy antipáticos, sobretodo la chica dentro de la barra y el chico que servia. Para ser un hotel que al lado no hay nada no tienen ni helados y si traes un helado de fuera( una gasolinera que hay al lado) no te permiten comerlo ni en la piscina. Además es carísimo, un agua 5€ cuando en Malasia todo es baratísimo. Una vergüenza.

The hotel whilst close to KLIA Airports (by bus) it is a little remote. But saying this it is perfect for the traveler and we already discussed staying there each time we are flying out of Malaysia

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, besonders war, dass ein Wasserfilter im Zimmer bereit gestellt wurde. Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht zwischen 2 Flügen verbracht und konnten den Pool somit nicht nutzen, dieser war aber sehr groß und sah toll aus! Der Shuttle zum Flughafen hat super funktioniert, wir waren in 5 min da.

Das Essen war zum Teil nicht so gut. Ich hatte Magenprobleme danach. Die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig, das fanden wir aber nicht sehr störend.

They still haven’t paid back my deposit and my brothers who also stayed at this hotel. I’ve sent numerous emails regarding this but I have been completely ignored without a single response. Very unprofessional. It’s definitely concerning how they are getting away with this.

Very close to KLIA T1. Easily accessible by (free) shuttle bus or Grab taxi. The room was modern, clean, good facilities. Very comfortable for the overnight stay that I had.

The location is excellent because it is very close to KUL Airport. The grounds are spacious, well laid out & maintained. The pool area is huge & well designed & thebar/dining lounge is excellent with great a/c. Our room a/c was also terrific & kept our room comfortably cool no matter what the temperature reached outside. There was also a small convenience store 3-4 minutes' walk from the hotel. Lastly, the hotel operates a free courtesy shuttle bus service to the airport.

There is really nothing to dislike.
