Was close to the airport.

Staff had poor communication. The cot was not ready at check in my chid had to stay awake after a 2am checkin. The ac in the room was leaking all night. And the staff said we had a shuttle to the mall and back. On the way back the the pick up never came and we had to book a cab. And cause of that we missed our free shuttle to the airport.

the parking system very pathetic as a guest in the hotel i have to pay the parking rm40 when passing the parking toll as the intercom not responding at all. each time going through the parking toll i have to use intercom to pass. the receptionist told the hotel is using the third party company and i suggest to improving the system or change the parking operator immediately.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. We arrived early before our room was ready, and since we had our son with us, the staff suggested that we let him enjoy the kids’ club while we waited. Less than 30 minutes later, they called to let us know our room was ready. The room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The hotel also has great facilities, including a large swimming pool with separate areas for men, women, and kids, a playground, and a tennis court. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — an excellent variety of food, everything tasted great, and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had so far. It was also my first time seeing fresh strawberries and grapes being served at a hotel breakfast buffet. Definitely a highlight of the stay! The complimentary house-made chocolates served in the afternoon were another nice touch, and they were delicious. The hotel manager was also personally around to interact with guests, which made the experience feel very welcoming. Overall, a fantastic stay. Great service, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and an amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Near to the airport, modern, clean and beautiful hotel.

Breakfast was fine but we didn’t like small dishes for soups, caps for coffee and glasses for drinks. It’s seems like hotel management trying to save on food and shows it for their quests. Felt uncomfortable.

在此飯店叫Grad計程車真的超級貴大概2-3倍...所以盡量搭捷泊車 吃東西除了附設的餐廳外,以及小型便利商店(價格稍稍微貴一些) 走出這個區域，無法步行到其他地方。 外面還蠻空曠的. 廁所有點臭臭的味道

The beds were very comfortable, affording a good night's sleep. I didn't have time to enjoy the facilities as I was transiting at KLIA, but the hotel seemed to have a fantastic swimming pool and, generally, a pleasant, quiet vibe with interesting architectural features. I loved the buffet dinner, with delectable Asian and Western options - highly recommended.

The regular showerhead seemed to have low water pressure, even though the waterfall showerhead worked well.

It’s very close to the airport and convenient to the mall

I found a massive cockroach in my room, by the door the next morning. I was surprised to see it as the hotel looked immaculate and clean. I had to leave the room for breakfast and the staff removed it while I was away. Else everything was good. I only stayed one evening, had an early morning flight the next day. Staff was very nice!

This hotel is in a great location for the airport. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast included but we were leaving very early the next morning so they delivered a takeaway breakfast for us to our room before leaving.

We asked for early book in if possible as we were arriving early am, and I was happy to pay extra for this service. We were told that it would depend on room vacancy; which is quite reasonable. When we arrived at 0500hours we were processed and charged an extra $120 i.e. just under 2/3 of a full 24 hour cost. We were told by the female receptionist working at that time that we would be messaged when the room was free. 1. There was low occupancy; almost no one in the breakfast room or lobby. I do not know why we were not given access to a room on arrival immediatel. The breakfast room staff confirmed that " we are very quiet right now" when we asked them. 2. We were charged just under 2/3 of a full 24 hour fee ie about 15 hours equivalent . We were only provided with less then 5 hours extra room access; a somewhat excessive 3. The female staff member who checked us in at 5 am was quite abrupt ; almost rude and told us " we don't book people in early" even though I had previously been told by movenpick that it was probably OK, She ended up having to find her manager to check this. It hadnot been flagged on my booking. It was this staff member who told us she would text/call us when a room was free 3. We were NOT messaged when a room was available. I approached the desk staff at 10.30 hours and there had apparently been NO hand over to the day staff and all our earlier check in and paperwork has been lost ; I had to completely check in again. The day staff could see us sitting in the lobby with our luggage, ( for over 5 hours in the lobby). If I had not approached the desk then I assume we would still have been sitting in the lobby into the afternoon. 4. I was happy to pay for the extra access to the room but regard the $120 extra cost excessive for the 4.5 hours extra access that we had to the room Overall; a lovely hotel, a very poor book in experience , especially the early am receptionist.

Sarapan sangat sedap. Saya juga amat berpuas hati dengan layanan yang diberikan oleh receptionist, Hakeem, serta seorang lagi receptionist senior yang bertugas bersama beliau pada 7 Julai 2026, sekitar jam 4.00 petang (maaf, saya tidak pasti namanya). Mereka berdua sangat mesra, profesional dan banyak membantu memudahkan segala urusan saya, suami dan anak sepanjang penginapan kami. Layanan yang kami terima benar-benar membuatkan kami berasa dihargai. Salah satu sebab utama saya pasti akan datang menginap lagi adalah kerana layanan yang cemerlang daripada mereka berdua. Terima kasih banyak atas layanan yang sangat baik. Semoga pihak hotel terus mengekalkan kualiti perkhidmatan yang terbaik.

Secara keseluruhannya, semuanya Alhamdulillah memuaskan. Cuma satu perkara yang boleh diperbaiki ialah penghawa dingin di bilik kami yang agak kurang sejuk. Selain itu, semuanya baik dan kami berpuas hati dengan penginapan ini.

Access to the free shuttle to the airport. The dinner menu and resulting food was very good, catering for vegetarians. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of food. Staff were very friendly.

It is a pity that no alcohol could be served to westerners. We would have enjoyed a glass of wine with dinner after a long day.

We stayed at Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA for one night while shopping at Mitsui Outlet Park, and it was the perfect choice. The location was incredibly convenient, with the outlet mall just a short drive away. What made our stay truly special was the amazing hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially to our children. They surprised them with balloons and thoughtful welcome gifts, which made them so happy and created such a memorable first impression. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Even though we only stayed for one night, we felt well taken care of from start to finish. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families, especially if you’re planning a shopping trip to Mitsui Outlet Park or need a comfortable stay near KLIA! ⭐

Ich übernachte oft in diesem Hotel wenn ich Morgens aus KL heraus fliege. Es liegt sehr günstig zu KLIA 1&2. Ansonsten gibt es nichts darum herum. Also um KL zu erkunden nicht unbedingt die geeignete Wahl. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück in Buffetform ist sehr gut und auch die sonstigen Speisen sind zu empfehlen. Im Hotel gibt es ein kleines Geschäft, in dem man Getränke und Snacks kaufen kann. Das Hotel hat einen Shuttle Service der die Gäste zu den Terminals bringt. Besser am Abend vor der Abreise an der Rezeption die gewünschte Abreisezeit anmelden, da nicht individuell sondern ein kleiner Bus die zwei Terminals anfährt.

The room was nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The shuttle to the airport and nearby shopping mall was excellent. The chocolate hour was amazing!

The shower in our room always flooded the toilet area. We were looking forward to using the gym based on the photos online, we were very disappointed to find the gym was segregated for male to female and the females gym had a very limited choice of equipment compared to the male gym. Some women like to lift weights! We went to the restaurant for lunch and had no idea of what was on offer, the girl on the door was very grumpy and asked if we wanted the buffet or menu. She gave no information in respect of the buffet and there was no promotional material to help us make a decision. Throughout our meal the girl waiting on us was gruff. The pool area was nice, however the decking was extremely hot and borderline dangerous. There were signs for pool float hire which, for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous, it should be included. The building in general is a little run down in places and does not warrant the 5 star rating.

wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, allerdings konnten wir das tolle Frühstücksbuffet, welches erst um6:30 beginnt, nicht genießen, da der Flughafenshuttel bereits um 7:00 fuhr, ToGo wurde leider nicht angeboten
