The location is brilliant for the city centre. The breakfast was good & started from 6.30 am Which suited us as we had an early start. Staff were very friendly & helpful. If we return to Liverpool we would love to stay at The Halyard again

A very modern hotel with great staff and beautiful rooms. It is a bit of a walk to get to the hotel from the train station but it was easy to reach and it is located very centrally to the docks as well as lively streets like Bond St. The rooms were spatious, clean and well equipped. A clear recommendation and I would visit again, should I be back in Liverpool

The only two aspects to nitpick about is that our room did not have bathrobes as it was promised on the website and it was somehow not possible to connect to the TV with Chromecast, other than that there was nothing to complain about

Brilliant hotel, stayed here 3 times now and it’s honestly our go to whenever we visit Liverpool. Nice and central. Rooms are lovely and modern, beds are unbelievably comfortable, great shower, stocked mini fridge in the room along with some biscuits and coffee/tea. Staff are also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be back again next time we plan a stay at Liverpool.

Good central location with lots around. Staff were accomdating and it was a clean hotel.

We booked a delux Queen room, on arrival were told it was a full hotel and we had been given an accessible room, which was a shame. Our booking also stated a Queen bed, it was two singles pushed together. Facilities mention Soundproofing, this was far from soundproof - noise heard until early hours. Finally, the room states air-con, which was there, but it was the worst air-con I have come across, resulting in a very hot nights sleep.

This hotel smells amazing and the staff are always friendly. We’ve stayed here a few times and will definitely book again.

The restaurant isn’t to our liking. But we have a 7 year old so tend to eat elsewhere in the evening. That’s not saying the food isn’t any good it more for couples.

Fabulous staff, we have stayed here a few times. Unfortunately it is usually connected to hopital visits, once we are free from these visits we shall shall again and enjoy the social side to f Liverpool in your fab hotel. As my son does as a regular visitor to Liverpool!

Hotel was amazing. Great staff, beautiful facilities, central location. It was our anniversary and they gave us a card and present and could avail of early check in once available. Will be back, highly recommend.

Being kept awake until 1am by the club behind. Stayed in rooms 317 & 318. The thud of the base was unbearable & no other rooms to move too. Wouldn’t stay again in this hotel or area.

Always the best time at the Halyard. The staff are the best and that’s why we keep returning! From reception to bar and restaurant just all so lovely and helpful. Special shout out to Ronnie who is just amazing 🤩

Mooi hotel, fijne ontvangst, fantastische ligging, alles was erg schoon en de kamers waren prachtig.

Het klimaat in de kamers was echt belabberd. Het was echt snikheet, er konden geen ramen open en het systeem blies geen koele lucht naar binnen. We hebben 's nachts met natte handdoeken in onze nek gelegen om een beetje te kunnen slapen. We zagen er zelfs tegenop om weer richting kamer te gaan. We verbleven twee nachten en direct na aankomst al melding van gemaakt. Helaas is er niets met onze feedback gedaan. Dan kan het hotel nog zo prachtig zijn, als het klimaat belabberd is kom je er niet meer terug.

The lighting in the rooms - it seemed quite dark. Also the bathroom was awkward with the separate sink.

Staff were helpful, supportive and attentive. The hotel was extremely comfortable, spacious and well located on Duke Street half way between the magnificent cathedral and Liverpool One. Cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

The staff were so friendly and helpful!! The room was absolutely gorgeous and so clean. They accommodated my request for a nice city view. The complimentary drinks, coffee pods and biscuits were such a nice touch :) location was perfect for me, close to everything and on a really lovely street with lots of little bars/pubs

The cooked breakfast was good but should have been called the one breakfast. You only got one piece of bacon, one sausage, one tomato and one mushroom etc.

Hotel itself was exceptional. One of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. My daughter and her friend loved their stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they all always took the time for a chat. Will definitely be back.

Positioning of our room on floor 3 meant it was loud with music and people until about 1am from the venues located next to the hotel.

Great the gym has pelotons but weights were limited only one cable machine. Full English breakfast was very poor quality ingredients badly cooked looked and tasted like it been kept warm for a couple of hours even though it was meant to be cooked to order. Continental selection was good

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail that made it feel really welcoming and stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. They really made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We liked everything..no complaints!

The obvious stuff is that it's a lovely venue, good location for central Liverpool but easy to get to and park close-by too. But the more memorable bit is that the staff there are really friendly, helpful and that makes the halyard feel realy welcoming.
