Holiday Inn Express Liverpool - Central by IHG

The hotel was situated very close to the main area we wanted to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was nice.

Just a suggestion that there could have been a platter of cold meat and cheese included in the breakfast.

Easy access, secure and clean

No parking

Great views from the balcony Clean, comfy room

The breakfast was amazing really enjoyed. My room was superb and staff made my stay amazing.

The smell in the corridors leading to my room was not nice did put me off honestly.

The front entrance to the building looked clean and tidy, no rubbish or litter, the front desk looked clean and tidy; and well lit. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and sorted out my accommodation fairly easy.

The outlets to the sink, shower and large push button to the toilet are all faulty. The outlet to the wash hand basin is clogged up probably with hair and needs cleaning out. This is so obvious; when you run the tap the sink fills up fairly quickly. The toilet large button is faulty you have to push it numerous times in order for it to flush. The shower outlet is faulty and the water stays stagnant for quite a length of time before it eventually goes down, this indicates that the outlet needs cleaning out.

Breakfast was nice. Location was ok but needed taxi into centre for my mum and auntie as too far for them to walk.

Nothing, everything was good.

nice room, comfy bed and quiet

Breakfast was just fine

Merkeze ve tren istasyonuna yakınlığı çok iyi.Odalar büyük ve konforlu.

Great location, excellent staff, very helpful and efficient, comfy bed, spotless room and bathroom, great breakfast.

Room and bathroom a bit small, parking a bit of a trek, but for the location expected

Huone oli siisti ja tilava, hyvä sänky. (Standard Queen room)

Aamiainen oli melko suppea.

the hotel was really nice, fresh and clean. the welcome was friendly and all staff were helpful. the room was lovely and again very clean, and the room also had an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. this is great and you don't always see this in other hotels.

cant think of anything as it was all good for my stay

Everything was perfect

Perfect location. The staff were more than helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Exceptionally clean and wow the beds were comfy.

Getting out of bed 🤣

A very nice hotel. Staff were friendly. The staff allowed us to check in early if we became members. This was very handy. The hotel is very close to restaurants, bars, clubs and all the tourists attractions. All at walking distance. The room was spacious, modern and quiet. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. There was a bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Handy for a late night drink or snack. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Liverpool was a vibrant city. It exceeded my expectations.

Nada

Muy buena ubicación. Desayuno bueno, buena calidad y sabor.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Room was very well cleaned, soundproofed very well couldn't hear other people from the adjoining room.

Room wasn't available when checking in and eventually had to change our room type so we could check in. Two separate bars with two completely different prices for the same drinks.

The hotel was very clean, the staff also went out of their way to accommodate my early check in, which helped immensely. Breakfast was better than expected, and again, the staff encountered were all attentive and courteous.

Clean friendly and good breakfast

Bit of a walk to centre of things.

Loved the location. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. The breakfast which was included in the price was really good. All in all it was great value and I would certainly recommend it.

Friendly staff in a well presented hotel that meets the standards you would expect from a Holiday Inn express. It's in a great position to access the bar & restaurant district, without being too noisy

Nothing, it met all expectations and I would happily stay there again.

The location was excellent for a weekend trip to Liverpool. Very central and close to everything. The rooms are compact but very comfortable. Great value for the price.

The breakfast was ok, but could be cold some mornings.

Beds were extremely soft I thought I was going to roll of during the night, there no vending machines which I think would be a nice touch, the tv wasn’t a smart tv which I think in this day and age it should have been

lovely breakfast.

Todo ok. Volvería.

We were in Liverpool for two nights and really appreciated the location of the hotel to both the train station and downtown. It was a 9 minute walk from the station and town was basically around the corner with a pedestrian zone, shops, restaurants, pubs, etc... even a record store. Breakfast was included in the room rate and as vegetarians, we very much appreciated that you could get vegan breakfast sausages upon request.

Everything was great. Nothing we didn't like.

Absolutely delighted with the hotel. Everything was even better than I imagined. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one ❤️

Don't like scrambled eggs lol

Monday night stay and we had a great rate for the rooms. The breakfast was very good and all the staff very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants while celebrating our son's graduation.

Nothing - it was perfect for what we needed

Very clean room with well equipped bathroom and air conditioning

A small fridge in room would be an improvement

Breakfast goes cold very quickly.

Cold breakfast

Up to date rooms, ultra clean, amazing breakfast with lots of choice and a relaxed area to eat. The offer of 24 hour pizzas very comforting, you never know when you might need one!

Nothing, perfect.

Camera molto grande, con un bagno spazioso. Pulizia top e grande professionalità dello staff. Colazione ottima. Complimenti!!!!

Friendly staff made to feel welcome room clean. Price ok.

Some breakfast items empty .only scrambled eggs available..people queuing for toast in way of self service.breakfast area.

Location comfy bed

Breakfast a little limited

The hotel is on a superb location 👌. Very central and accessible for all city centre attractions. The room was immaculatly clean . Bed was very comfortable .

When we 1st arrived we were allocated a room at the back of the building. It was very dark and oppressive as looking out directly onto a brick wall. After requesting a change of room we were given a lovely room at front of hotel. A Lot brighter and nicer. Breakfast was very disorganised. Breakfast area very small and no attention to detail from staff in regards to filling up Hot Breakfast items I felt there should have been a staff member responsible for monitoring this area as constantly run out if items with long wait to be restocked.. Front of house staff weren't overly friendly. A smile goes a long way.

Minden rendben volt, ezért, mindenkinek ajánlom!

Nincs ilyen!

Great hotel Great staff

The bed was comfortable we slept well.

The location, it's not close to much...we walked 15 minutes to lime street station. The chap on reception sent us the wrong way so we walked all the way up a hill to turn round and walk back down. We were too far away from matthew street and we had difficulty locating it. Very expensive on a Saturday, the room was tiny and stuffy. The breakfast Very basic. I wouldn't book again.

Clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff and answered any queries. Asked for rooms close by and got adjoining rooms

Nothing

More hot food choice at breakfast including fried eggs and black pudding. Couldnt open the wimdow in bedroom Drinks in bar very expensive

Marmelade gefehlt.

Very friendly staff

Nothing

Great price. Quiet location, nearly new building, lovely helpful staff, booked by Train Line. Nice sized room and good toiletries in bathroom. Free breakfast. Will stay again.

Another chair in the room would be nice. No view from the room .

Staff were very friendly and helpful

The volume control on the TV remote was unnecessarily complicated and not very intuitive to use. Clear, simple instructions would be very helpful to ensure users can operate it easily.

Posizione perfetta, a 2 passi dalle maggiori attrazioni e in una strada senza confusione. Ottima insonorizzazione delle camere. Camere spaziose, bagno pure. Buona colazione

Tutto ok

Muy céntrico , cómodo y limpio
